Cecilia pov's I decided to go shopping for my friends since it has been a long time I saw them. I missed them all and I can't wait to seethem.

Betty left her credit card at home and she said I could used it at any time because it fir me. So I quickly dressed up andhailed a cab to my former apartment.

I knocked on the door and a few minutes later it, I was welcomed in by joanna would gave me with a big hug.

“Hey who was at the door” Amelia yelled climbing down the stairs. Oh my gosh, Cecil is this really you she said and hugeeme tightly.

I thought you weren't going to come home again since you left she said sniffing in the tears while I smiled at her.

Oh wow, You look ravishing Joanna said gesturing for me to turn around which I did as they both stood in akimbo staringat me with wide eyes.

“You look so beautiful darling” the both said in unison giving me a bug hug.

“Hold on guys” I said and open the door and asked the driver to bring the stuff inside which he did, and I had to pay himextra for that.

What all this for Amelia asked looking at me for an explanation which I have to give to her. “Well, I decided to buy somethings you would be needing at home, like new set of kitchen utensils.”

I know how much you need them so you better not reject any I said to her in a hard tine.

No way, She exclaimed looking at the bah and at me simultaneously. You freaking got me, “ahhhhhhhh” she yelledjumping round the house while I used my hands to close my ear drum.

I need to try this on she said and ran her way upstairs making me breath in relief as I sHeat on the sofa resting my backwhen I heard someone laughing.

it not funny Amelia I said closing my eyes while she laughed harder. If course it is, did you see the madness she display ssaid seating close to me.

It not madness, it just excitement I replied her while we both busted into laughter.

“I can see how you are glowing, I guess you are happy there” she said staring at me, I smiled at her.

I am really happy, I mean I have never be more happier I said to her sincerely and she hugged me lightly.

Am glad you are happy, and I want it to continue that way.

“I spent the whole evening with them catching up on things I missed and other things we talked about. I finally got back tBetty apartment, I went straight to our room holding my shoes on my hands, as I hummed to myself”

I pushed the door opened and turn on the light of the room to see Betty sitting on the bed with a angry face, making mestarled.

“Hey, you are back home early” I said to her dropping my shoes and purse in the closet but she didn't give me anyresponse.

Where are you coming from? She asked in a harsh tone making me glance at her.

What with the mood and what is making her angry I thought as I closed the closet turning to look at her.

Well, if you must know I went to visit my friends I said in a call tone. “You went to visit your friends without letting meknow" she asked, I could sense anger in her tone.

Okay and the money in the credit card? She asked looking very pissed and this frighten me. I began to wonder is this theother side of her she never wanted me to see.

“I went for shopping for myself and my friends” I said sincerely sitting in front of the mirror and packing my hair in a ponwhen I heard someone kissed the bed.

“Betty are you okay? I asked her and she breathe in sitting back on the bed. Am just angry when I came home and I didn’tsee you here she said band I furrow my eyebrows at her before nodding my head.

I will go make you something to eat I said walking off while she nodded her head before lying on the bed. I walk to thekitchen in deep thought.

What just happened there? And why does it seems like she was lying to me about something?. I just have to find out soonthought and brought out all ingredients for making macaroni and cheese.

“Dinner is served” I yelled for her to hear as I set the table waiting for her.

She came downstairs looking so worn out and I wonder how much stress she had at work.

She dragged a seat backwards and settled in before helping herself with the food when I sighted something in her nose, ilooked like powder and it was white in colour.

So 1 quickly help her clean it off but I could feel her body tense up as I did it.

“Enjoy your meal” I said and she force a smile on her face.

Fredrick pov's I was at the bar with my best friend Grayson who wouldn't keep his eyes of the woman in the bar.

So how is your company? He asked me sipping from his bottle while I did the same to but slowly.

“So far everything has been fine but things has been so difficult” since I fired my secretary.

“Let me guess she tried seducing your or she poured coffee in your favourite set of texudo which are always same color”said smriking while I punched him playfully on his shoulder while he feigned pains making me roll my eyes.

“I need a assistance, PA, secretary urgently but I don't need one of those sluts who are always drooling on me," I said anddropped my bottle on the counter and he busted out laughing making me wonder what is funny to him.

“How do you think, you are going to get a girl who isn't going to drool on you, you know it very difficult to find someonewho isn't into you” he said making me sigh heavily.

“Just look for one; I replied him and he nodded sipping from his bottle.
