Asfa's pov :
Today is the day of bachelorette and all the friends of laiba had arrived, we all were getting ready for the party! the backyard was fully ready for the evening and everyone was so excited and happy....
I got ready in a simple navy blue gown and paired it with a hijab and I tied my hijab in a normal style! Then I applied black kohl on my waterline, some cheek tint, mascara, highlight and nude warm lipstick....
And I was satisfied with my look...
"great plans to kill your husband with your beauty!! " my hubby's voice, startled me...
I kept my hand on my beating heart and turned around to see him standing in his all glory! leaning on the door frame...
With a mischievous smile on his face "I don't intend to kill my husband! " I replied, with a smirk...
He smiled and walked towards me slowly, like a predator ready to hunt his prey and I walk backwards till my back hit the wall..
Stupid wall! it had to be here??
He caged me inbetween his arms and his breath was fanning my lips, he looked at me intensely which turned my insides to a mush!...
Till now, I'm not used to his proximity! everytime he's this close my senses go erratic and my heart beats wildly...
"but your looks says otherwise! " he replied me, with a devilish grin...
"then I didn't complain how handsome you look either? " I said, with a smirk....
"that's interesting! well my hard work pays off in the gym " he said, with a laugh...
"but you look breathtakingly beautiful darling! Masha Allah! " he said, huskily...
I blushed and looked away, but he didn't let me go.. he dipped his head and placed his lips on mine and kissed me hard! butterflies dangled in my stomach, no scratch that whole zoo was doing somersault.....
"oh my Allah I didn't saw that! --" Lari and saffu's voice interrupted our heated session and they turned around, we parted immediately and I hid my face in his chest, while he scratched the back of his neck, awkwardly...
"sisto, aunty is calling you downstairs come quickly! " they said in unison and left immediately...
I'm red as a tomato Now, I hit his chest playfully and he tightened his hold on me..
"Now how I'm gonna face them? " I asked, blushing hard..
"just like normal! remember they said they didn't saw anything " he said, wriggling his brows...
I huffed my face "no more kisses for you anymore! " I said, stifling my smile mischievously...
"wallahi no way! " he whined like a child...
I chuckled and turned around, I took my iphone and captured our pic in the dresser mirror
"perfect! " I said, taking our pic..
"yes my perfectionist! " he replied and pecked my temple, lovingly!...
"Now, hurry up let's go downstairs you have to leave for the groom side " I said, taking my lipstick and reapplying it! as this mister ruined it...
"Ok madam! let's go " he said, bowing a little I laughed then we left downstairs...
And everyone was busy with the preparations, I entered the kitchen and all the items were prepared for the feast by the maids and aunt & momma was checking the desserts for the evening...
Yes! you guessed it right! my aunt and my lovely momma is from India, so we have the desi touch on our family culture and language...
and the backyard was decorated beautifully with a tent house.....
Laiba was beautiful in her dress with a matching tiara! she looked like a ice queen, with all her ice blue outfit...
"you look beautiful! " I said, to laiba..
"jazakallah khair Bhabi! " she said, sweetly...
Rey was giving her, final touches to lai's makeup and she was a pro in this and all of us were ready, to enjoy the evening....
All her friends came and the bachlorette started.. we all played several games and teased lai to no mercy and all the time, she was a blushing mess...
The foods were very tasty...
"LADIES AND LAZIES!" Lari announced, which earned several gasps from us..
"Ok sorry! but now it's time for some fun! so, we'll now have a ramp walk.. cheerssss! " she chirped....
And all of us joined the the ramp, it started off with laiba as she was the bride and nasheed were playing on full blast! we all were continuously clapping and cheering all their names....
"Now momma and aunt! " aala said and they were refusing but they did anyways and we all were having a good time, next by next Rey walked on the ramp, she blew a raspberry at our direction, we acted to catch it and then Lari, saffu, aala sisto everyone walked on the ramp...
Then, nimra walked and she walked with grace! she looked beautiful in her dress....
At last it was my time and I started walking, I was blowing raspberries at little Zain's direction and he was grinning at me! by clapping his little hands, that I didn't notice my legs tripped over something and I fell on the floor, my ankle got twisted..
"oh my Allah asfa! " everyone yelled and they came to me rushing and my ankle was throbbing with pain...
I wasn't able to stand on my feet..
"asfa are you OK now? " aala sisto asked, worriedly...
"I'm Ok just little twist! " I lied, it was hurt very badly...
They help me to sit on the couch and saffu brought ice pack and kept on my left ankle, I hissed at the contact and I fist my dress, because the pain was unbearable...
Tears brimmed my eyes, but I blinked back...
"I'm calling the doctor now! " aunt said, looking worried but I interrupted that it was nothing, I felt bad for spoiling the evening!!...
Nimra sat beside me and inspected my foot and she looked at me and whispered "Now you know how it feels! " she said with venom dripping in her voice, which sent a shiver to run down my spine...
I was shocked, I didn't know what I did to her to act like this! Rey was glaring at her, I was confused that why she was glaring at her...
Rey sat beside me and nimra left "because of her, you tripped at the stage! she brought her foot forward, while you were looking at Zain! " she sai,d angrily...
"I'm warning you asfa, she's not good with her intentions! she's trying to harm you!" she said, worriedly...
" I don't know Rey? what's up with her! " I said, confused...
And, after sometime the party was over and everyone began to leave, Rey helped me to stand up, but I can't! I sat with a thud...
I hissed in pain, my left ankle was swollen and the heels didn't help though...
"what happened? " came a loud voice...
I raised my head to see Humza speeding in my direction with concern, he squatted in front of me and took my leg and examined it and his face turned red from anger...
"how did this happen?" he asked, with a hoarse voice...
"she just tripped while ramp walking" nimra said, casually....
"I'll call the doctor now it looks bad --" I interrupted him..
"it's fine! it's nothing, just small sprain " I added, he looked pissed off...
"it's not small asfa! look it's swollen! I'm calling the doctor, end of discussion! " he said, firmly...
I sighed in defeat, he looked worried "how can you be so careless? what If something happened to you huh? you didn't care about me! do you? " he asked, hurt...
I smiled softly at my sweet caring hubby "it's OK! hubby I'm fine! " I said cupping his face....
He hugged me tight in front of everyone, I blushed inwardly...
"awwww so sweet! " Rey, Lari, saffu squealed...
I looked at nimra and she looked angry! she gave me a death glare, I don't know what's her problem...
"let's go you need to rest! " Humza said and scooped me in his arms, I wrapped my arms around his neck and placed my head on his chest and he carried me to our room, hence I can't walk....
The doctor arrived and checked me and she treated my sprain and bandaged my ankle, then prescribe some medicines and gel to be applied and asked me not to put stress on my left foot, then she left....
Humza took me to washroom and he gave me my night wears, I did my business and changed Into it! then, he took me to bed and placed a pillow below my ankle...
"don't worry, I'm fine it's just a small sprain! " I consoled him, but he was so worried....
"I was just away for sometime and this happened to you! " he said, frustrated......
"if something happened to you? then what I'll do h--" I shushed him with my lips! he was shocked at first, then eventually he kissed me back fiercely...
"you talk too much! " I said, breathing heavily...
"I'm fine Ok! " I added while he had his eyes closed, then he nodded...
"I'll bring your food here, you have to eat without any fuss! " he said and left downstairs...
I smiled and shook my head at his stubbornness, and a knock at my door broke my thoughts! I turned to see nimra, standing there with annoyed look...
She came in and sat beside me "what do you want ? " I asked. keeping my calm...
"Humza " she stated, boldly...
I looked at her in disbelief, "pardon " I asked...
"you heard it right! I want Humza back " she said, like she owns him..
My temper flared! how dare she asks my husband? that too from me...
"he was never yours to begin with! " I said, loosing my cool...
"he was always mine from school and Clg days! you came inbetween us and you took him away, I love him! " she spat at me..
I was shocked "no! he was never yours and he's my husband! " I shot back, with equal anger....
"he's mine and I'll take him back! " she sai,d with gritted teeth...
"are you mad or something! can't you see he's married! " I said, making her try to understand...
"no! it doesn't matter to me, you just wait and watch! how I'll take him back ?" she said, confidently...
"we'll see! " I said coolly, even though I was freaking out inside...
"oh nimra! you're here? " Humza asked, entering the room with a tray of food in his hand...
I don't think he heard our conversation "yeah just came to check on asfa! " she said, extra sweetly trying to flirt with my man...
Eww Gross!!
"oh that's great! " he said and kept the tray on the side table, then he sat beside me and I smiled at him...
"what were you guys talking about? " he asked, as he took the bowl of soup...
She looked panicked but hid it clearly "just, I was saying that, how determined I'm! when I want something, I get it any cost! " she said, casually! but held a warning for me...
"yeah asfa she's! " Humza said, unaware of her motives and she smirked at me...
He took a morsel of soup and brought it near my lip and I gulped down the soup, he smiled at me and wiped the corner of my mouth, I looked at nimra who was fuming with jealousy! I grinned inwardly...
"I'll be get going see you guys tomorrow! " she said and Humza nodded at her, then she left...
He fed me till the bowl got empty, he took the cheesy penne and began to feed me, I ate silently!..
"did you eat? " I asked, him..
"no! I'll eat, after you complete this! " he said, but I took the fork and brought the penne near his mouth, he pursed his mouth, but I glared at him! then he opened his mouth and ate it, I grinned at him...
"always bossy around me, huh? " he asked me...
"yup " I said making the 'p' pop...
He laughed cheerfully and it's the best laugh I ever heard, his voice so sexy...
Damn! these stupid hormones!!
We completed our food by talking and laughing, he gave me my medicines and I gulped it down with water, then the maid took the food tray away...
He dimmed the light and crawled beside me on the bed, he adjusted the pillow and cuddled with me, we were in spooning position! his hot breath fanning my neck and his hand under my top, placed on my tummy drawing various patterns aimlessly which causes various sensations ran through my body! and whenever I ask him, he replies, only two words "SELF RESTRAINT "....
I smile at his acts my naughty husband! But I was equally worried about her words, what if she really separates us? I don't want to think about that! the thought of not being with him, shook me to the core...
It was the last thought before darkness engulfed me...
