Chapter 1415
âRight? The fashion show displays mostly designs by new designers, and theyâre really creative! Both
Jennifer and I decided to come again next year.â
After chatting for a while longer, Vicky cut to the chase. â Cece, thereâs something that I need to ask
you and Jennifer.â
âWhat, both of us?â Cece asked before calling out to Jennifer. âVicky, Jennifer is next to me now. What
is it?â
Cece seemed to have switched to speaker mode, and Vicky heard Jennifer asking curiously, âIs Vicky
calling?â
âYeah. She said she needs to ask us something,â answered Cece.
Vicky glanced at Tyler, realizing she could not stall any longer. âTyler wants to take a tour of our studio,
and since your and Jenniferâs rooms are your private spaces, I wanted to ask if-â
âMister Hart wants to tour our rooms? Sure thing,â Cece chimed in. âMy room is a bit messy, though. I
hope he wonât mind.â
âI donât have a problem with that either,â Jennifer piped in.â Heâs welcome to take a look if he wants to.â
Both of them agreed readily, and Vicky fell silent. âAlright, you two go ahead and enjoy yourselves. Iâll
hang up for now.â
After ending the call, Vicky turned to Tyler. âCece and
Jennifer agreed⦠Should we go ahead?â
âYeah.â
Vickyâs grip on her phone tightened upon hearing his response.
First, she led Tyler to Jenniferâs room. They stepped inside, revealing an opposite style of interior
compared to Vickyâs room.
The designs and decoration styles of Vicky, Cece, and Jenniferâs resting rooms were all distinct as the
rooms had been customized to match their individual preferences.
Upon entering Jenniferâs room, a princess-like ambiance in shades of pink engulfed them. There were
pink plush toys, pink curtains, and pink accessories that flooded the room. It was evident Jennifer had
taken great care in decorating her space.
The room was not overly small but was not overly spacious either. It could not compete with Vickyâs
bedroom back home.
Jennifer seemed organized, and all items were neatly arranged with no trace of another manâs
belongings.
Tyler glanced around casually and remarked, âLetâs move on to the next one.â
Ceceâs room was adjacent to Jenniferâs. Standing before its door, Vicky tensed.
Seeing her hesitation, Tyler asked, âWhatâs wrong?â
âNothing.â Vicky forced a faint smile and pushed open the door.
Compared to Jenniferâs room, Ceceâs appeared considerably more casual. Items were haphazardly
placed on the table, and the bedâs sheets had not been neatly arranged. The room seemed slightly
chaotic but was immaculately clean at the same time.
Tyler surveyed the surroundings in silence, while Vicky- upon confirming the room was empty-breathed
a sigh of relief. It seemed Harvey had not been foolish enough to wait in the room. He must have
sensed something was off and hid himself.
His belongings had likely been concealed while she stalled Tyler.
Just like Jenniferâs room, there were no signs of any man in Ceceâs room.
Everything seemed normal, yet Vicky found it hard to relax, knowing that Harvey might be hiding in the
bathroom or the closet.
