Chapter 98: His Alpha Queen Chapter 102

The next two weeks passed by quickly. I spent nearly every day either training with Queen Indigo or preparing for my Alphaceremony. The closer I got to the ceremony, the more nervous I became. What if they were right and I did fail?

Indigo showed me moves that I never even thought of doing and she was impressed with the amount of skills that I had withweapons. She particularly enjoyed my work with the katana and sai that I had. Weapons were something that she had littleexperience with, so I was able to train her using some of the weapons, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

some abilities started to take effect. I noticed the closer I got to my Alpha ceremony, the quicker I became. It was as if all mysenses were starting to heighten. I also, developed a sixth sense. While I cannot see the future, I was able to discern whenpeople were telling the truth and if something bad/good was about to happen. Indigo told me that usually that was how afemale Alpha's gift would begin to manifest, usually small in the beginning, and then the longer I went with the gift, the moredeveloped it would become.

The day before my Alpha ceremony was to take place, I had a conversation with King Lucas and Luna Everleigh aboutsomething that I wanted to do and I wanted to see if he thought it was going to be a good idea. I have not told anyone aboutthis plan, including Justin. The King absolutely loved what I planned to do and they both promised me that they would notlet it slip to anyone, especially my dad or Justin. I wanted them to both be surprised at the ceremony tomorrow. Hopefully,they don't get mad. But, hey, on the bright side, if they did get mad, I could remind them that it is always my job to makethem question my sanity and decision-making skills. I chuckled to myself. I do crack myself up sometimes.

It was now the day of the ceremony. My mother was skirting around trying to get everything together for the ceremony. I wasnot allowed to enter the courtyard or the lower dining hall. I was set to remain upstairs, getting ready. She even went so faras to tell me that I was not allowed to see my mate. I tried to tell her it was not like we were getting married, it was just anAlpha/Luna ceremony. I could see my mate. She was not having it and she nearly threw a fit, so I decided to let her have herway.

I was currently getting my hair and makeup done. A few of the Omegas were up here working on my hair and getting it ready.Carla curled my hair and then tied the sides to the back of my head, allowing my hair to flow down my back. She placedsmall white flowers throughout my hair. She then applied a soft, yet smoky look to my eyes.

She took a step back and admired my hair and makeup. “You look beautiful, Alpha. Justin is going to love your hair andmakeup."

Now was the time for the moment of truth. My mother had picked out my dress for my Alpha ceremony and would not allowme to even peek at it until today. All she told me was that my dress was going to match the color of her decorations.

The Omegas removed the dress from the packaging and helped me step into it. Carla zipped it up from the back and spun mearound.

“Oh wait! I almost forgot; you can't look at the dress yet!” She ran from the room and came back with a small box in herhands. “I nearly forgot that Justin brought you a gift and he asked me to give it to you to wear with your outfit today.”

I opened the box and gasped in surprise. Inside was a beautiful, gold diamond tiara. I picked up the note lying on top of itand read it. “To my beautiful queen” I swiped at the tears that were starting to fall. Carla picked up the tiara and placed itupon my head. “Now, it is perfect” She spun me to face the mirror and I gasped in shock. I nearly did not recognize myself inthe mirror. I should have known my mother was going to go all out with my dress.

My dress was deep, dark purple that hugged my curves and flowed out at the bottom, ballroom style. The top part of thedress had beautiful sequins that dazzled whenever the light touched them. The dress went perfectly with the tiara that justinhad gotten for me. I was in awe of my reflection. I slipped on, with the help of the Omegas, the sparkling dark purple heelsthat went with my outfit.

“Kataleya, Beta Damien linked, “Are you ready? It is time!

I took a deep breath and then opened the door to reveal Beta Damien waiting for me. He held out his arm for me to take. Ismiled at him and placed my hand in the crook of his elbow.

“You look absolutely stunning” he complimented me.

We carefully walked down the stairs and outside to the courtyard. I gasped when I saw the decorations. There was a mixtureof dark and light purple flowers littering the entire courtyard. There were fairy lights strung all around the courtyard, giving ita magical sort of glow to it. There were tables arranged all around with dark purple linen and flower arrangements adorningthe top of the tables. I guess my mother really outdone herself this time.

I saw my father and Justin talking up front and the moment that our eyes met, it was as if there was no one else inside theroom. Justin was wearing a beautifully tailored black suit with a dark purple shirt and purple cufflinks. He looked to die-forin this suit. Note to self, remind me to find all kinds of occasions that involve me getting my mate dressed in a suit. Helooked F*+++g sexy.

You are absolutely beautiful, my queen. Did you like your gift? he asked me through the mind-link.

“No, I did not like it. I absolutely loved it. Thank you, my king. Maybe you can truly show your queen how much you love hertonight..’ As soon as I finished, Skye and I started sending him dirty images and his poor wolf wasn't helping him. I lookeddown at the front of his pants and saw the beginnings of a tent starting to form.

He tilted his head down, trying to hide the reddening of his cheeks. I had made it a mission over the past few weeks to try tomake this man blush. The amount of times he has made me blush with just his words alone has been RIDICULOUS! I finallydid it after a full two weeks!

Beta Damien walked me down to the bottom of the walkway and waited for Justin to take my hand as he went to go standnext to my father.

After we had taken our places and everyone was in their seats, my father's voice boomed across the courtyard. “Welcomeeveryone! I am glad for everyone to be here today to witness my daughter become your Alpha today! Kataleya has workedextremely hard, despite those that worked against her” he shot a quick glare at a few of the Elders before he continued,“Today, my daughter, her mate, and those she has chosen to stand beside her take their oaths as the leader of the WhiteFang Pack” Before my father could even finish speaking, cheers rang across the courtyard.

Beta Damien went to the ceremony table, grabbed the chalice and ceremonial blade, and brought it to my father. My fatherplaced the blade in his hand and made a clean slice through the meaty part of his palm, holding it over the chalice. “I,Michael Jackson Frost, pass the title of Alpha to my successor, Kataleya Alyssa Frost. Do you, Kataleya Alyssa Frost, promise toplace the pack’s needs above your own?"

“I solemnly swear”

“Do you promise to uphold the standards that have been set forth as Alpha of the White Fang that have been set as yourpredecessors?”

“I solemnly swear”

I held out my hand and he passed me the ceremonial knife. I sliced through my palm, hissing slightly at the sting, holding itover the chalice.

My father held out the chalice to me, “Drink” I held the cup to my lips as the crowd cheered. The moment I took the first sipof the blood, I felt the automatic surge of power and I felt ten times stronger than I ever had. My aura burst from me. I heardLucas in the background whisper that it was one of the strongest auras he had ever seen. “I am proud to present to you thenew Alpha of the White Fang pack, Kataleya Alyssa Frost!”

The entire pack tilted their heads in submission.

“Now to swear in the rest of her cabinet members.” He called Justin forth and passed me the knife and chalice, so I couldswear in my “Luna.”

“White Fang pack!” my voice rang out clearly. “I have come to a decision regarding the leadership of this pack” Everyonelooked at me inquisitively, including my father and mate. “You see, while I was never fond of giving up my title of Alpha, Ihave made an important decision. Justin will not be your Luna” I could feel the confusion radiating from the crowd. I lookedout at the crowd and I saw the smile radiating on Lucas’ face. He was the only one in the crowd that knew what I was doing.**Justin’s POV**

I had no idea what she was doing. It worried me that she never told me that she planned to deviate from the typicalceremony.

“Justin will not be your Luna. I have decided that we will be co-Alphas."

I was shocked. She had mentioned it several months ago, but never stated whether we were going to move forward with thatnotion.

“Today, he will swear in as Alpha. Justin Anders Warner, are you ready to accept your role as Alpha of the White Fang pack?”“surprise; she smiled at me.

“Yes, Alpha!" I tilted my head towards her as one final act of submission before taking my role as her true equal.

She grabbed the knife and the chalice and sliced through her hand, hissing again at the slight sting from the blade, “I,Kataleya Alyssa Frost, share the title of Alpha with my mate, Justin Anders Warner. Do you, Justin Anders Warner, promise toplace the pack’s needs above your own?"

“I solemnly swear.”

Do you promise to uphold the standards that have been set forth as Alpha of the White Fang that have been set as yourpredecessors?”

“I solemnly swear”

I held out my hand while she passed me the knife. I sliced my hand as she did, holding it over the chalice.

“Drink” She commanded me, I held the chalice to my lips and the moment that the mixture of our blood touched my lips, I felt a strong surge of power. Myaura burst from me and I watched as the members of the pack submitted to me, greeting me through the pack link.Kataleya's father held both of our hands up, “I give you your Alphas, Kataleya Frost and Justin Warner”

The crowd went wild as he released our hands.

Kataleya repeated a similar process with the Beta, Delta, and Gamma.

“I now give you your cabinet members: Beta Oliver Woods, Gamma James Gray, and Delta Colton Oaklin.”

The crowd cheered as we took our spots next to Kataleya.

I wrapped my arms around her and held her tightly, kissing the top of her forehead.

“Have I ever told you how much I love you?” I asked her.

“Hmmm...maybe once or twice, but I wouldn't mind hearing it again”

Now, I couldn't wait to give her the other gift that I have awaiting for her.
