Humza's pov :
It was very quite and yet peaceful, I love this time of the day..
Tahajjud..
Because, no one is their to disturb you, only you and your creator.. I love talking to Allah and only Allah can give you what you want,even without uttering a word and I didn't want anything now, because Allah has blessed me with enormous things, and I'm grateful for it.
As I closed my eyes those brown pairs again flashed in my mind and somewhere in my heart, it wishes for her, to be in my life and I don't know what to say about this feeling. so, I'm leaving this in the hands of Allah, because ( indeed! he is the best of planners.... ) And I finished my dua....
Then I did my daily adhkar,by reciting: (subhanallahi wabihamdihi subhanallahil azim )100 times ... (astagfirullah) 100 times and (darud ) 10 times... And reading a hearty portion of the holy Quran until I felt content..
After praying fajr, me and arhaan decided to hit the gym,
to get some workouts done..
And, you guys guessed it right! I'm a fitness freak!!!!
I love working out!
Because Allah gave this body to us, we should keep it healthy, until we return to him ,and not to mention I look good in every outfit! You don't believe me, right?? Ok then see by yourself!!!!...
"congratulations Mr.Ibrahim you've got the deal" the manager said..
"thank you, Mr.Stanley we will not let you down " I said shaking his hands..
"I've arranged a party,for the celebration of our closed deal" he said smiling.
"sure, Mr. Stanley I'll attend it" I said and nodded at him.
Then He left, with his team and I made my way towards my cabin as I relaxed on my seat.
I still couldn't believe,I cracked the deal!! Because it will increase our success rate to an extreme level..
Oh, what a stupid I'm !without, enlightening you guys, of my deal ! I'm blabbering of my success ...
Flashback!!!
"Humza you'll build this grand seven star hotel and a beach resort, at this place, it's been a dream of your great grandfather Ibrahim, to build our very first hotel in California, and me as well as your dad failed to build it ! so, you are going to build and continue the legacy of Ibrahim's of building world's grand hotel's " my late grandpa Iqraam said enthusiastically...
"I'm sure grandpa I will " I said matching the enthusiasm of my grandpa..
After, completing my masters degree in engineering,at Harvard University . I started my work and I've already made the blueprint of the hotel, which is my dream project and it is securely placed in my closet... And today I got the land where I will build the humongous hotel and our company signed the deal, with the HANNAN MULTINATIONAL HOLDINGS ..
AND to enjoy our new partnership with another huge company, well! I just signed the deal with the manager... Due to the absence of their CEO because of certain personal reasons...
Phew!! It was a tiring day and tomorrow we have the success party, in the evening. .maybe, there I'll meet the CEO ... Well let's see..
"I'm done for the day, clear my schedules zaid ,cancel all the appointments for today " I told my PA cracking my knuckles..
"Sure sir, you can take rest you've been suffering sleepless nights, from the past three days for this deal "my PA exclaimed with appreciation..
"Not a big deal Zaid, we have to work hard and that's the only key for success " I said suggestively
He nodded at it and then I retired for my home on the way to home, I
got some caramel mocha for me and ice cream for zain... After parking my Range Rover in the garage, I made my way directly to the play room,
where Zain, was playing wholeheartedly and on seeing me, his blue orbs lit up and then me and Zain started eating ice cream, playing with his toys and then I gave him a piggy bag ride and soon we drifted off to sleep in the middle of the bright day....
And, in the evening, I was staring at the moon,
while aala, settled beside me, she smiled and tapped my back, then I gave her a halfhearted smile which doesn't reached my eyes,
she spoke "Humza it's gonna be fine don't worry have faith, I believe in you ,I'm sure you'll make us proud " she said, completely changing my mood then she started feeding me, her signature lasagna and on seeing her mama feeding me, Zain started pouting, then she fed both of us ...
"even though you've grown up you'll be my first baby Humza " she said heartily..
I felt very blessed to have such a sister cum mother to me. since,childhood she always covered up all my mistakes.. Because ,I was the naughty cat in my home...
I cleared my throat and it caught my sister and mother's attention, they questioned me with their eyes and I explained them about today's deal that how I'm gonna start building the hotel in few days.
They squealed in joy, and congratulated me, while mom was shedding tears and I told them about tomorrow's party and my sister started teasing me that how every girl will be drooling over me!!
How I wish to say that! I want certain someone to do that ! and I know I'm being greedy here! Wink* wink*
Soon it was party time and I got ready
And left for the venue with
Wait dude! I have so many keys just gimme a minute!!!
Ferrari, yes my sleek red Ferrari it is and I roared towards my destination....
Asfa's pov :
"hold on guys I'm calling the doctor "yelled imad as he dialed our family doctor Mr James number and I tried my best to calm everyone including me but none, the condition worsened as grandpa continues to lye unconsciously ...
Soon, the doctor arrived and did a check up on grandpa, while we pray (innalillahi wainnalilaihi rajioon) as much as we could waiting outside then he told us that grandpa almost had the chance of stroke but again Allah saved my grandpa, (shukr Alhamdulillah) the doctor prescribed some medicine's and explained the diet procedure to be followed to the cook and he ordered complete bed rest and no stress for his condition and then he left as imad showed him the way out...
"you scared us grandpa what will we do if, something happens to you? " saffu sniffled loudly...
"I'm sorry, my doll Insha Allah nothing will happen to me, look I'm fine " he said weakly..
"you will take complete rest and no stress and no excuses " said imad like a scolding father...
"Ok dad " grandpa mocked at imad to lighten up the moment, every one laughed at it then everyone left to let grandpa rest...
"I'm alright my doll go and get rest don't worry ,I'll be alright this old man, isn't old enough to leave
you" grandpa said laughingly..
I chuckled at his wierd faces that he creates to make me smile and he succeeds in it every single time..
"you know grandpa, I'm already shattered enough, that no one will be able to mend it and please don't let that shattered pieces turn into dust " I sobbed in his embrace...
"one day, he will fix your broken pieces together by Allah's will and I'm sure, he will arrive very soon " he said teasingly to divert my mind but he means every single word that he utters..
"Ok, Now enough talking old man please sleep" I said smiling, I kissed grandpa's forehead and left the room...
After finishing my duhur salah, I received a conference call from my manager and rey, as they informed me about the confirmation of the deal with IBRAHIM MULTINATIONAL HOLDINGS...
He said that he has arranged a success party for the confirmation of the deal and she has to attend it without fail, because it will be a disgrace for the Ibrahim's, that the partnering company's CEO is absent from the event and I said Ok, for attending the event..
While, I was passing from saffu's room
I heard sobbing sounds, I opened the door, only to get stunned by seeing saffu sobbing in imad's arms while he was patting her back and consoling his twin and seeing her sisto cry, I too was on the urge of breaking down but controled myself before a tear drops from my eyes.
I engulfed the twins in a tight hug, even imad too broke down in my embrace, I whispered sweet nothings in their ears as I consoled them, after sometime both got stable but
Saffu asked "he will not leave us right? Like mom,dad and grandma"
"Insha Allah never, because Allah doesn't burden a soul beyond its limit and he will not take anyone from us " I said assuringly....
While I said ..."(innallaha ma'as sabireen) indeed Allah is with, the patient "completed the twins smilingly ...
Then, I informed them about the deal with Ibrahim's and the after party to divert their mood and the twins congratulate me and saffu started searching for the perfect dress for the evening with matching shoes and a hijab and soon the bickering of the me and saffu started, about how the dress should be?
After searching for the entire another day saffu gets content with a maroon dress and pairs it up with a maroon hijab and the niqab, but I argued with her that I will wear Abaya, but saffu convinced me saying that only very close colleagues will be present and most of them will be ladies, except some men and no one will dare to come near the CEO and I laughs at her remarks...
After finishing my maghrib salah and doing dikhr, I checked on grandpa and seeing him in better condition, I mumbled an Alhamdulillah several times.
Then I started to get ready, for the evening after wearing the dress and hijab, I did a very light makeup by just applying some black kohl and lip balm, then wearing my signature shoes and clutch, I got ready to leave ...
The Twin's halted in their position's by seeing their magical beauty... "Masha Allah my sisto looks breath taking " the twin said grinning...
"I'm sure my future brother in law, gonna fall head over heels if he sees you like this " saffu said teasingly...
"if anyone dares to come near my elder sister, I'll rip their throat's off " imad roared while being the overprotective brother...
I laughed at their silly fights and finally left in my handsome
Mercedes...
After driving for 50 minutes, I came to halt at the beautiful outdoor destination and I joined my colleagues and Rey's eyes popps out of her socket as soon as, her eyes land on her beautiful as'fa...
"woah girl, you are under arrest for commiting the crime of looking extremely beautiful today" she said seriously, trying her best to look serious, but soon engulfs her in a bear hug ...
"Masha Allah, you too look beautiful today Rey "I exclaimed with joy...
Rey doesn't ask about grandpa's health, as not to spoil her mood because she already asked saf'wa...
And soon, her colleagues started joining the party and everyone begins to enjoy the party...
I became really happy, as the party was free of Haram foods, alcohol and obviously no music... Only nasheed's were playing there...
And soon, the Ibrahim's join's the party and the manager escorts them and the group of men joins their conversation....
The manager grabs the Mike and gathers everyone's attention and he addresses our guests ,our partnering company and he invites me on the stage to deliver few words...
I make my way to the little make shift stage and began "Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu and good evening everybody, I hope everyone is having a good time and I feel privileged to have a deal with the Ibrahim's and I hope it will be a huge success in future " I completed and everyone gave me a huge round of applause..
And then the manager asked, Mr. Ibrahim to deliver few words and I tilt my head to be met with a "heartwarming emerald eyes
