As they approached the source of movement, they saw a figure hunched over what appeared to be a makeshift campsite.Riya's heart raced as she realized that they had stumbled upon something significant. They had found the outsider.With their weapons at the ready, they closed in on the figure. When they were close enough, they pounced, surrounding the person.To their astonishment, the outsider turned out to be a woman, confused and frightened. She raised her hands in surrender. But when Riya removed the scarf from her face, she was surprised." Priyanka! What are you doing here?"The woman's voice trembled as she replied, "Riya how come you, oh you are posted here? I...I'm a journalist now. I was investigating the recent events in the cantonment for a news story."Riya was taken aback. Her college friend Priyanka amid all this chaos was unexpected. "Why didn't you contact the cantonment authorities? This is a restricted area."Priyanka explained, her voice still quivering with nervousness, "I tried, but my phone signal was jammed. I had to come here to get evidence for my story. I never expected to run into you."Riya realized that Priyanka might have stumbled upon crucial information during her investigation. Her journalistic instincts had led her to this forest, and there was a possibility that her findings were connected to the insurgent leader they were looking for.Riya looked at her team and then back at Priyanka. If she has got any extra information, let's check that!"Riya nodded and continued to question Priyanka about her investigation.She shared details about suspicious meetings that she had observed in the forest. "Riya, detain him but don't treat him as an enemy just yet. He might have valuable information about the insurgents' activities."Riya relayed Neha's instructions to her team, and they proceeded to take Raj into custody.
