Leo and Finn sat down in the living room, cuddling after dinner and watching a film together. Finn brushed his hand through Leoâs hair. "Are you feeling alright?" Finn asks as he receives a nod from Leo. "Finn?" Leo says quietly. "What's up?" Finn replies. "I just don't want to ruin our friendship or anything if we break up," Leo mumbles. "We won't, I promise, we will still be friends," Finn says, kissing the top of Leo's head. Leo didnât reply and continued to watch the TV while snuggling closer to Finn. Leo began to yawn after a while, and Finn caught onto it. âAre you tired?â Finn asks, and Leo lets out a nod. "Let's go to bed and cuddle," Finn suggests, and Leo lets out another nod. Finn picks Leo up and takes him upstairs to his bedroom. He lays Leo down on his bed and then climbs into bed with him, and Leo clings onto him. Finn ran his fingers through his hair and kissed him on the head. Leo snuggled into Finn and felt safe and comforted. Finn drifted off into a sleep after a while.
The next morning, Leo woke up and headbutted Finn's chin. "Ow," he mumbled as this woke up Finn. "Jeez, what hit me?" Finn says, annoyed as he was woken up. "Sorry, I accidentally headbutted you," Leo replies, mumbling again. "No, it's alright, I was just shocked by it," Finn spoke. "Can we get a cat?" Leo randomly asks. "You want a cat?" Finn questions as Leo nods. "That is very random of you to ask," Finn laughs. "I really want a cat," Leo says, whining. "I guess we could get one," Finn contemplates teasing Leo. "Please, Finn, I want a black cat," Leo replies. "Okay, let's go get a cat today," Finn smiles as he gets out of bed. Leo jumps out of bed excitedly. "CAT!!" Leo screams. He runs to his room and opens his closet and grabs his favourite clothes (a larger sweater, red converse, and some blue jeans). Finn chuckles as he begins to get himself ready for the day.
They both went downstairs to the kitchen to eat breakfast. I both ate strawberry jam on toast, and Finn had a glass of orange juice, and Leo had a glass of apple juice. Leo swung his legs under the table as he was in a hurry to eat his breakfast as he really wanted this cat. âSlow down, Leo, you will choke if you donâtâ Finn says, looking at the boy who is excited. âM so citedâ Leo muffled out as his mouth was full of food. âLeo I canât understand you with a mouth fullâ Finn chuckles. Leo takes a massive gulp and gasps for air and drinks half of his apple juice. âFeeling better now?â Finn asks as Leo nods. "Can we go now?" Leo says, making puppy eyes. "Yes, let me just wash the dishes really quickly," Finn replies as he gets up and begins washing the dishes. Leo paced up and down the stairs and then remembered something and ran to his bedroom. He grabbed his paci and stuck it in his mouth, and rushed downstairs to see if Finn was finished. "Finny done?" Leo mumbles through his paci. "Nearly just this last cup, then we can go," Finn responds. Finn finishes, and Leo grabs his hand and drags Finn to the front door, wanting to go. "Calm down, calm down," Finn says as he opens the front door, and they both walk out, and Finn locks up the front door. "Car! Car!" Leo screams as he points to Finn's car, Leo drags him to the car, and Finn gets Leo buckled in, and Finn sits in the driver's seat.
Leo rocks back and forth, and Finn begins driving to the pet shop. "Finny?" Leo says. "What's up, buddy?" Finn replies. "I dunno what name kitty," Leo whines. "Let's have a look at them, then I can help you decide," Finn responds. Leo looked out the window as he was holding onto his cat plushie and blankie with a paci in his mouth. He was swaying back and forth as he giggled. "We are here," Finn says as I jump up and down in my seat. Finn turns off the car and gets out and goes to Leo's side and opens the door, unbuckling him from his car seat. Leo leaves his blankie in the car as he doesn't want it to get Airth but brings his paci and cat stuffie. "Kitty," Leo says as Finn carries him inside. "Yes, we are getting a kitty," he replies.
They both walk inside and walk to the reception desk. "Good morning, are there any cats up for adoption?" Finn asks. "Good morning, let me just have a quick look," the receptionist says, typing on her computer as Leo begins to whine, getting impatient. "Hold on baby, the nice lady is going to check." Finn coos, trying to keep his baby calm. "Ah, yes, we have six cats up for adoption. If you go through that door, then the door on the right someone will be in there for you, " she says. "Thank you very much," Finn responds as he and Leo make their way to the room.
"Hello," Finn says as he sees a tall boy standing there with long black hair, glasses, and brown eyes. "Good morning. Are you here to adopt?" The male asks. "Yes, please, this little one wants a friend," Finn chuckles as Leo hides in his shoulder. "Hi there, little guy, I've got the perfect kitty for you to take home," he says as Leo looks at him with glistening eyes. They all walked over to this gorgeous long-haired female black cat, which had green eyes. "She's cute. What do you think, buddy?" Finn spoke. "I wove her. Tan, we get her pwease, " Leo asks with puppy eyes. "Of course we can," Finn replied. "If you follow me over to the table I'll get you to sign adoption papers and give you a booklet on what you will need to get for her" the male says handing Finn the booklet after he signs the papers. "Could we go and get everything for her then come back?" Finn asks, hoping it was alright. "Of course, I'll keep her for you when you return," he replied. "Thank you so much," he says. "Tank ou" they both walk out and go to get all the cat things.
Hours later, they both return to the adoption and have a pink cat carrier with a soft, fluffy grey blanket. The black haired male got the kitten out of the cage and put her in the cat carrier safely. Leo's eyes widened and glistened with happiness. Finn picked up the cat carrier and held Leo's hand. "Thank you so much," Finn says, smiling. "Tank ou," Leo also says, "Not a problem, make sure you take care of the kitty little one," the male said, crouching down to Leo's height. Leo let go of Finn's hand and hugged the male in front of him. "I promise," Leo whispered. They both walked out to the car.
They got home, and Finn put the kitten down and opened the carrier. "Make sure you let her come out when she's ready," he says to Leo as he nods. Leo sits on the floor next to the cat carrier, waiting for her to come out while he is thinking of a name for her. He found one, then got up and rushed to Finn. "Finny, I got name. I got name," he repeated. "Really? What is it?" Finn replied, smiling. "Luna!" Leo giggled. "Oh wow, that is such a good name, buddy," Finn responds, ruffling the mentally younger hair. Leo went back to the cat carrier, and Luna disappeared. Leo panicked and was rushing around trying to find her. He went up to his room and saw that she was lying in Leo's stuffies. Leo went back downstairs to get Finn. He rushed him upstairs and "look at stuffies," Leo says. "Awee, she loves your stuffies, baby," Finn replies as he takes a photo.
Hours later, it was time for bed, and Finn tucked Leo into bed, and Luna jumped up on his bed and curled up next to him purring. "Night night, you two," Finn says, turning the light off and closing the door slightly. Leo falls asleep and snuggles up with Luna. Finn walked to his bedroom and was glad that Leo was happy with his new kitten.
