"No, Jimin. Jungkook is perfectly fine. This is called a mobile phone. We use it to talk to people who are far away" I explained, almost talking very slowly and he followed my head movements as I spoke. I had to try so hard to hold back my laughter.

"What? Humans are capable of that now? When did they learn to control magic?"

"It's called technology"

"Tech—techo—tech—anyways" he tried, at least. "We better hurry up before Yoongi or Jin finds me"

"Sure, we wouldn't want you to pass out with a pan on your face again"

The minute he heard those words out my mouth, both Jimin's ears burned red. He looked taken back and gulped before speaking ahead. "We do not speak of that, again"

"If you insist" I replied, feeling playful around his nervousness.

We both slowly walked out of the narrow path between two buildings and had finally reached the middle of the city. Jimin's eyes darted from one place to another, his eyes travelling each corner in both amusement and shock. He had his mouth wide open at an airplane that had flew up from the airport located a few miles away from the street.

"A ginormous bird made of metal? Does she belong to Hades?"

"It belongs to the nations government, and no, its not a bird. It's called an airplane. It takes people from one country to another" I explained and Jimin's eyes almost popped out of its sockets.

"Humans did all this?" he asked, pointing around, and sometimes specifically to certain things that caught his attention.

Jimin was swirling in a land full of amusements and I found it even more amusing to observe him discover things after things.

"What is that?" he asked, now pointing at a small street side store under a huge umbrella.

"I'll show you" I replied, dragging him by his arm and he continuously kept pointing where I held him telling me that he is a superior being and don't want to be dragged.

We both reached next to the ice cream store together and I watched as they prepared ice cream cones for the already present customers. Jimin however was not looking anywhere near the ice cream and it hit me what his curiosity was actually drawn to.

"Don't tell me it's the huge umbrella that you're curious about?"

"What is this? A jelly fish?" he asked, slightly shaking the stand that held the umbrella gaining glares from the store owners. I pulled Jimin away, awkwardly smiling at them. He resisted and wanted to touch the top of the umbrella where the fabric moved with the wind.

"You can not do that, okay? Don't touch anything" I commanded and Jimin pouted. "That's an umbrella, I'll tell you the use of this later. For now, look at this" I said, pointing at the man who was serving ice cream on crispy cones.

"What is that?"

"It's ice cream"

"Oh Hades" Jimin exclaimed. "Did that man just swallow a ball of snow?"

"Ice cream, Jimin, its ice cream. And it's delicious, trust me. I'll get us some"

I dug into my pocket to find a few coins, enough to get us one scoop each. When the line cleared and our turn came, I looked at Jimin, gesturing to him all the variety of flavors he could try.

"How are all these ices not melting in this sun?" he asked and the server looked at him with an eyebrow up. I quickly said a random flavor and he ended up scooping it and handing it to the both of us. Jimin took a moment to look at the way the other 'humans' held it and mimicked it exactly the same.

He stared at the ice cream, at how perfectly it is solid in the cone, and commented. "What kind of sorcery is this?"

"Ha ha ha baby, how much did you drink ha ha" I blurted at the awkward tension built between us and the server who now had his mouth hung open a little.

Jimin looked at me the moment the word baby slipped out of my mouth and I knew the running commentaries and teases were just seconds away. But I had to first get us out of the crowd, a place where this mischievous divine being will not embarrass me anymore.

"Go on" I said. "Lick it"

Jimin's expressions changed. He had an eyebrow raised with a playful smirk. "Would you rather have me—"

"Lick your ice cream, Jimin" I said, pushing the cone to his mouth.

He rolled his eyes in annoyance before tasting the Vanilla and caramel flavored ice cream. And just in seconds, his eyes enlarged.

"What is this taste? It tastes like paradise" he said, continuing to lick his ice cream. "If Hades finds this magical portion of ice and cream, then Hermes is going to have a hard time fetching him this frozen liquid of paradise to the underworld" he continued, excitedly having his ice cream.

"Or he could get it to him for five dollars from here" I chuckled at the pleasant sight of cream spread across his chin and cheeks. In a matter of seconds, he had eaten everything including the cone and soon had his eyes settle on mine.

"You can have mine. I haven't touched it" I said, handing him my cone.

"Well, that's not right. You should have some before" he demanded, pushing the cone to my lips and a little ice cream brushed onto my nose.

"Oops" Jimin creased the cream from the tip of my nose and cheek, licking his finger afterwards. He then completely forgot he had meant to share the ice cream with me and had started to charge onto the cone. And to his luck, he was able to experience the one and only brain freeze.

His knees felt weak and he fell on the ground holding his head saying. "It got me" and I was bursting with laughter.

I looked at the man in front of me as I kneeled to his body that sat on the pavement. And I couldn't help but think why he was so different in that Go down. What made him so angry and devastated about losing his wings. Was there more to his story than I know? Why was his personality so different all of a sudden? I helped him up and he started chuckling. "That was kind of cool" he commented, still not fully recovered.

"Let's get into a mall and get you some new clothes"

"Mall? I'm excited to see this creation" he exclaimed.

_____

So,

We were at the mall.

Only thing is.

I can't find Jimin.

I could have sworn I had my eyes on him till the fruits and vegetables section. Then I blinked, and he was gone. The mall was pretty big and I was more than sure asking the reception service to announce his name might either have him find me with the 'who thy ask of me' or he would just run thinking it's a bait. And unlike finding kids in the toys section, Jimin was an even smaller child who had just discovered the world after a long period of time, so even the sound of the elevator might interest him to think it's a siren to summon Hades.

I am a little panicked I admit. I had just unleashed a caveman into the mall. And I couldn't help but think of the worst-case scenarios of finding him. He might be fighting a mannequin for all we know.

I had made sure to double check each store section before moving to another, and just when I was passing by the electronics section.

Guess who I found.

"Jungkook, hello? Can you hear me!" a grown man was all over a massive smart TV as he continued to tap on the screen while talking to it. All customers had their eyes on him. But Jimin didn't care. He only wanted a response of Jungkook from the screen.

"Spit him out, you monster" he yelled, looking at the screen which now had Bill gates, smiling while giving an interview. Which made people even more baffled.

"Jimin! Stop it! Step away from the TV" I ordered.

"Doc, look" he said, smiling wide. "I found a bigger shiny metal block that can take Jungkook out"

"What—No—"

"Listen you man eating monster" he yelled. Oh my god. I could literally shoot myself right now. I could only cover my face from all this drama and attention.

"Jungkook has something of mine. Once I get it back from him. I will give him back to you to feast on my friend"

Okay that's it. No more shopping. Even the Bill gates inside the screen changed expressions. And all I could hope was for Jimin to not think that the shiny metal block was surrendering in fear.

It took a lot of struggle to get him outside the mall. I held both his hands, connecting them together before stepping back.

"You are going to stay right here. Am I clear with that"

"But—"

"No, Jimin please, I have to go back there to return the token we had taken to enter. I'll be back. But I don't want to lose you again, please?"

Jimin's eyes moved to stare at me deeply. He seems to collect my words probably. But when his eyes softened, he looked straight into my eyes to say. "I'll stay right here. I promise"

After reassuring with him, I quickly entered back into the mall, next to the reception to return back the token to enter a classified area of the mall. Just when I was done and about to head out, I noticed drops of water markings on the huge glass doors and windows of the mall, and within seconds it started to rain heavily.

"Great" I hitched under my breath.

After spending the money on the ice cream, I noticed I only had a few dollars left to spent. And that could only afford to get us one umbrella. And I decided at least one is better than none. Come to think of it, I had no money in the first place to get him any clothes, he could have teleported my bag with me as well if so.

I didn't think much but grab onto a transparent umbrella and run out of the mall. It wasn't going to be hard to find a man fully dressed in black, I just had to look through the shaded areas of the mall entrance or maybe even the bus stand or—

But I found him right where I had left him. He stayed on his feet, waiting for me, soaking wet.

"What the hell?" I yelled, running to him.

"What is wrong with you?" I asked, holding the umbrella over him as we both were closer than ever under the shade of one umbrella. "Why didn't you move into a shaded area?"

"You told me to stay"

"But not when it rains, Jimin. You could get sick"

"Its cute you think I could get sick"

Right. How can I forget.

"I wanted to stay. I knew you would come"

"Of course, I would, or else you would be rustling a signage" I chuckled and so did he, though I doubt he knows what it is.

As we stood under the same umbrella, I recalled his curiosity that had grown towards them.

"This is an umbrella, Jimin. It keeps you shade from the rain. It is a little small for the two of us, but don't judge it too fast because—"

"I think this one is by far my favorite" he spoke, moving a step ahead as he looked nowhere at the umbrella but me.

"And I like that it has so less space" I found myself stare back into his ethereal eyes that wandered over me.
