Chapter 1192:

There was no way Allison could handle this alone. He couldn’t fathom where she had found another ally.

What Daniel didn’t realize was that Allison could already see both screens—and even his enraged face through the camera.

His scarred, ugly face appeared even more grotesque under the harsh glare.

“Ms. Clarke, what if they realize we’ve hacked in?” Amya, doing this for the first time, was nervous. “Should I prepare something, just in case?”

“Don’t worry, they won’t catch on.” Allison shot the screen a mocking glance. “Years ago, Daniel had a top hacker, but his arrogance and paranoia led him to toss him to the sharks.”

As a result, Daniel was left without any loyal followers.

“So now, Daniel has no real experts left to rely on,” Allison said, her gaze fixed on the computer, deep in thought. “If everything goes as planned, he should be occupied with defense.”

As if to confirm Allison’s words, Daniel inside Ghost Castle was furiously dealing with the system.

Yet, he remained unaware of the breach. When the location marker on his screen vanished, Daniel sneered, “Looks like she’s not as impressive as I thought.”

The hacker let out a sigh of relief and quickly flattered Daniel. “Mr. Navarro, you’re incredible! Hacker’s World is nothing for you!” But in the next instant, the screen flickered, and Daniel’s massive face filled the display.

“What’s going on? This is—”

Before Daniel could finish, Allison’s voice echoed from the speakers.

“It’s been a while. Looks like you’re still as clueless as ever.”

“Allison!”

Daniel frantically tried to turn off his webcam but was horrified to realize that he couldn’t control the system anymore.

Instantly, Allison’s face filled his screen.

“Daniel, remember what I told you? Sooner or later, I’d find your hideout… and kill you again.”

Daniel’s face twisted with rage at her words.

“Allison, I’ll wait for you and show you who will be the one to be killed! Remember, you’ll regret this!”

Knowing that he was powerless right now, Daniel sat still, his voice icy and grim. “So, it was you who activated Hacker’s World.” “I didn’t expect you to be lurking like a ghost in the shadows.”

Allison looked at his location. As expected, it was Ghost Castle.

A slow smile spread across her face as she continued, “The Ghost Castle suits you perfectly. Always hiding in the dark, never daring to see the light of day. A rat is always at home in the shadows, isn’t it?” Her words cut deep, a sharp insult to his pride.

Daniel crushed a bead in his hand, his eyes bloodshot and filled with malice.

“I will kill you, sooner or later, Allison.”

Their eyes locked, both brimming with unrelenting hatred.

Amya couldn’t see Daniel’s face, but from their exchange, she sensed that something was terribly wrong. It was clear that things were escalating.
