Chapter 630 Tim was seriously pissed off.
Jared and Ryder, his two pride and joy.
Jared, the levelâheaded and wise one, was a whiz in the business world.
Though Ryder didnât have Jaredâs exceptional talent, he was always bright and hardworking, becoming a topânotch neurology specialist at a young age.
Both Jared and Ryder were elites in their respective fields.
Why couldnât they manage their love lives? All because of Agnes.
Truth be told, Jared and Ryder were tight since they were kids.
Jared always looked after Ryder, and Ryder saw Jared as his role model.
They liked similar things since they were kids.
But if Ryder liked something, even if it was something Jared cherished, he would give it to him without batting an eyelash.
However, they had the same taste in women.
Tim found this ironic. They were indeed brothers.
After the truths being revealed, the atmosphere in the Whitfield family changed.
Jared and Ryder were no longer close as before.
All along, Tim felt that whether Ryder called Jared uncle or big brother didnât matter.
As long as they supported each other and kept the peace, he would be satisfied.
But Tim neyer expected that they would become enemies over Agnes.
Tim clutched his chest, spitting fire, âEven if sheâs no longer your uncleâs wife, you two canât be together. Engagement? Who gave you the permission?â
Tim fmally took aim at Agnes, âYouâve got a wicked mind. Are you out for revenge against the Whitfields? You want to see them at each otherâs throats? Is this your game? Youâre trying to tear our family apart. Youâre coldâhearted!â
Seeing how pissed off Tim was, Agnes felt a lump in her throat.
But she could understand how Tim was feeling at the moment.
Half of Timâs life was spent on the battlefield, the other half in the business world.
He had seen all kinds of hypocrisy and deception.
Many things were just a coincidence, like Jared finding Nocturne, and Ryder showing up now.
These were all things Agnes hadnât predicted.
But people would definitely think she had ulterior motives.
It made sense Tim thought she was doing it on purpose.
But let the misunderstanding be.
Agnes didnât want to explain, she even felt it was better if Tim thought that way.
Agnes yanked her hands free from Jared and Ryder.
Then she said to Tim, âSince you think Iâm so manipulative, donât even think about getting your hands on Nocturne, or I donât know what crazy things Iâll do.â
Turning to Jared, Agnes sneered, âJared, if I really marry Ryder, should I call you uncle or big brother?â
Jaredâs face was as dark, his gaze was as sharp as a dagger, as if he was ready to kill.
This also pissed Tim off big time.
He pointed at Agnes, his finger trembling, âDonât even dream about marrying into the Whitfields.â
Alyssa hurried over to hold Tim steady and help him take his medicine.
Then she looked up at the people in front of her, her voice icy, âTim just had heart surgery. Do you really want to piss him off?
Everyone out. Weâll sort out this mess later.â
Tim was panting heavily with his eyes halfâclosed.
Clearly, he was royally pissed.
Agnes felt bad, because this wasnât what she wanted.
But what she had to do was to make Alyssa and Tim utterly sick of her.
This way, her chances of escaping would be a bit higher.
