Chapter 1216:

Once Fabian left, Kellan, his eyes focused on the information in his hands, spoke thoughtfully. “I suspect we’ll need to move quickly from Dibya Group to Aröme Tower. If there’s something wrong, we need to spot it right away.”

Allison nodded in agreement. “Exactly what I was thinking.” And so, they hurried to their next destination.

When they arrived at Aröme Tower, it was a stark contrast to Dibya Group. The entire building glimmered in a silver glow.

As they drew closer, Allison couldn’t help but notice the distinct scent of perfume filling the air. The atmosphere was refined, almost luxurious.

Allison had hoped for a quiet arrival, but to her surprise, someone was already waiting to greet them at the door, recognizing them immediately.

“You must be the new perfume specialists?” A woman, dressed in a white shirt and black glasses, greeted them with a warm smile. “Mr. Morgan informed us about your visit. Please, come in.”

Allison smiled back. “Thank you.”

The work passes they carried indeed labeled them as perfume specialists. Their task was to evaluate the work of the perfumers here. Allison eyed the woman curiously. “Are you a perfumer?”

“No, I’m just a receptionist at Aröme Tower, Laila Lopez. You can call me Laila.”

“Okay.”

Laila led them inside.

The moment they entered, the mixture of fragrances overwhelmed yet soothed the senses. Allison paused instinctively, taking in the subtle layers of scents.

“If I’m not mistaken, there should be more than ten perfume showrooms near the front desk.”

“Yes.” Laila was surprised by Allison’s insight. “You seem to have quite a sensitive nose, Ms. Clarke. Most people would simply comment that the smell is pleasant. But only a trained perfumer would pause to appreciate its complexity.”

For example, Kellan, next to Allison, seemed unaffected by the intense blend of aromas.

“The scent here is indeed intricate, but if you focus, you can detect different styles woven together.”

Clearly impressed, Allison couldn’t help but express her admiration. “Aröme Tower truly deserves its reputation as a hub of hidden talents.”

Before she could continue, a round of applause echoed in the distance.

“Welcome, Ms. Clarke and Mr. Lloyd.”

Allison glanced up and noticed a poised woman in a blue fishtail dress making her way toward them.

Behind her, a group of employees in work uniforms trailed, each wearing expressions ranging from curiosity to suspicion as they cast wary glances at Allison.

“Is this Ms. Clarke, the one Mr. Morgan mentioned would be visiting? I heard she’s quite the prodigy in the perfume world.”

“That’s Mr. Lloyd beside her, the one who built Charisma Company from the ground up. They’re quite the names in Ontdale.”
