Ela's POV,I couldn't wait to share this with Kat! She is clueless and this is gonna be hella crazy for her. And to my luck, I got busy the next day. Because of the program and two days of leaves, I was tied up with loads of work. I have texted her to wait until evening. She has been sending me question marks in chats. In noon, I received her another text,'Ela! You are scaring the shit out of me!! Are you okay? I'm coming to meet you at your office.' She is worried now. I giggled, I'm not revealing in the chat.I replied, 'I'll be back by 7 tonight. Girlies' night-out tonight at my place.'She immediately reacted with a wine emoji.And look at my life's timings. I had back-to-back meetings till half past nine."Kat is gonna kill me. Goodbye world.", I ran to my parked car.__________Kylen's POV,Man, this is not how I expected my life to evolve. You know, when those people were ranting about pole dance, I could have beaten up them right there. There I was waiting to see my Nor's performance, and these idiots were delaying it. I took care of them without causing a scene, it surprised me. My family teased me all night at party for missing Eleanor. Yeah, she got superb busy. She was the celebrity of the night. And then, she spent her week with her parents, and I was losing my calmness. Credits to grandma and Sam! They didn't let me or breath properly. They kept talking about her. How family oriented she is. How amazing as a person, she is. Here I was battling with my own emotions, and Sam was fueling my fire. I literally didn't care of what her parents thought about me. All I wanted was to know what she feels about me!Finally, I got the chance to talk to her alone, thanks to sleepy Kat. What did I do? I screwed it up. I ran out of her house like Cinderella, almost after confessing it!Eleanor was overwhelmed. I saw her going back to the elevator, rubbing her tears.How could I make her cry? My heart ached at that moment. My brain scowled at me to get inside the car and move as I don't want her to be pulled into my miserable life. Though Grandma and Sam contradict to above point.I ran before the doors closed and grabbed her into a kiss. She didn't fight or push me away. She let me devour her soft and moist lips the way I wanted. She reciprocated gradually and I let the moment take over the control. I was kissing a woman after ages! Yeah, the last time I had was I was graduating from college, I guess.Eleanor needs to know how precious she is to me. Importantly, how and when I fell for her.Taking her to a walk, I finally made the guts to share what happened on her wedding day. She chuckled hearing the story. I have been wanting to kiss her; make her mince since the day I laid my eyes on her. How sinful I sounded when I learnt she was supposed to be married to Shawn. I fought for her, convinced that Shawn to get back with her, despite burying my feelings for her. I hid the words used by Shawn for not to hurt her. But when time raised, I let her breakdown. I wanted her pain to be ripped out of this damn world.Though she had no clue of anything.Sam knew it well before of my struggle. Luckily, he supported me until I was ready to confess.Now, recalling definitely feels like my life is evolving int he right way.I'm standing near outside her house, waiting for Eleanor to return from office.To my surprise, I see Kattsy impatiently waiting beside me.I guess, Nor hasn't told her yet."How are you so silent today?", I asked folding my arms against my chest."I don't know! Ela has kept me on toes all day. I hope she is fine. I don't know what she wants to tell me. Did I hurt her Kylen? Did I talk something rubbish yesternight while I was drunk?"I shook my head horizontally, resisting myself not to burst out laughing."Do you know?""Know what?", I twitched my brows."What she wants to say.", her big eyes were sad.Oh god, Kat is overthinking."By the way why are you here?", she passed a suspicious look.A second ago, she was sad, another second, she turned into a detective!"I refuse to reply.", I teased her.She held her hair, "Kylen."The elevator finally stopped at this floor with a ring. Both of us stared at the direction."Hey Kat.", she waved her hand.Eleanor's cheerful eyes met mine. She ran into my arms.Pecking me, she smiled."What on earth just happened??"We heard Kat's voice.Nor chuckled, looking down. "This is what happened.", I replied, lifting up Nor's chin.I smooched her lips gently."I'M DEAD, OFFICIALLY DEAD, you guys!!"
