"I was thinking of applying for jobs in some companies," Veer said as they were having their breakfast.
Preet stop eating and look up,
"I don't think you should do any work for a few days. First recover then you can apply till then I will take our responsibility," Preet suggested as she is worried about his health.
"I won't stress much, just apply in companies. The process will take time till then I will be fine. We can't survive like this," he said and Preet agrees with him on this.
She sighed and reluctantly nodded her head.
"Also we need to go to the hospital for your examination next week. You remember, right?" He sighs dramatically, making her chuckle.
"I hate hospitals," he murmured to himself.
"They are no one's favorite husband," she told him with a big smile and went inside the kitchen as she finished her breakfast.
"I am fine and doing great, so let's cancel the hospital trip," he follows her to the kitchen.
Preet narrow her eyes at him and give him right smile,
"Not happening, dear hubby," she said, then took his plate to wash it.
"You are becoming evil, wifey," he whispered near her ear while hugging her waist.
She smiles lightly while washing dishes. She shivers suddenly as he places his lips behind her ear.
"Veerâ¦" she whispered while breathing heavily due to his kisses as he was kissing all over her neck and shoulder.
"Hmm," he hummed, sliding his hand under her top and sensually caressing her stomach, turning her legs shaky and weak.
Leaving the spoon in the sink, she tightly grips the counter and moans when he gives a hard bite on her crook.
He felt his body turning hot hearing her sexily moans. In a swift movement, he turned her in his arms and placed his lips on her, kissing her deeply and slowly.
She wraps her arms around his neck and pulls him closer while kissing him passionately. He holds the back of her neck and slightly tilts her head to deepen the kiss.
Sliding his palm on her waist, he squeezed her waist fat. She moaned in his mouth. He pulls away leaving both of them breathless and burning in desire.
Before she could fill her lungs with air, he made her sit on the counter beside the sink and again took her swollen lips in a demanding kiss. His hands hold the hem of her top and remove it from her body in a blink leaving her bare to his eyes she isn't wearing a bra.
"Veerâ¦" she exclaimed in shock and quickly hugged him tightly hiding her upper body.
"Yesâ¦love," he gently whispered in her ears and wrapped his arms around her.
He placed a long kiss on her shoulder making her close her eyes and relax in his arms.
"Are you feeling shy?" he asked softly in his deep husky voice and sensually licked her earlobe. She shivers in his embrace and tightens her arms around him.
"Not here," she said, looking at his dark eyes with shyness.
This is enough to encourage him to move ahead. He kisses her again while looking into her innocent eyes.
Holding her thigh he whispered over her lips in his dark voice,
"Wrap your legs around me, sweetheart,"
She follows his order and wraps her legs around his hips. He took her to the room while kissing all over her neck and shoulders.
He places her on the bed and hovers over her. She stares at him with love and desire in her eyes. He sat on the bed with his knees on her sides and removed his shirt.
He took her soft palms and kissed them softly before pinning her hands on the side of her head. She gulped feeling her core clenching in excitement.
He removes their remaining clothes feeling her soft, dedicated skin against his. He groans at the touch and kisses her gently, making her sigh against his lips.
"Veer..protection," she said between her heavy breathing, remembering Sumitra's words but his touch making her forget everything and she arched her back as he was sucking her chest intensely.
"Are you on your safe days?" he asks as his lips move downward toward her tummy.
"Hmmâ¦yeaaahh!," she moaned loudly as he thrust his thumb in her navel and sensually stroke her belly button. She felt her body twisting due to pleasure but his hand tightly holding her wrists above her head stops her from moving.
He again comes over her body and gently kisses her sweaty face.
"Shall I?" he asked, making her smile softly and she nodded her head shyly.
He pecked her lips before claiming her.

Veer pulls his sweatpants on after their sweet and intense love making. He looks over his wife on the bed and adores her sleepy form.
The gray cover is covering her naked body but the sight of her cleavage, neck and shoulders, filled with his marks, is enough to turn him on.
He sat beside her and caressed her hair softly. He leaned down and pecked her forehead before covering her properly.
Then he went out of the room wearing his shirt.

Sumitra smiles looking at the contract papers in her hand and lets out a chuckle.
"See how I made your son, Naina. Tsk, you know just like you, your daughter in law is so naive. See I made her end your family," She smirked evilly before her eyes filled with angry eyes.
"You killed my daughter. You destroy her dreams. I will make sure your son suffers every second of his life, " she said, tightly clenching her jaws in hatred.
Next day
Preet wiped the sweat from her face with her dupatta and let out a tired huff but there was a satisfying smile on her face as she looked at the clean garden.
She mentally patted her back for her hard work because she spent 2 hours in cleaning the garden.
She took the water pipe and started watering the soil. While she was happily wetting the dry soil, Veer was sitting on the garden stairs with a newspaper in his hand.
He was searching for jobs when the smell of wet soil reached his nostril. He looked up to see his wife happily walking around the garden while spraying water on the barren land of the garden. Automatically, a smile forms on his face as he adores his cute wife.
The atmosphere turns so beautiful and happy with her presence and the earthy smell of wet soil surrounding them.
He felt content and happy looking at the beautiful smile on her face and the shine in her eyes.
Now he will think of them only. She is his first priority from now on. He will try his best to give her everything she deserves and fulfill her every wish and demand. She is his world now and his life will revolve around her till his last breath. This is his promise to her and himself.

Veer was arranging a few papers when Preet placed their dinner, which was Aloo Jeera with rotis, in front of Veer.
He looked up from the papers and smiled slightly at her and put the papers aside.
She forward one plate toward him and sat beside him.
"What are these papers?" She asked as they were silently eating their dinner.
"My certificates and degrees," she frowned and asked.
"How did you get them? They are in Rajvansh Villa, right?" she asked him in surprise.
"Yeah. I get them printout from a computer shop. These are not original ones. They will do, till the application for the job until then I will try to get our original documents from the Villa," he told her and placed one roti on her plate.
"hey! Why did you place this on my plate? This is yours," she scolded him and was about to give him the roti back but he stopped her holding her wrist.
"I am full now. You have it," he said as he noticed only one rotis in her plate while he had 4.
"But-"
"Shh..we shouldn't talk much while eating and don't waste food so silently eat it," he said, giving her a fake angry look.
Preet let out a sigh but then silently ate the roti thinking it would get wasted. Veer smiled, looking at her cutely chewing and felt good.
"Can you please ask the person to fetch my documents also," he nodded but he was not sure if they could get back their documents or not. But at least, he could try.

Aarav was sitting beside Avni, who has not been well since morning. She is having extreme morning sickness and got completely tired from it.
"You need anything, Avni," she just shakes her head as she doesn't want anything.
"Just give me water," she weakly asks. Aarav immediately fills a glass with water and gives.
"Did you find out about Veer bhai and Preet Bhabhi," she asked after some time.
Aarav shook his head and sigh deeply and had no clue where they might go. And this is scaring him.
"I am feeling so ashamed of myself. He had to go through so much because of Mom's stupid actions. I failed as a brother, Avni," Avni shook her head seeing his teary eyes and cup his face.
"Please don't think like this, Aarav. We will find them and bring them back," Avni gently said and comforted him.
"This is their home. The Rajvansh Villa is incomplete without them," she firmly said while smiling at him.
He hugged her tightly, taking comfort in her warm embrace. She encircles her arms around him and kisses the side of his neck softly making him sigh.

Sitting between his legs, Preet was staring at the beautiful moon. After their dinner, they were sitting on the small porch area enjoying the soft cold weather.
"The moon is so beautiful," she whispered, admiring the beauty of the proudly shining moon.
"Hmmâ¦but not more than you," she turned her face to look at him to find a teasing expression but there was none.
"So cheesy but I love it," she grinned happily, making him chuckle.
"I am loving this weather and our position, but.." Veer furrows and raises his eyebrow.
"One thing is missing," she told him, leaning against his chest.
"What??" He asked curiously looking at her slightly dull face.
"A slow romantic song" she said with a dreamy look.
"I would sing but I don't want to bleed your ears with my angelic voice," she sarcastically said, earning a chuckle from him.
"So thoughtful.." he said while smiling at her and hugging her closer to him.
After a minute Preet heard a real angelic voice and snapped her head to look at Veer with her wide eyes and mouth open in shock.
He smiles beautifully at her shocked face as his melodious voice echoes in the silence of the night.

He sang and tilted her head toward him and kissed her deeply while looking into her eyes.
She blinked her eyes, still lost in his sweet voice. Seeing her looking lost in his eyes, Veer smiles against her lips and bites her lower lips a little hard, making her come out from her shock.
He pull away and smirk at her,
"I don't think I sing that bad,.."
"You are justâ¦I am speechless. You have an angelic voice," she said looking at him in aww.
"Like yours?" he playfully asked, raising his one eyebrow.
"Absolutely not!! You are amazing. You are so talented. You have a beautiful voice, I am telling youâ¦" she keeps on gushing over his voice while he is just looking at her with adoration as she is looking so proud and excited about his singing.
Suddenly he placed his lips on her as she was babbling for more than 15 minutes. He can't control himself from kissing his cute talkative wife. If he knew she would be this much happy about his singing talent then he would have told her long ago.
"Are you talking much, Wifey? Save some energy for our bedroom work out," he whispered over her lips and smirked teasingly.
"I have too much energy, Mister. You ca-" her widens as she realizes what she just babble. She slowly moved her eyes to meet his. She gulped seeing a teasing smile on his face.
"Why don't we see that practically , Wifey?" he said in his deep voice, making her shudder in pleasure.
He picked her up and threw her over his shoulder, earning a melodious laugh from her. He smiled as he made his way toward their room.
