Karl sat for a few seconds, and then slammed the spoon in his hand down hard on the table. After that, he walked to the kitchen as well Anna and Wayne were the only ones left at the table. Then, they looked at each other in surprise.
âNothingâs going to happen, is it?â Anna asked nervously. âHuh? Who are you worried about?â
Anna said, âIâm worried about Ryan, of course. Did you see the look on Karlâs face? Iâm so scared that heâs going to hit Ryan.â
âOh, donât worry. I think that if they fight, Ryan probably wonât lose.â
