I was snuggled inside my blankets until I got a text from Hannah asking if I wanted to go to hang out.
I texted back sure since I had nothing else better to do today.
I got up from my bed and walked towards Cookie to see if she was okay.
She was still sleeping, but I made sure she had everything she needed inside her cage since I was going to be gone for a few hours.
Sighing, I headed towards the bathroom so I could freshen up. After I was done, I placed on green Capri pants, a peach shirt, and black chucks.
Since my hair was frizzy and I didn't have time to straighten it, I decided to leave it like that.
I then placed on black eyeliner and made the wings sharp enough to kill a man.
I placed on cherry blossom lip gloss and checked myself out in the mirror.
Realizing I was good to go, I grabbed my wallet, and reached the kitchen, seeing my dad was eating breakfast.
"Good morning." I greeted him, while I poured cereal and milk into a bowl.
"Morning, do you have any plans for today?" Dad asked.
"Yeah, I plan on going to the mall with Hannah. Also could you check on Cookie, while I'm gone?" I asked, grabbing a piece of fruit to eat from the fruit basket.
"Sure, but you shop all the time. You need to learn how to manage money instead of squandering it." Dad said, pointedly.
"I do know how to manage money. I'm not going, bankrupt and I'm good at saving money." I said.
"Mmhmm," Dad said.
"Dad." I looked at him.
"Yes." He replied.
"Can I have $200?" I asked.
"What happened to you knowing how to manage money?" He asked.
"I do, but I just want to spend yours." I shrugged my shoulders.
"Fine, but only because I'm in a good mood and you're doing well in your academics." He said, while he took out his wallet and handed me the money.
"Thanks, Dad." I smiled, while I got up and walked over to him.
I gave him a hug and he hugged me back. I then picked up his dishes, placed it inside the sink, and helped him wash it.
Once I was done, I placed up my things and told him goodbye.
When I stepped outside, I felt the cool breeze, I sighed.
I headed over to Hannah's and pressed down on the doorbell, and moments later, she opened up the door.
"Hey," She hugged me and I hugged her back.
"Hey, how have you been?" I smiled.
"Good, I've just been a bit stress from school work," She sighed, closing the door behind her. Soon we settled into her car, and I turned on the radio.
"So you and Adam, huh?" She smirked when she started up the car and drove towards the mall.
"Ugh, how about you and Drake?" I questioned, making her blush and looked away.
"Awww." I made kissing noises and pinched her cheeks, while she grumbled. Even though we knew each other for a short while, I was sure we would be best friends.
"It's not what you think." She replied.
"Sure," I smirked.
"Fine, I like him. I always had since middle school." She sighed as she tried to fix her hair quickly before returning her attention back to the road.
"Why haven't you told him since?" I gave her a questioned look.
"He's popular and I'm not. I bet I'm not even his type." She said, quietly.
"Look Hannah, you're a beautiful girl and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. If it makes you feel any better, I can give you a makeover, but you don't need it." I said, honestly.
"Thank you," She gave me a small smile and I did the same, "All my life, I've dressed like this so maybe it's time for a change but I'm not sure. Im so used to being invisible." She shrugged her shoulders.
"I dont think you are, and change for yourself not anybody else."
"What are you a poet now?" She laughed a little.
"Maybe." I smiled, cheekily.
Eventually, we reached the mall and we found a clothing store we both agreed to shop at.
"How does this look?" Hannah asked and I thought she looked beautiful.
"Girl you look amazing." I smiled.
"Really?" She looked at herself in the mirror. I playfully rolled my eyes. I then took a belt off the rack and placed it around her waist.
"Now your outfit looks drop dead gorgeous," I smirked.
"Ohhh I love it." She smiled.
"You should buy it," I suggested.
"You know if I buy something, you have to buy something too."
"Fine, I will..." I turned around and looked through the clothing racks.
After some time of shopping, I found some clothes I liked and saw that Hannah waited for me in front of the line.
"Excuse me...Excuse me," I said, while I walked pass people. Some didn't want to move since they thought that I would cut in front of them.
"I know her," Hannah told them and they moved aside.
Suddenly, Hannah accidentally bumped into someone.
When she turned around to apologize, he looked down at her, while he glared.
It was the same rude guy from the movie night.
What the hell? He was dressed in women clothing although there's nothing wrong with cross-dressing if a person felt the need to do it.
Not to discriminate, but his makeup wasn't on point and he looked worse than Ronald McDonald.
"Excuse you." He said, rudely.
"You're excused." She rolled her eyes.
"If you wasn't a girl I would-"
"You would what, hit me? Just so you know I don't discriminate when it comes to fighting." Hannah glared at him. I was a bit shock to see Hannah lose her temper, but also proud since she was taking after me.
For a moment, they had a staring eye contest until he looked away and turned around.
"Yeah, that's what I thought," Hannah said. I then saw the muscles in his shoulders and back tense. When I looked down, he clenched his fists at his sides. It was pretty obvious that this person had issues or they were a werewolf.
