Chapter 1775 Commander Edson Perspective

Commander Edson thought the young administrator was getting cocky because he had Void Elemental Energy. A newbie who knew nothing about the situation in this place. It was just like any other administrator he knew.

If there was a permanent solution for the void poison, they had done it a long time ago. The Hurakan Kingdom lacked nothing, they had all the resources and had been defending this Void Gate for a thousand years. It had been changed from one generation to another generation, and yet the contaminated environment remained a big issue here.

Edson allowed the man to do what needed to get rid of the void poison even though he did not believe it. He believed the young man could eliminate the void poison, but that was merely a temporary measure. The area would be contaminated again in a week if not in a few days.

Edson watched the young man take a few steps away from them. The post zero was on the same wall, a hundred-meter high wall they were right now. The first defense and closest wall to the Void Gate. The post was built above the wall with quarters inside the wall itself.

He expected the young administrator to use the mastery in the Void Elemental Energy to either absorb the void poison or push them away from the post zero. That was the common method people usually used to cleanse the area until he saw the young administrator's method. The young administrator did not absorb or herd the void poison away, but he activated a domain.

The explosive and powerful energy burst out from the young administrator, and then he started to see the change. The black-colored stone that was used to build the wall turned white. He was startled and wanted to stop the young man but it was too late. In the blink of an eye, everything in the radius of five hundred meters turned white. Not just the wall, but the wasted and black soil also turned white.

Then he noticed trees started to grow out, on the soil and on the wall. These trees had black trunks and branches, and their leaves were white. Wholly focused on the change, it took a while for Edson to realize that the void poison was gone. He realized it when the elves took off their mask, breathing in the fresh air.

'Where the energy goes?' Confused for quite a while until he came to a realization.

Edson turned toward Tang Shaoyang who was still on the wall, looking at him from the top. Their gazes met, and he was sure that the opposite party was looking at him as if he were weird. But he found out where the void energy went to, to the person who activated the domain.

'This is getting interesting.' He started to understand why the new administrator was trusted to lead the mission. Just based on the unknown energy which he felt superior to most energies, he started to believe in the young administrator.

He shook his head and took off his mask. Even though he was at the edge of the domain, the void poison did not reach him with how close he was to the contaminated area. He sucked the air greedily and smiled. The air was fresh despite the bleak environment, and his smile got wider as he imagined that his days in the post-zero would fare better than before with the new environment.

Edson returned to the wall where The Reds were. He saw the young administrator in a new light, "Follow me!"

He brought them into the quarters, right inside the wall. The housing inside the wall was acceptable, and it could house up to two hundred people and maybe three hundred people if needed.

"This is the first post zero, and there are another three post zeros along the wall. Each post is occupied by the elite from the Hurakan Kingdoms, and of course, all of them are God Ranks."

Edson was surprised to find everything inside the wall also turned white and fortunately, there was no tree growing inside. He brought The Reds to meet his subordinate who was on guard because of the new change. All his subordinates were holding their weapons and ready to fight the intruder until they found the intruder was their commander.
