Kaleb pov

"Come here!" I yelled running after my three-year-old sister. She squealed giggling as she rounded the corner. I smiled chuckling as her giggles sounded throughout the house.

"Reuben you're supposed to be helping!" I yelled at my younger twin who sat watching TV.

I left him there following Adriana into the kitchen only to find Reuben already there throwing her up into the air making her scream and burst into laughter every time he caught her.

"Aha! I caught you!!" He threw her into the air again and this time I caught her.

"Are you crazy!? What if you threw her down!" I scolded him holding Adri to my chest. They both pouted at me Adri complaining in baby language.

"Aww come on Kallel! You're no fun. You have got to lighten up if you want her to like you more." I stared.

"Are you saying Adri doesn't like me?" Reuben smirked.

"Well no...just that she likes me more." I gaped looking down at Adriana to see her staring at me

"Hey Adri, do you like me or Reuben more?" I asked.

"Ben!" Reuben burst into laughter as I held Adri out at him.

"Fine! Be that way!" Reuben took her from me still laughing.

"I was joking Kallel."

"Stop calling me that! You can pronounce my name now."

"But your nickname is so cool though, you're technically superman."

"Superman was loved by his baby sister." Reuben burst in to laughter again

"Stop pouting Kallel, she loves you see? Ana, do you like Kallel?"

"Yes!"

"How much?" I glanced overseeing Adri with her cute thinking face before she opens her arms as wide as she could.

"Yove Kayeb thii mush!!" She grinned and I felt an arrow in my heart.

"Aw, you do love me!"

"Me too! Me too!" Reuben cheered shoving Adri in my arms so he could wrap us both in his and kiss my cheek.

"Eww Robin get off! That's disgusting! And you'll hurt Adri!!" I yelled.

"Nope!" He grinned.

I did the most reasonable thing to do in that situation. I zapped him on his butt making him jumping back and cry out at the pain while Adri laughed loudly at his antics.

"Kal- away! Why!?" He groaned "You're so mean! This is the fourth time today Kallel!!" I snorted turning to leave the kitchen when I saw mom standing by the door.

"Hey, mom.." I smiled nervously " How, how long have you been there?" She smirked raising her eyebrows at me.

"Mama!!" Adrien cheered bouncing in my arms. Mom smile.

"Baby!!" Adrien began to float out my arms heading to mom "I was here the whole time by the way." She chuckled as I scratched my neck nervously.

"So you saw everything...?"

"Everything." She grinned. When Adri was in her arms she gave her a kiss so hard her face squished up.

"Mama!"

"Hehe. And boys, no powers besides floating or teleporting in the house." She sent a blast to Reuben's butt and he sighed. "That should cool the burn. Kaleb, no more zapping your brother."

"Yes, mom.." I pouted making her smile at me.

"Good." Then she was gone.

My pout easily turned into a smile as I thought of mom. My mom has to be the coolest mom in the world.

"Mom is so cool!" Reuben gushed bouncing in place.

"I think she's the coolest." I nodded my head agreeing with him.

"Definitely!"

Ben and I were back in the kitchen. We were hungry and our fridge was filled with food so we went to ransack- I mean get some food. I sat by the island eating an egg sausage, and cheese sandwich. This was my third, then I saw a cake I wanted which I was going to eat after. Ben was eating a round dish of macaroni pie.

"Hey boys, eating without me huh?" Dad appeared in front of the fridge already going through it.

"Sorry?"

"Don't talk with your mouth full Reu, you can choke." Dad came over to us taking a bite out of a sandwich that I have no idea when he made. Glowing white eyes appeared behind dad making me choke on my drink a little.

"Dad-!" We were a second too late as the eyes moved and dad dodged a kick to his head blocking the fist that came after.

Reuben and I sighed in relief.

"Did you watch closely what I just did?" We blinked rapidly confused.

"Huh?" The white glowing eyes stepped forward and out of the shadows came mom.

"Mom?" She smiled.

"Do you see how prepared your father was despite it looking like him being off guard?" We nodded "That's the first thing we're going to train you on." My eyes widened

"We're going to start training!?" Reuben shot up excitedly. Can't say I wasn't either.

"Yep!" I grinned.

"Awesome!" We cheered high fiving.

"Right? But first... who's ready to fly?"

"Me!!" We shot up even more excited than before.

Mom grinned down at us the motion for us to head outside. We wasted no time doing so.

"But what about Adri?" I stopped running looking back to ask.

"Your father is going to watch over your sister so, let's go!" Mom took my hand as we left the kitchen.

"But wait! Mom, we don't have our wings yet." Reuben worried but all mom did was smile.

"You can't always depend on your wings, what if they broke? Or you hurt them? If so then you'll fall. So tonight, we're using the wind to fly." Mom walked us out a little more to the open. "You understand how to float but to fly using the wind will be a bit harder. Now up you go!" She lifted us up into the air the wind taking us higher.

Reuben pov

This is so cool! I'm in the air, flying!! Not properly, but I'm still flying! I was doing flips in the air trying to keep my balance, this really is harder than floating! They kept pushing me in the opposite direction I was trying to steady myself in.

I heard mom's giggle making me pout as she came up under me. She took my hands positioning me then she let go.

"Follow me." I did, following her actions to steady myself more.

Kallel came up beside me taking my left in his right. He was still a bit unsteady but so was I. We spent the next ten minutes trying to gain our balance with mom helping us every time the wind made us lose it.

Once we had it mom raised us higher each time and the wind was stronger too. Tonight was a bit cold but I liked it, it felt nice. I kept giggling like a schoolgirl as I looked around then my eyes landed on mom.

Is she...is mom glowing!?

I started shaking Kaleb to get his attention then I pointed at mom. Her eyes weren't the usual multicolored I knew them to be, instead, they shined to match the colour of the moon and she was glowing a bit to match it as well.

"Mom...why are you glowing?" Kaleb asked.  She smiled at us.

"Remember that story of the moon goddess?" We nodded. "Well.. you're looking at her." Our eyes widened as we watched mom slowly transform.

Once she was transformed fully she was now wearing a dress. The sleeves were see-through, going from her elbows passed her hands. I think her dress was longer than her with how far down the trail in the back went, it stopped flowing right under her knees in the front. The dress is dark silver and it made mom look like she was glowing even more than she was before.

Her hair went from beach waves to ringtails with her gold highlights changing to silver. Seeing it change to silver from gold was pretty cool. Her eyes that glowed now glittered too.

"Woah...!" We breathed out in awe of our mom.

"It's official. We have the coolest mom in the world." I stated firmly and extremely certain about myself.

"I can't disagree with you on that one." Kaleb was still gaping at mom.

She laughed at us walking over to us as if she was on the ground.

"You can walk on air!?"

"You know I had almost forgotten about that." She laughed now standing below us.

We were floating above her. In the air!!!

"This is officially the coolest night of my life," Kaleb stated. I nodded fast, agreeing wholeheartedly.

"What to see what else is cool?"

"Yes!" No hesitation was in my voice.

Smiling mom took both our hands and we flew off to who knows where! I got to see mom do her job which was, something. I don't know the words and cool isn't enough to say it. Nor is awesome.

At some point, we landed on an island. I just about had a heart attack when a dragon appeared between the trees. Then I almost died finding out that my grandfather and great grandfather were dragons.

We got to talk to the ones around our age they were our height in dragon forms but smaller in human then one came and bit me! Like...why!? It hurt a lot!

I felt like I'm going to cry, but I was angrier and chasing after the red dragon.

"Hey! Say sorry! Why'd you bite me!?" All the dragons laughed as I kept running it down.

I only stopped when a burning feeling crawled up my arm. I looked down to see a black dragon tattoo appear on my arm going all the way from my wrist to my elbow.

What is this? I looked at mom when she squealed highly confused.

"You got your dragon! I'm so proud! When you are older I can't wait to see how big he'd turn out!" She held up the red dragon that was staring me up and down.

I huffed only halfway understanding.

"You didn't have to bite me you know." I pouted only to get a small flame blown at me in return  "Hey! That's rude!"

"Aww... I want a dragon too." Kaleb pouted.

"Ha. I'm cooler than you now."

"Not even in your dreams" I stuck my tongue out at him and he did the same.

"You do have one Kallel.  Your dragon isn't here though. If I tell you your dragon will you stop feeling sad?" He nodded.

Mom whispered something in his ears and a hot blush formed on his cheeks.

"No way!" He jumped back staring in shock.

"Way!" I snorted at how mom still acted like a teenager sometimes.

We stayed on the island and I got to play with my dragon. He was pretty cool but he liked to run after bigger dragons and set their tails on fire. It made us both get chased.

Flying was fun and all, but flying on top of a dragon made my entire month!! I was so gonna brag about this to the kids in school.

They could never! I laughed out at the thought getting a weird look from my older twin.

"You weirdo."

"Shut up!" I huffed. A light shined in my eyes temporarily blinding me. I looked to see that the sun was starting to rise.

It looked so pretty from here. We had an open view of the sun rising from the ocean. Probably should stop staring at it though, it's hurting my eyes.

"Oh, it's time to go.."

"Already?" I pouted earning laughs from mom and great-grandpa.

"Yes. Danny is going to flip if we return any later!" Mom laughed.

Mom took our hands and we waved goodbye to all the dragons before we lifted into the air.

"Bye, grandfather! I'll see you soon" Mom shouted as she waved.

He laughed, shifting into his dragon, and roared our way. There is no doubt in my mind that I have the most awesome family tree in the world, both human and supernatural.

By the time we got home, the sun was high in the sky and almost everyone was awake. But I was tired. I wanted to sleep now. The moment our feet touched the ground the door opened and dad and Adri came to greet us.

"Mama! Kayeb! Reueen!" She ran straight into Kaleb's leg almost falling back if he hadn't caught her. "You weft me..." She looked up at us ready to cry.

My heart...she's adorable!

We glanced at each other before we knelt down and brought her into our arms standing with her still between them.

"Aww bubbles, we didn't leave you." We stated in sync.

"We only went to see what mom does, next time we'll take you okay?" I smiled as she nodded at us trying to snuggle into both of us.

Not being able to she snuggled into my chest and gripped Kallel's shirt tightly.

"That's so cute!" Mom giggled

as a camera magically appeared in her hands and she took some pictures.

That's a new camera, where does she even get these!? mom can be so weird sometimes. I thought.

"I heard that!" She flicked my forehead making me pout. "Alright, come inside. And since she won't let you go...We'll leave her with you boys for a bit until she does." We nodded and followed mom inside.

As soon as mom walked into the kitchen dad pulled her in for a kiss. That's gross!!

"Eww! Mom! Dad! Get a room!" Kaleb and I shouted as we used our hands to block Adri's eyes.

They broke apart, dad had mom giggling like a love-struck teenager. Still gross!

"When you get your girl. You'll know how it is." Dad told us smirking as he disappeared with mom to who knows where. Kal sighed.

"It's like sometimes we're the adults in the house." I raised an eyebrow.

"Not true. It's like most of the time you're the adult in the house. You need to loosen up Kallel." He rolled his eyes.

"Whatever!" I noticed that Adri had switched positions. She now laid on Kallel's chest and had a death hold on my shirt.

"Want to play some video games until she lets us go?" He looked down snorting before he looked up.

"No, we should watch a movie instead, we can play games after." I shrugged going along with it.

We placed a Disney move in. It turned out to be Brother Bear. I thought we lost that movie? Well, we watched it until all of us fell asleep on the chair.
