Two years later...
Jade pov
Two years have passed since I got rejected by my mate, found my second mate, got a new pack, and some awesome ass powers. In those two years, my pack turned deadlier than they were before, and not just because of me, the new generation of wolves are strong. I'm known as, the silver wolf, since I'm a bit stronger and bigger than an alpha. I'm 17 now and I'm turning 18 soon. Next two months Daniel will be 19.
Did I mention that I'm luna of the pack now? No? Well, I am. Danny got his alpha title last year, but we still had training to do so when we're training John or dad as I called him now, would do the paperwork. Danny is also the only wolf to be bigger than I am. Although not quite as strong, he is faster.
Now that you're a bit up to date. You can continue no-
"Jade! Jade! Jade!!" Danny called out to me, yelling at the end in through our mind link. I groaned turning over to my side.
"Fifteen minutes again.," I grumbled burying my face under my pillow. He chuckled taking the pillow off my head and leaning close to my ear
"Happy birthday baby." He whispered then kissed my ear and continued kissing until he reached my lips. I kissed back opening my eyes and smiling at him as he pulled away from me.
I sighed then sat up as the scent of pancakes filled my senses and appealed to my hungry stomach. I inhaled, my eyes lighting up like the stars.
"I smell pancakes!" Danny chuckled smiling as he planted another kiss on my lips. He lingered a little before pulling away.
"Get dressed and come downstairs." He got up leaving the room before poking his head back in "And uh, if you dont mind, wake up the others." He smiled leaving for sure this time.
I smiled getting off the bed and heading into the bathroom.
After handling my business I changed into short jeans pants and a tank top. Walking out my room I went to wake Kyle up. He wasn't as hard to wake up, neither were the others and then there's Terence. He just hates waking up on a morning no matter the time, he always refuses to wake up.
"Terence I swear if you don't get u-" he threw his pillow at me.
Oh, so it's like that? I growled and I saw his body tense. He didn't get a chance to move before we're out of the house and in the air over the lake. At this time the water is always freezing cold, and I added a little to it. Right before I could hit the water along with him I left his side hearing a loud splash of water and a second later his screams.
Everyone that had seen what I did laughed or shook their head at him as he had to swim from in the middle of the lake to the shore, in nothing but his underwear. I could feel him shivering from here as he dragged himself out of the water and onto the shore.
He tried to glare up at me but he was too busy trying to cool himself off. I smiled innocently at him waving as I walked off. I went straight to the kitchen, smiling in joy as Danny held a stack of pancakes up for me to take. I took it giving him a quick kiss before moving to the island to eat them. I saved the last one for Danny though.
Daniel, Jade, we need to have a meeting. Right now. I'm in your office. Dad's mind linked us.
I sent Danny a confused look only to receive a shrug in return. Danny ate the pancakes I left for him and then we began making our way to the alpha floor. Upon entering the office we saw dad looking stressed and tired.
"What's wrong?" I asked instant worry filling into my system. Something was wrong. He sighed.
"A neighboring pack has been attacked, by demons and rogues." This got Rubys and Safire's attention. "They weren't strong enough. As a matter of fact, they didn't stand a near chance and most of the pack members are seriously injured. They asked us if we could help. I said I'll consult with you both first before making a decision. They're still waiting for our answer." I looked at Daniel.
We both nodded knowing what the other was thinking.
"What pack is it?" Dad sighed at my question, anger, and irritation filling his eyes.
"The Moon pack." Everyone of me was alert and now paying attention to what was happening. And none of us were happy, but it wasn't just us.
"No way! Absolutely not!" Daniel rejected, growling as he knew my past with the pack.
Should we help them? I asked.
I vote yes! Then we'll get to show those fuckers that karma is a bitch! And so are we! Ruby said. Safire, Scarlet, and Empress agreed.
Well, what do you think Diamond? She was silent before answering.
I'm not one for revenge, but I do know that this pack needs our help.
Lame! Ruby scoffed
On the other hand...and I'll only agree to this once. God himself said, "Vengeance is mine." So, let's give em' hell! Ruby cheered as I snorted.
So it's agreed then, we go? I asked for confirmation.
Yes. They all answered.
I snapped back to reality as sparks went off on my skin. Looking up I locked eyes with Danny, who was holding onto my shoulders. He sighed in relief.
"You have got to stop doing that. You zoned out on us again. Should we go?" He asked worry and anger flashing in his eyes. I smiled leaning my head on his chest
"We'll go. Tell them that we'll help." I stated looking to dad, who nodded.
"Are you sure about this babe? Do you really want to go back there?" Danny questioned as we walked out of the room.
"Of course!" I answered full of sarcasm. He rolled his eyes.
"Uhuh...Jade, the truth." I sighed stopping in my tracks making him stop as well.
"Honestly. I'd rather not go back, there are so many bad memories..." I inhaled slowly to calm myself down "At some point, I had to go back, but I'm not afraid anymore. How does that old saying go again? Right. Karma is a bitch." I smiled up at Danny and he mirrored my smile with one of his gorgeous ones.
"That's my girl. Now since we have more time let's go have fun!"
"What?" I gave him a questioning look which made him smile more.
He took my hand, dragging me in the direction of the waterfall. I questioned him but he kept ignoring me opting to just excitedly drag me and leaving me to wonder why he was taking me there in the first place.
As we got closer the scent of food and the members of the pack wafted into my nose. Danny smiled more- if possible, as he covered my eyes with his hands and lead me to whatever he was taking me too. Removing his hand I stood stunned as everyone turned and faced us quickly followed by
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY JADE!!!" They cheered throwing confetti all over the place and above my head.
I laughed and realized this was what Danny was keeping from me for the past two weeks. I hugged him in thanks as the party began with loud music and everything.
"Why don't you change?" He handed me a bag and in it was a swimsuit.
I kissed him before running off behind a tree and changing into the whole suit. It had a diamond shape in front reveling some of my stomach and it showed most of my back. I quickly decided to have fun and let my worries wash off for the day.
Just enjoy yourself join the party! Scarlet laughed.

The next morning we were packed and ready to go. Not a lot of us were going so, we decided on taking Kyle, Terence, Cole, and Jeff. I wore leather pants with a black tank top that read 'I'm your worst nightmare!' on it in red. Slipping on my leather jacket and my high heel boots along with putting on some red lipstick and black nail polish from yesterday, I looked like a total badass!
It was time to go. I took my red Lamborghini giving Kyle the keys to my mustang. Terence rode with Danny in the range rover along with the others.
"Jade!" I turned and looked towards dad.
"Yeah?" He smirked
"Give em' hell!" I smiled widely at him, mischief clear in my eyes as the sun reflected off of it, giving it an extra shine.
"No problem dad! Already counting on it!" He waved as we drove off and headed to the Moon pack.
I hope those little fucks are prepared for the shock of their lives because I'm back! And I hit harder than a raging bull on crack! I smiled to myself fully aware that my eyes had shifted into a deep glowing red because of Ruby's excitement mixing in with mine.
