Oliver woke up at 3:37am crying, Finn woke up and put Oliver's paci back in his mouth and rocked him to sleep. He started to calm down and stop crying which led into sniffles. "That's it, good boy it's alright" Finn whispered as Oli slowly fell back to sleep. Finn was so tired he shut his eyes as soon as Oliver fell asleep.
7:42am, Finn woke up and got up off the couch. He walked into the kitchen as he began to make breakfast and drank a glass of orange juice. He heard tiny footsteps coming towards the kitchen and it was Leo, he had his stuffie in one arm, blankie in the other and his paci in his mouth as he was using the back of his hand to rub his sleepy eyes. "Good morning baby, did you sleep okay?" Finn questions as Leo nodded, not feeling very verbal today. "Don't feel like talking, hm?" Finn says as Leo lets out another nod. "That's fine, let's get your diaper changed and then we can start getting you ready for some breakfast" Finn adds. Once Leo was ready Oliver woke up and sat down next to Leo while he was in his highchair. Leo babbled nonsense and Oliver looked at him and tilted his head. "Oli, Leo is a baby today so we have to be careful when playing," Finn explains. "Otay" Oli replies shyly. Leo looked at Oliver and giggled. Oli smiled and began eating his breakfast. Finn began feeding Leo his food and he was making a lot of mess. "You're so messy Leo" Finn says laughing quietly. Leo babbles, clapping his hands and Oliver finishes his breakfast. "M done" Oli mumbles. "Good boy Oli, I'm going to clean Leo up then you both can play" Finn explains as Oliver nodded.
8:53am, a knock on the front door was heard. Finn went to answer it and it was Lia. "Good morning" Lia says as Finn says the same thing as her. She steps into the house and Oliver runs up to her as soon as he hears her voice. "MAMA!" He yelled in excitement. "Hi baby, have you been a good boy?" Lia asks. "Wes" Oliver replies. "How was his sleep last night?" Lia asks as she picks her little up. "It was good, he woke up once but other than that he's been a good boy" Finn says as they all walk into the living room. Leo crawls over to Finn and makes grabby hands. "Do you want cuddles?" Finn asks as Leo just made noises. "I'm guessing he's a baby today?" Lia questions. "Yep he's been like that since he woke up this morning" Finn replies. Leo continues to babble nonsense as Oliver clings to Lia and doesnât want to let go. Oliver snuggles into Liaâs neck and hugs her tightly. âIâm guessing someone missed me, hm?â Lia says as Oli nodded. âWe made cookies yesterday afternoon, would you like to take some home Oliver, Leo wonât eat them all to himself?â Finn questions. âWes pweaseâ Oli replies as he smiles and moves his head out of his caregiverâs neck.
They all head to the kitchen and Finn grabs a tub to put cookies in for Oliver and Lia. He passes the box to Lia ''Thank you so much" "don't worry about it" Finn replies with a smile on his face. Luna came into the kitchen and brushed against Lia's legs and she bends down and strokes her. Finn put Luna's breakfast back down to her since she didn't want Oliver and Leo to accidentally knock it over while playing. Leo let out happy babbles as he saw Luna. Finn set him on the floor as Leo began to stroke Luna while she was eating. "Mama" Oli mumbles. "Yes baby?" She questions. "Tans I stroke the kitty?" Oliver asks. "Of course you can" Lia puts Oli down on the floor next to Leo and he strokes Luna. She rubs against his leg and begins purring. "Mama she make noise" Oliver giggles. "She's very happy" Lia replies smiling. "Oh yes before I forget, are all of his things in his bag?" Lia asks Finn. "Oh yes, his bag is in Leo's room. I'll go and grab it for you" Finn says as he rushes upstairs.
Leo began to cry as Finn disappeared. "Da" He whines as tears start to form. Lia picks him up, rocking him. "Sh sh it's okay Dada is just getting something he will be back" Lia says quietly. Leo let out sobs as he wanted his dada. Finn comes back with Oliver's bag, passing it to Lia as he sees his baby crying. "Oh baby come to dada" Finn says regretting leaving Leo alone. "Thank you so much, we should probably head back now Oliver" Lia says. "Otay mama" Oli giggles. "Thank you so much for letting him stay over" Lia spoke. "What do we say Oliver?" She adds. "Tank ou" he softly said. "That's alright little guy, it was lovely having you over and you are always welcome to have more sleepovers" Finn explains as Oliver's face glows up with a smile. Both Lia and Oliver left, leaving Finn and Leo to relax all day.
