Chapter 312 Stella found it laughable.
When did he ever try to please her?
Wasnât he always the one to make her life miserable whenever he was upset?
Weston knew that she was still mad, given her silence.
His patience was restored once again. âI thought you couldnât care less about all those women outside?â
âI donât,â Stella insisted. âAnyway, Iâm no different from them. Why should I careââ
Before she could finish, Weston lowered his mouth and bit the corner of her lips.
Stella yelped in pain.
Weston took the chance to advance and kiss her till she was all out of breath. He rested his chin on her forehead. âYouâre different from the rest. Donât compare yourself with them.â
âHow so?â
Stella looked up into his eyes. âYou just havenât got tired of me yet...â
He furrowed his brows and interrupted her selfâdeprecating remark. âStop overthinking.â
Stella looked at him quietly.
She wondered if he would treat her like he treated Bella and dismiss her with a sum of money when he
eventually got tired of her.
Of course, that would be the most ideal outcome, one that Stella looked forward to.
After all, he had done exactly the same thing to her previously.
Weston saw that she remained quiet and held her hand up, interlacing his fingers with hers.
He toyed with her fingers in his hand and chuckled lightly a moment later. âAre you jealous?â
Stella was stunned for a moment before she turned to him with a smile. âDo you think Iâm in a position to be jealous?â âWhy not?â Weston pinched her chin and tightened his fingers aro und hers. âAs long as you say youâre jealous, Iâll agree to one request.â Stella pursed her lips, keeping quiet. The next moment, she found herself pinned onto
the couch by Weston. She was forced to lean back, unable to struggle against his hold. His arms were l ike bands of steel that shackled her in their embrace. His haunting gaze enveloped her like an ensnarin g web, slowly suffocating the breath out of her.
After a long while, Stella opened her mouth to speak. âYes, Iâm jealous.â
The knot between his brows unfurled and he looked clearly pleased.
He pecked her cheek and said, âVery good. What do you want?â Stella turned away, refusing to look at him.
She had to play her part thoroughly. She pursed her lips tightly, then said, âI want you to never see that woman ever again.â As she had expected, his spirits lifted even more upon hearing those words.
Weston pinched her cheeks. âThere was nothing between us in the first place, and I never touched her. Why are pushed against his chest, not allowing him to come closer, âYouâve been desecrated by another woman. Donât you dare kiss me.â
It was fine for her to throw a petty tantrum, but she had to know her limits.
Westonâs eyes darkened as he planted another kiss on her.
âDesecrated?â
He kissed her repeatedly. âYouâre my only woman. What else do you want?â
Stella just couldnât figure him out sometimes. Was he such a habitual liar that lying through his teeth came so easily, or did he really think that she was stupid? ...So stupid that she would trust him com just because of his honeyed words? Even if she had successfully immersed herself in the role and wanted to portray the image that she was fully reliant on Weston, she would, at times, subconsciously let slip her mind... like what she had just done.
