Aurora did not have a deep understanding of Tyler; all of this information came from Noah.
Noah had also said, âWhy does Tyler value this child so much? Itâs because this child is an important
bond that can tie Vicky to him for a lifetime. As Vickyâs friend, I understand her situation, and Iâm on her
side, but we canât deny that their separation was initiated by Vicky. Tyler feels insecure around Vicky,
but he doesnât have enough bargaining chips in his hands to make her stay. If Vicky wasnât pregnant, in
my opinion⦠He might take his life with Vickyâs at the end of his revenge plan. He was never a normal
person, and these years have likely been a survival driven by hatred. 1
âLooking at his familyâs situation, it looks like heâs on the brink of destroying the Hart family. Thereâs
probably nothing he wonât do. Fortunately, Vicky is pregnant, and that gives them both a way out and a
chance to ease their relationship. Otherwiseâ¦your friend might get killed.
âHeâs been subjected to electroconvulsive therapy, hypnosis, and drugging. How normal can he be?
Heâs a lunatic now, and the Hart familyâs situation is a result of his actions. He has psychological
issues, and what the Harts did drove a grown person to madness. Whoâs to blame?â
Aurora shuddered after hearing all this and concluded that Vicky was truly unlucky to have provoked
such a terrifying man.
She also feared that if Vicky resisted too vigorously, she might truly anger Tyler. To ensure her friendâs
safety, she would have to help Tyler convince Vicky to stay.
However, Aurora was aware that the reason Vicky had been hurt by the events at the wedding was that
she still had feelings for Tyler.
After finishing their coffee, Aurora suggested going shopping. She decided to use this time to cause
trouble for Tyler.
Vicky had not been out shopping for a long time, so she did not refuse.
As they left the coffee shop, Aurora glanced at Tyler, who followed them. âTyler, Vicky, and I are going
to the mall. Can you drive us there?â
Tyler did not say anything. After unlocking the car, he overheard Aurora saying, âTyler, how do you
even qualify as a bodyguard? Shouldnât you open the car door for the employer and let them get in
first?â
Tyler paused in his tracks.
After a few seconds, he moved forward and opened the car door for Vicky. However, he opened the
passenger-side door.
âI want to sit in the back with Aurora,â Vicky said.
Tyler glanced at Vicky and closed the passenger-side door, then opened the rear door instead.
When they arrived at the mall, Aurora began her shopping spree.
She casually glanced at a few pieces of clothing and had them wrapped up by the store attendants.
When they handed the bags to Aurora, she raised an eyebrow. âGive these bags to the gentleman over
there. Heâs the bodyguard; heâs responsible for carrying these things.â
The attendant cautiously looked at the handsome man before her and wondered, âA bodyguard? Heâs
wearing an expensive-looking suit, and he doesnât look like a bodyguard at all!â
Nevertheless, since the customer had spoken, the attendant had no choice but to comply.
They handed over the bags of clothes to Tyler. âSir, these are the young ladyâs clothes.â
Tyler did not accept them. âSince they all belong to her, give them to her.â
Aurora was not pleased when she heard this. âTyler, arenât you a bodyguard? Isnât it normal for a
bodyguard to help the employer carry things?â
âThatâs true,â Tyler said casually. âBut Iâm Vickyâs bodyguard, not yours. Iâm not obligated to carry your
things.â
