Asfa's pov :
While, we were seated on the living room! momma suddenly spoke..
"asfa and Humza listen to me patiently, ok!" she said, calmly..
We both, nodded "I know! you both are busy in your works and asfa your holdings is in San Diego, while we are in LA! so, nearly it takes 2:30 hour journey and Humza's new project is also there! so, I have decided something " she said..
I looked at him quizzically! and he too reciprocated the same expression as mine! then
"so, you both are moving to our penthouse! in San Diego " she dropped the bomb..
"before, you guys say something, I already arranged everything there, and you both are newly weds and you guys need your privacy! so, don't argue with me " she said firmly..
I looked at him and he smiled sadly! because no one can change her decision...
"but, I'll be missing you guys! I don't wanna go, pretty please!! " I pouted hoping it might work...
"no, BTW we are not very far from you, whenever you miss me! just come and visit us, ok" she said..
"but.. " Humza spoke..
"no buts, Humza just go with the flow, once your construction completes, you can comeback and end of discussion " she said smilingly..
"Ok momma " we said in unison..
Then, we headed to our room where all the maids were packing our bags and we took the necessary things and he too, was not So happy with the decision! but he obliged, anyway.
"are you OK na??" he asked, concerndly..
"I'm OK " I nodded
"I know! you don't want to leave from here, but I promise we'll return very soon, Now smile! " he said, cheering me up..
Then, I smiled "that's my lady!" he grinned and kissed my forehead and I closed my eyes at his gesture and indeed! it screams respect and love towards me..
Then, our bags were packed and I already informed grandpa, about our shifting and he was OK with the decision, he too agreed that it was the right thing...
We all roared towards our new home, in San Diego and everyone was happily chatting with each other and I too enjoyed with them, after our arrival! I looked at the penthouse..
It was a 58 Storey hotel and at the top, was their penthouse and it was beautiful and screams luxury... Then we entered...
And, all the chipmunks settled on the sofa and we settled our luggage in our room and then, we all toured the house and it was beautiful Masha Allah!!...
"so? what you guys wanna eat?? " I asked..
"pizza please!! " everyone yelled...
"Ok! then, list please?? " Humza asked..
"margarita" yelled bunny..
"Pepperoni" yelled the twins..
"Cheesy corn" yelled lai and Lari..
"Chicken pizza" yelled Rey..
" with, extra toppings and cheese " I said
"with coke and Oreo milkshake " he completed...
And, everyone sat in a circle and after half an hour the pizza arrived! imad took the pizza from delivery boy, while I and Rey take the plates and cutlery and Humza brought the condiments and
We dig in the food and we were enjoying our pizza's, while Haan bro was stealing Rey's pizza and she was glaring at him and he was sheepishly smiling at her! and Humza fed me his pizza slice and that too the front part filled with extra cheese, and bunny was making Zain eat the pizza's and aala was smiling at me! then, we all fought for the last piece and saffu Stole it and Lari was glaring at her ...
Then, Humza ordered room service and brought us different flavors of rolled ice creams! and I was beaming with joy and out of excitement..
I hugged him tight and he stilled for a moment! but eventually wrapped his arms around me and he inhaled my scent! I sighed in content.. Then, I pulled back and looked at him ..
"hey quit the romance! ice cream will melt, because of your hotness!! " Laiba said mischievously...
I glared at her, while he chuckled at her comment! then, we settled on the the couch and he picked chocolate flavor for me and blue berry for him! and we began to eat while talking happily..
I dig my spoon in his bowl and ate it, to my amusement he didn't say anything! but insisted to take the whole cup..
"you don't wanna eat?? " I asked innocently..
"it's OK! I'm not a ice cream lover though! " he said smilingly..
"are you sure? I'm not going to return it!" I said, like a child..
"I'm sure! you can eat darling! " he said and kissed my temple lovingly...
I stilled for a moment! then, I realized that I was slowly becoming the old asfa.. who was childish, funny and cool and it's just few days with him but, he already started breaking my bubble...
Then, after completing our ice cream they all left for home! while I was already missing them, but he pulled me close and rubbed my arms as assuring me ..
Then, I started arranging mine and humza's clothes! but his clothes were already there, yet he didn't let me to do it alone! he too helped me and we were arranging our clothes in the walk in closet
And then, I took my pjs and entered the washroom..
And, did my business and changed into my pjs then I came out..
He too was changed into his pjs
He chuckled on seeing me, I raised an eyebrow at him..
"I'm doing good " he said smilingly..
Then my bulb lightened! that he was referring to my tees imprints..
Then, I smiled inwardly and climbed the bed
while, he took his MacBook and settled on the armchair ..
Humza's pov :
This past days were blissful for me! and I'm running out of words, to thank my rab, Alhamdulillah! a gazillion times!..
I looked at my love of life! who was staring at me, for holding MacBook in my hand and she raised an eyebrow at me, asking if what am I up-to..
"chill! darling, I'm just finishing my pending work.. I have an important meeting tomorrow, I'm just working on the presentation " I said trying to explain her..
"so? it's not the time to work! its very late" she said and sat up, glaring at me..
Ahh!! she looks so hot while glaring at me !
"I'll just finish this asap " I said pleadingly..
She didn't budge at all I said "pretty please!! " while pouting..
Then, she sighed and nodded and laid back on the bed but, she turned her back towards me showing her disagreement..
Till now! no one dared to question me? on my working time! but this angel is already ordering around me, and I smiled at how a love sick puppy I've become, and my love for her increases Day by day...
Yes! I love her! deeply! madly! with no going back !!
But, I didn't confessed it to her, as it's still early! because I don't want to scare her.. I was noticing the changes taking place in her, little by little..
Then, I resumed my work on my macbook, I was so engrossed in work that, I didn't know it's past two o clock in the morning! then, I shutdown the MacBook and climbed the bed ..
I noticed that asfa was sweating and her forehead creased and she was fisting the bed sheets and murmuring no.. no.. no... I panicked! but soon realized that she was having nightmares...
I instantly grabbed her and started patting her back, saying "it's OK love! it's just a night mare, just wake up it'll end " I said shooking her and she slowly stirred and opened her eyes..
The view in front of me, broke my heart! her eyes were red and she was crying and when, she noticed that it was me, she plunged into me and wrapped her arms around me and cried in my chest...
I pat her back "it's OK darling! it was just a dream, you are OK now relax " I cooed in her ears, then her sobs subsided...
I cupped her face and she looked at me, like a lost child! and it pained me to see her in this condition,, and I kissed her forehead and kept my lips lingering there for sometime and she closed her eyes feeling my warmth..
"don't leave me!! " she said out of the blue..
"even, if you say to leave me I'll not! because you're stuck with me " I joked, trying to lighten the mood..
She smiled a little bit, but worry was clear visible on her face and we stayed like that for how long! I don't know?..
"so! you wanna talk about it " I asked and she nodded in no, still being in my arms and I sighed! she is not fully ready to open up to me, but it's OK she is trying her best..
Then, I laid with her on the bed and recited Surahs and duas and blewed on her and me and holding her very close I slept..
I stirred in sleep and my hand landed on empty bed, I panicked and opened my eyes and she was no where? it's still midnight,I stood up and tried to find her and she was in living room while writing something, in her dairy I think??..
On seeing me standing, she hid it, I ran and enveloped her in a hug..
"gosh! you scared me for a moment! angel" I said, stroking her back..
"I'm sorry " she said, in a broken voice..
"no, don't say sorry! it's just that when I didn't found you beside me I just panicked! " I said sounding sad..
She looked down but, I cupped her face and she was probably crying her eyes puffy and her cute nose turned into red and lips wobbly..
"why are you here at this time? " I asked her..
"I didn't feel sleepy, so I came here! I didn't wanted to disturb your sleep " she said innocently...
I smiled at her she is so pure and honest! ah I fell for her more..
"but, let's go and sleep now " I said and tugged her hand but she didn't move! so, I took her in my arms and made my way towards our room and she was back to her silent mood.. I sighed and softly put her on the bed and tugged her to myself and I started patting her back and stroking her hair and soon she slept in my arms and sleep engulfed me too...
