Chapter 1182:

He spoke with calm confidence. “Rarity does hold value, but I’m sure your company understands that value is also established through comparison. What we’re doing now will eventually be replicated by others. Instead of letting unqualified individuals challenge Aröme Tower’s authority, why not collaborate to expand its influence and grow the market?”

Kellan’s calm and collected manner highlighted his confidence in proposing a partnership. After all, the Lloyd family held a dominant position in Ontdale.

Fabian appeared to be weighing his words carefully. From a business perspective, partnering with Kellan and Allison could benefit Aröme Tower. However, Fabian had some concerns he felt needed addressing.

“But I should warn you, there are some issues within Aröme Tower. You might face several challenges.”

Allison smiled. She sensed that Fabian was beginning to waver. “That’s okay. We’re not here to learn from Aröme Tower just for profit; we truly are interested in it and want to know more, so challenges aren’t a problem.”

Allison gazed at him earnestly. “I view perfumery as an art, and I hope that, during my lifetime, this art can become even more glorious.”

Upon hearing this, Fabian nodded. “Ms. Clarke, it seems we share the same vision. Each era has its purpose, and I hope to leave behind a world filled with even more captivating fragrances.” In reality, this had been his late wife’s dream.

“Whenever you find the time, you’re always welcome to visit Vrining. Aröme Tower will always have its doors open to you,” Fabian’s tone was laced with warmth. “Here’s to a successful partnership.”

Allison let out a quiet sigh of relief. Finally, she got the approval to enter Aröme Tower. No matter what obstacles awaited her there, she was determined to overcome them and bring her mother out.

When Allison and Kellan stepped out of the club, the banquet had long since ended. The garden lamps cast a soft, golden glow across the courtyard. The gentle illumination gave the club’s garden an enchanting, almost otherworldly appearance.

“Hacker’s World is set to relaunch next month,” Allison said, her gaze drifting upward to the moon. Its light was bright yet somewhat hazy. “The Mafia will likely be watching closely.”

Kellan stood beside her, both of them silent for a moment under the warm yellow glow of the streetlights. “I’m afraid it’s not just the Mafia. Based on what happened in the banquet hall today, it’s clear that Nova and Hoyt have been waiting for the right moment to strike as well. We can’t let our guard down when dealing with them.”

Allison exhaled, her breath visible in the cold night air. Though unresolved challenges loomed ahead, the weight of urgency had lifted. For the first time, everything she needed to do felt clear. And, most importantly, she wasn’t facing it alone.

“Allison,” Kellan said softly, his voice steady with resolve, “I won’t let anyone interfere with you.”

As he spoke, his hand clasped her fingertips. The contrast between his warmth and the night’s chill sent a subtle shiver through her. His presence carried a soothing comfort that calmed her restless thoughts. Allison wrapped her arms around his waist, tilted her head up to meet his gaze, and chuckled mischievously. “Oh? What’s this, Mr. Lloyd? Are you planning to take them all down single-handedly?”

As she said these words, her hand playfully wandered up to his chest. Beneath the fabric, his chest was firm yet not unyielding. With his pectoral muscles relaxed, they felt soft and bouncy.
