Chapter 1192:
There was no way Allison could handle this alone. He couldnât fathom where she had found another ally.
What Daniel didnât realize was that Allison could already see both screensâand even his enraged face through the camera.
His scarred, ugly face appeared even more grotesque under the harsh glare.
âMs. Clarke, what if they realize weâve hacked in?â Amya, doing this for the first time, was nervous. âShould I prepare something, just in case?â
âDonât worry, they wonât catch on.â Allison shot the screen a mocking glance. âYears ago, Daniel had a top hacker, but his arrogance and paranoia led him to toss him to the sharks.â
As a result, Daniel was left without any loyal followers.
âSo now, Daniel has no real experts left to rely on,â Allison said, her gaze fixed on the computer, deep in thought. âIf everything goes as planned, he should be occupied with defense.â
As if to confirm Allisonâs words, Daniel inside Ghost Castle was furiously dealing with the system.
Yet, he remained unaware of the breach. When the location marker on his screen vanished, Daniel sneered, âLooks like sheâs not as impressive as I thought.â
The hacker let out a sigh of relief and quickly flattered Daniel. âMr. Navarro, youâre incredible! Hackerâs World is nothing for you!â But in the next instant, the screen flickered, and Danielâs massive face filled the display.
âWhatâs going on? This isââ
Before Daniel could finish, Allisonâs voice echoed from the speakers.
âItâs been a while. Looks like youâre still as clueless as ever.â

âAllison!â
Daniel frantically tried to turn off his webcam but was horrified to realize that he couldnât control the system anymore.
Instantly, Allisonâs face filled his screen.
âDaniel, remember what I told you? Sooner or later, Iâd find your hideout⦠and kill you again.â
Danielâs face twisted with rage at her words.
âAllison, Iâll wait for you and show you who will be the one to be killed! Remember, youâll regret this!â
Knowing that he was powerless right now, Daniel sat still, his voice icy and grim. âSo, it was you who activated Hackerâs World.â âI didnât expect you to be lurking like a ghost in the shadows.â
Allison looked at his location. As expected, it was Ghost Castle.
A slow smile spread across her face as she continued, âThe Ghost Castle suits you perfectly. Always hiding in the dark, never daring to see the light of day. A rat is always at home in the shadows, isnât it?â Her words cut deep, a sharp insult to his pride.
Daniel crushed a bead in his hand, his eyes bloodshot and filled with malice.
âI will kill you, sooner or later, Allison.â
Their eyes locked, both brimming with unrelenting hatred.
Amya couldnât see Danielâs face, but from their exchange, she sensed that something was terribly wrong. It was clear that things were escalating.
