Chapter 1015:
Allison handed her a small booklet. âI didnât say anything was wrong. But the hospital wants to monitor you for a bit. Iâve also made an appointment with a psychologist. Since weâve already paid, we might as wellâ¦â
âMake use of it. As for work, that can wait. Right now, your main focus should be staying in the hospital until the doctor clears you.â
Amya started to speak. âButâ¦â
âNo buts,â Allison cut her off. âThis is the task you need to focus on right now.â
âOkay,â Amya sighed, reluctantly sitting back down on the hospital bed. She took the booklet in her hands and began flipping through it.
Thatâs when she saw it was a property deed.
Amya froze in surprise. She raised it and asked, âAllison, is this your new house?â
âNo, itâs your new house,â Allison replied.
Allison poured herself a glass of water and casually pointed at the deed. âOnce youâre discharged, you can move right into this house. The titleâs already been transferred.â
âMy house?â Amya asked, stunned.
She opened the booklet, still in disbelief. When she saw her name on the title report, she was so shocked that she couldnât find the words.

Allison smiled and said, âThe house isnât that expensive. But there are conditions for me giving it to you. Iâm afraid for the next ten years, youâll be working hard under my guidance.â
Amyaâs eyes instantly filled with tears.
âAllison, Iâll work really hard,â she promised.
Not just for ten years â she would stay by Allisonâs side for the rest of her life if that was what it took.
Allison gave a gentle reminder, saying, âGet some rest. Iâll check with the doctor before you leave.â
âOkay. I will,â Amya nodded.
Once Allison left, Amya couldnât hold back her tears. They fell in heavy drops, splashing onto the back of her hand. From now on, she had a place to call home.
At the Lloyd family mansion, the moment Allison stepped through the door, Kellan whisked her away to the study.
âAllison, Iâve got some good news for you,â Kellan said, a glint of anticipation in his eyes. He handed her a stack of documents. âThe team I sent out for intel has returned. Theyâve gathered quite a bit from Shadow Nine, including valuable details about the Mafia.â
Sherman then walked in, his arms burdened by a thick stack of files. He quickly summarized the key points for Allison.
âThese documents contain transaction records between Shadow Nine and a plastic surgery hospital. They also include records of people and funds being sent to the deserted island.â
Allison furrowed her brow in concentration as she skimmed through the papers. âLet me take a closer look.â
