Chapter 1195:

Ghost Castle was only meant to be a hideout, not a place for direct confrontation.

“No need. I’m not afraid at all!” Daniel’s chest heaved with rage.

He longed to kill Allison with his own hands, to tear her apart. “If they have the guts, let them come! But once they do, they might never leave!”

Daniel was prepared to fight to the death.

He refused to let his carefully built hideout be wasted.

But soon, Daniel realized that he had made a terrible mistake.

“Boss, our scout just reported a fleet of ships heading this way!” One of the subordinates nervously reported. “We have enough men, but the enemy is growing in number. We might get surrounded!”

What made it worse was that many of the hackers and assassins were working together.

They seemed to have a definite goal in mind.

It was obvious that they had teamed up to claim the hundred million dollar bounty and take Daniel’s life.

“What did you just say?”

Daniel felt a rush of dizziness wash over him as he heard the news. He had clearly underestimated just how powerful Hacker’s World could be. Before he could even finish his words, the frantic sound of footsteps echoed from outside.

“Boss, we’ve got bad news! The outer defenses have been breached, and they’re entering through the secret tunnels!” Daniel snapped his head up, his eyes wide with disbelief.

“How could they have found the secret tunnels?”

He had spent years here, carefully laying low and plotting his revenge.

That was why the castle was full of secret passages and hidden traps.

Yet, they had managed to breach the secret tunnels!

“It was Allison. She sent out a map of our island to them.” The subordinate dropped to his knees, his voice thick with anxiety. “Boss, if we don’t leave now, it’ll be too late!”

Daniel cursed under his breath, his fist clenching in fury. “That damn bitch!”

The scar on his face seemed to twist into something even more menacing.

But he knew that this wasn’t the time for rash decisions.

Among the madmen who had come for the ten million dollars, there might even be desperate criminals.

“Get moving, evacuate the castle! We need to get everyone out before they reach the island!”

After smashing his computer, Daniel shut down the power to the whole castle and began his hasty retreat.

Allison tracked the flickering location on her screen and could tell that he had started to flee. “I thought he was brave, but he’s just like he was years ago — scurrying away like a rat.”

Amya blinked, looking at Allison in surprise. “Ms. Clarke, are they actually running?”

“Of course they are, or they’ll be dead.”

Allison passed control of the program to Amya again.
