Elora's POV------------------It's been five minutes. I'm gathering and forming the words in my mind that I should probably say but my lips are trembling, not strong enough to let out those words. The huge wave of emotions is making me confused. This is so sudden. This is a lot for me to take in. I feel shock and a sense of being abandoned, to be honest. Rodas is waiting for me to say something, to answer him while patiently sitting beside me on the edge of the bed and holding my hand. This is the man I love. This is the man with whom I've gone through a lot. I've loved him, hated him and loved him with all I have. The man who has cherished and loved me the most and hurt me the most. And he suddenly told me that he was going to surrender himself to the police and stay behind the bar. Did I push him too far?Was I being too selfish?But I only wanted a normal life with him. "Elora?" Rodas calls me, squeezing my hands to make me look at him. My vision is blurry. I didn't even realise that I was crying. I don't know. This is just too much. "Will you wait for me?" He asks in a soft voice. Till when? I can wait for him, no matter how long he takes but what scares me the most is whether he will return to me or not. And if he doesn't then I don't want it. I would rather live with him in this chaos. Rodas brushes away some hair strands off my face and holds my face between his palms. "When I come back... Let's start again. Hm?" His words sound so tempting that it's scaring me even more."Rodas I-" I start but my voice stops halfway. He wipes away my tears with his thumb and nods, telling me to go on. "Why does it feel like you're just lying?" "Sunshine! I'm not lying" he whispers. I break into tears. Even more, when he kisses me on the cheeks. "Look at me," he says and when I do, I can see him smiling. Why are you smiling stupid?"I want to spend the rest of my life with you Elora and I promise you, I won't repeat anything that you don't like. I honestly want to live a simple life with you... Just give me some time to sort things out." This stupid person. He slips his hands over my nape."I'm sorry, it took me so long to come to this decision. I was being a coward" My fingers slowly find their way to the scar on his face, gently rubbing over it. He leans into my touch, allowing me to caress him. "How long will you take to come back?" I ask, eyes fixated on his scar."A few years, maybe more but I don't mind all of that if, in the end, I can be with you without any worry" I find myself smiling faintly and he gives me another kiss on my forehead. "So, will you wait for me?" I will. No matter how long as long as you're coming back to me. I nod slowly. He brings his face close to mine and my eyes meet his green gaze. "Words, Flower" he murmurs.I open my mouth, lips slightly brushing against his."I will. I will wait for you, Rodas. So, don't you dare betray m-mmph"Without warning, he captures my lips and does not let me finish my words. I hold my breath for a second, my heart pounding loudly. I feel the heat surging within me. He holds the back of my head and I grab his hoodie but when he kisses me roughly, I lose balance and my back hits the soft mattress making me bounce back against his chest. He holds my waist to keep me in place and keeps kissing me.A minute or two later, Rodas pulls away, breathing heavily and stares at me with his hungry green eyes. He blinks before chuckling, "I wanted to attack you in the elevator" he confesses. I laugh, throwing my head back but then instantly stop when I feel his moist lips over my exposed neck. I squeeze my eyes shut, flinching with each kiss. I shift to my place and lean back against the bed headboard, propping my elbows on the pillow. His mouth finds its way back to mine. Deep and dominating.I cannot stop the moan that slips off my lips when Rodas's hand slips under my dress and his finger plays along the lining of my panty."I missed you so much..." He whispers near my ear before slowly biting it. I hug him as he pulls down my panty. "I miss you too, Rodas," I tell him back. He smiles and slowly pulls me down, making me lie under him. "Be ready, Sunshine!" He smirks and my cheeks start burning when he pulls off his hoodie and the t-shirt underneath. The sight of his naked body still amazes me and never fails to make me fluster. "Can I?" He asks and waits for my answer.I nod with a shy smile and soon feel his fingers penetrating me. I tremble and wrap my arms around his neck, his fingers rhythmically moving inside me making me twitch and moan shamelessly. Soon my legs stiffen and I feel the heat building inside me about to explode, about to blow into dust. I hold onto him tighter, fingers digging into his flesh. I come with a huge surge of waves. I think I nearly passed out for a few seconds. I feel him kissing me and when I open my mouth, he is licking his fingers with a satisfied smile. I bury my face into his chest with embarrassment but he makes me face him again."Why are you being shy? We have done this before" he chuckles. He starts unbuckling his belt."We are just getting started, Sunshine"
