Ela's POV,Now, I'm at the resort where we were supposed to spend our wedding night. Yeah, one of our favorite places that we had in our bucket list.Situated in a hilly region around an open forest, this resort does immerse you in its beauty, my lord.Gulping down the harsh drink, I wiped my tears. The bartender kept glancing at me. Ofcourse, here I was alone, wrenched, in my wedding attire."Shawn, you better gotta believe me. You can't let our ship sink just like that.", I muttered keeping my head on the counter. "And if that's what you need.", there was a brief pause."I'm leaving! Right now."I turned my seat around.A man in tuxedo stood with his fisted hands talking to another man, probably his father. Because they look quite similar sharing similar rigid and tough postures. "Kylen, we need to talk.", the father (I guess) tried to hold his shoulder."Well, we did that already dad.""Wohoo, I was right. It's a dad-son duo right there.", I giggled, unaware of grabbing their attention.Kylen or whoever he was, he had a quick glance over me before whispering something to his dad's ears.Soon the old man left, and this guy speeded towards me.Jeez."Wtf are you doing here?", his rage seemed to have doubled spotting me."Do I know you?", I asked squinting my eyes."Oh. Come on. You have ruined his life already. Why this pity drama?", he kept uttering. He was imprecating me!A familiar musky scent as he erased the gap between us.That's when I read his pitch-black orbs. The same ones I had seen for a second when a camera flash stroke across the wall. The photo posted on my page. The outline of his face synced with the man in photo. His nose sharp and his brows arched. He did this to me."It's you.", I gasped while he looked away. "Not here.""You kissed me! You kidnapped me! You hijacked my wedding-"He tugged me by my left arm into a creepy corridor."I'm supposed to be raging at you. Not the other way round.", he said with a poker face.He unlocked a door at left and pushed me in harshly.I tried to balance myself on my feet. The other mistake I did was turning towards him, he pinned me against the wall. His vengeful eyes trying to frighten me."What-have I-done to... you?", I spoke in difficulty wiggling my hands."Sam didn't deserve it." ,he roared."Who is Sam now?", I asked with a lone tear escaping from my eyes as his grip tightened around me.Not knowing who this man was. Why he had death wish for me. I felt my end nearing me."How many more lies? Better spit the truth if you want to live tomorrow."To my rescue, the door snapped open."Kyle! I've been searching for you all day-""Yo! What's happening here?", the other guy rushed towards us.I barely could move a limb. With my lungs puffed up, barely any oxygen left in them, I felt dizzy."Kylen. Leave her!", he pushed the monster away, breaking the contact.I fell down coughing up as a stream of air got into my lungs. My chest ached with my heart pounding."This woman tore you apart, Sam! Amidst everything, you still have sympathy for her?", Kylen roared. The other guy was Sam. What's going on here? I don't recognize him either. This couldn't be happening. It's a nightmare! It has to be..."Why did you do that? Why did you ruin my life?", I fell on my knees with tears flooding out of my eyes."Who the hell is she?", the voice echoed across the room."Isn't she your ex?", asked the guy in front of me while I breathed lowly."She's not-. She's not her!"Taking alternative glances at me, they seemed to be horrified."You have kidnapped the wrong bride, Kylen!", Sam's voice thundered. An abrupt silence hovered all over us.
