The next day, Vicky got into the car with her bridal party watching her after she put on her wedding

dress and makeup.

Aurora sensed something was off with Vicky. “Vicky, what’s the matter? You don’t look so well. Are you

feeling sick?” she asked.

“I don’t know why, but I keep feeling like I can’t breathe,” replied Vicky with a frown.

“Is it because you’re too nervous?”

Vicky shook her head. “No.”

Aurora cracked open the window. “Maybe it’s because it feels a little stuffy here. Is this better?”

She did not roll down the window all the way down to prevent Vicky’s makeup from getting messed up

by the wind.

Vicky did feel her breathing got a little easier after that, but that strange feeling she had before

remained.

“I keep having the feeling something bad is going to happen today,” said Vicky worriedly.

“Are you worried that Avery is going to show up and try to ruin your wedding? Don’t worry. I’ve already

told Noah beforehand that under no circumstances could he let her come to the wedding,” comforted

Aurora.

Vicky nodded and said nothing more.

40 minutes later, their car stopped in front of a church.

After she got down of the car, Aurora pulled aside one of the staff there and asked, “Is Tyler here yet?”

‘Vicky would be a laughingstock of the whole city if Tyler decides to leave her at the altar.’ she thought.

‘Maybe she’s worried Tyler will get cold feet. That’s why she’s been feeling anxious.’

The staff was a little surprised by her question. “Mister Tyler has been here since early morning.”

Aurora sighed with relief. Only then did she open the car door for Vicky.

“Out you get, Vicky. Tyler’s here already.”

At that moment, Cece, Jennifer, and Ava—who took the other car to go there—had also arrived.

“Wow! This place is beautiful! The decorations made it seem like it came straight out of a fairy tale!”

exclaimed Ava with awe when she saw the venue.

“Of course. Vicky and Mister Tyler personally chose all the decorations here,” said Cece proudly. “They

went through every little detail together.”

Jennifer nodded. “I heard Vicky wanted to have one of those weddings where everything’s planned out

for you, but Tyler said no ’cause he wanted her to choose everything herself.”

“Wow, he’s so thoughtful! Looks like he really places a lot of importance on this wedding,” said Ava

dreamily.

Most of the prominent families in the city would leave the wedding planning to their assistants. They

would not have personally done what Vicky did. After all, wedding planning could get quite tiring. Why

go to all that trouble when one could have a ready-made wedding?

Aurora looked at her watch. “It’s almost time for the ceremony, so let’s head inside.”

Vicky did not really have any family or relatives, so most of her guests were friends. At that moment,
