Anthony spoke up, âMs. Jordan, your meal i s ready.â

âOh dear, why didnât you have anything to eat before leaving the house? Luckily, thereâs breakfast here,â Charmine said while lifting Chris and placing him in front of the dining table.
Chris kept holding onto Charmineâs hand while declaring, âI want mommy to eat with me!â
âIâm sorry, my little Momo. Mommy isnât hungry right now so youâll have to eat by yourself,â Charmine replied whilst stroking his head.
Chris started pulling on her hand firmly, dragging her so that she would sit next to him. He placed a breakfast set in front of Charmine and pleaded with a soft and endearing voice, âMummy, please eat with me. Momo is five this year but has never eaten breakfast with my mommy. Momo wants to experience what itâs like to have a mom. Please, Iâm asking you just this once.â
The whole time Momo spoke, he continued t o tug on Charmineâs hand, entreating her with a pair of round, sparkling eyes.
How could Charmine resist? She could only say, âOf course.â
With that, Charmine miraculously started to have breakfast with Chris. Watching the scene in front of him, the corner of Anthonyâs lips slowly curled up, reveling in his success. âThis ultimate weapon worked. Now we can get down to working on the real order of business.â

`When did she get here, right by my side? How could I not have noticed...â Anthony wondered.
Charmine replied to Luke using his phone.
