Olivia POV
"Hey Mom" I said walking in the kitchen. "Wow, you look hot any date" she said whistling, I chuckled at her behaviour.
"No mom, undercover work, I was at the bar to see who was killing the people and then there was this girl who was flirting with me but I shut her down."
"Wow, so now all the family was out to hunt and left me here." she said getting back at her work whatever she was doing in the kitchen.
WHAT HUNT?
"Mom, what do you mean by hunt." I questioned walking in the kitchen.
"Your dad and lil brother are out in woods to hunt."
What, I mean they can't find the siblings there because they just left the club. So no problem.
" Mom I have something to say." I spoke up, I have been thinking about what Ava said that day in the alley. Which has been going in my mind a lot.
"Go ahead Liv." she said giving me her full attention leaning on the counter table.
" Mom. There was an attack on the girl who was flirting with me and Ava Lopez the Vampire, she saved the girl who was attacked in the parking by a Vampire. She and her brother." She just stared at me listening to me contently.
"Mom she saved a girl, she visits orphanage Mom. I mean kid's in the orphanage " I sighed putting my head in my head and sat on the chair. Something is wrong, am I wrong.
"We vampires only kill people" I heard his voice saying it again. Vampires kill.
"Liv" Mom spoke making me look at her and not focus on the voice.
"Did I make a mistake, or like what if there are Vampire who don't kill people."
"Liv, tell me one thing. Do you feel something toward's Ava?" My body went rigid, Do I like Ava? That's a question I think to myself a lot.
"Mom I reallyâ" "We are back" I heard Liam shout entering the house.
"Liam Miller stop shouting in my house" "Sorry mom, but tonight hunt was a good one."

"What do you mean by good one"I questioned turning in my seat to face them. "He means we targeted one more Vampire tonight in the woods and let me tell you it was right in the heart. Am I right Liam." Dad said smiling brightly. As if he has just won a trophy.
"Yes right in the heart, we need celebration." Liam said cheerfully getting a bottle of champagne from kitchen and the glasses.
Right in the heart. They shot a Vampire. Is it Ava. Is she dead.
"Sis, your drink" Liam said holding a glass of champagne. "Ohh yes thank you, congrats Dad." I said taking a sip of the champagne and looked at Mom.
She had a curious face on her when she was looking at me. Why?
We heard a long thud sound from the entrance the door was bust open with a guy standing there furious. A vampire.
I heard my father's scream I turned around to see Ava standing there with her fangs out and her eyes black.
Ava Pov
Hurting my family.
Hurting me is one thing, but coming after my mom and dad. That' enough. It's not me who's gives people fear, but looking fear in her eye's satisfied me. Now she knows how I am feeling. I looked at her dad, my arm locking his throat his back was facing me.
"How do you feel Olivia seeing your dad in pain huh."I said deadly, everything in me was just screaming anger. Rage
"Ava, I understand you are in pain." she said standing up from her seat "No, no you fucking don't, coming after me was one thing, but coming after my family, my parents. You crossed your fucking line." She doesn't understand my pain, how can she. I turned to look at the woman in kitchen scared look on her face.
"How do you feel Mam, seeing your husband choking on air, thinking this is the last moment of his, and you would just watch him in pain, in suffering huh." She din't say anything.
"That's what I thought, now can you feel how my mom went through the pain she felt watching her husband suffering in pain." I held him tighter, he let out a sob.
"Stop, Ava. I am sorry" Olivia screamed, pleading me but nothing is going to work.
"You are sorry Olivia, YOU ARE SORRY. Well flash news Olivia, sorry doesn't fix anything it worses everything, it replays every single thing in my mind, every moment the reasons you are saying sorry for, makes me more angry." I turned to look at the guy near the sofa holding a crossbow with furious expression and sacred too.
"You tell me Liam. Tell me how does it feel to see the man who adopted you cherished you with love, gave you a fucking family is in pain now huh, does it feel nice." I asked him.
"I hope you are feeling what I felt when the moment my Dad walked in lumping with his arm around my mom, him in pain." I screamed making everyone flinch.
"I asked you one thing Olivia stay away from me and never show me your face, and what you do come back and harm my family." I threw her dad on the sofa and used my speed to go to her and slammed her in the wall. She screamed in pain, her eyes held tear's.
"Hey stay away from her" I heard her dad say behind me with a crossbow.
"No dad, stop it she won't kill me" she said choking at every single word. It pained me a lot to see her in pain, but my anger towards her for what she did to me and my family overtook me.
"Ava, listen to me, she din't know that her dad was outâ" "Ohh of course she din't know Mam, why would she right." I looked at her straight in her eye's, I felt tears threatening to fall from me.
"I can't even fucking look at you Olivia. The face where I thought is the right one, where I thought you are different, I felt it in my bones. First time in my life. You made me feel alive and what I get to know you are the one who wants to kill me. All the memories I savoured, all the moments I thought we had was a full of waste. You made a fool out of me, for fucking thinking that you like me back too." I screamed at her.
She din't say anything.
"You should be glad that my father din't teach their kids to kill people for our own satisfaction, otherwise you and your little family would be dead by now. You think I was an easy capture when you trapped me in your house." I let out a chuckle gripping her throat harder. She gasped for air but I din't let go.
"I am not easy to capture, I was just in love with you, I was fucking in love with you and you used it to your benefit to kill me. You called me a monster that day Olivia, If I was a monster all of you wouldn't be alive right now, you would be having a family reunion in fucking heaven. So you know who's the monster here, you are a monster, assuming that I am a Vampire so I killed those people, assuming I am a Vampire so I will those kid's and Emma at the orphanage. You don't think, you just assume and kill people, you are no better than the vampire who kills people. You and your family are a monster here, trying to kill me and my parents. I loved you with all my heart and now I fucking regret it. I regret ever meeting you, I regret falling in love with you, I fucking regret wasting my time on thinking and spending time with you." I screamed at her with all the anger in me.
"Yet here I am not hurting your precious little brother or worse killing your dad by drinking his blood. Tell me Olivia which monster does that, hmm I am a monster right, I should just go snap all of your neck's and continue living with my life." I said tears streaming down my cheeks, every little small memory of us replaying in my mind as I closed my eyes.
I loosen my grip and leaned closer to her neck and whispered in her ear " I loved you Olivia, I really did, but now I regret ever falling in love with a woman like you. Here let me tell you one secret,." I said leaning more close for her hear.
"I knew you were a Vampire hunter on our first official meeting at the diner, and still I continued to meet you, you know why because I had realized I had fallen in love with you the night, I stumbled on you and I regret everything single fucking thing." I stood back straight only to feel an arrow on my back making me groan and scream in pain.
"AHHHHH" I groaned in pain.
"DAD, NO" she screamed holding me arm, "Ava, are you okay" she asked trying to touch the arrow I gained my consciousness and heard Theo call me, I used my speed and ran out of the house into the woods.
Stopping at a certain point because of my back, Theo helped me pulling out the arrow from my back, I groaned kneeling down on the ground.
"Are you okay?" he asked me kneeling down in front of me. I looked up to meet his eyes and plastered small smile.
"Never been better, your highness." I muttered looking up in the sky.
"Shut up let's go" he said and helped me standing up to go to home.
