A/n Thought it would be nice to introduce the characters in this story. The video link I posted above is when Allison McAtee (who played Catherine in the movie) and Sarah Stouffer (played Jackie) reunited last year for one of Sarah's YouTube series. I kinda want to give you guys a chance to see what they look like.
NOTE: All the photos I put on here are what to imagine for both characters in this story a year after.
Catherine Stark
Used to be a Psychology professor at a university in Bloomington. She lost her job because there people spotted Jackie at her place and took photos to show Professor Hecht (Dean at the university), and rumours have been going around about her sleeping with her and past students. She lost her family in a plane crash when she was 15 years old and lives alone with her dog, Ethan. At first, she never believed that she would fall in love until she met Jackie. Catherine knew Jackie was the one as she surprised her on her birthday for her first flight lesson and she never spent her birthday or holidays with someone, ever since her family past away. At work, she was known to be a strict and well preserved professor with expectations but was hiding the pain that she was dealing with. Catherine had this fortress built up on her, ever since her parents past away, and Jackie came into her life to see the other side of her.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Kirk
A well known actress that played in the movie series called 'Neptune', since she was a child, before she decided to come to college to live a normal life. Jackie decided to major in English and Professor Hecht advised her to pick the first year Psychology class, because that course is a prerequisite for many other subjects in later years. She met Catherine when she saw her struggling to open her office door with heavy stacked textbooks in her hands, and decided to help her since none of the other students ignored Catherine (as they believe in the rumours going around her with past students). They both met again when Catherine was a substitute teacher for Jackie's Psychology class and at the compulsory Psychology mixer. Jackie doesn't get along with her mum and Catherine was always there for her when needed. She loves Catherine so much but didn't get the chance to tell her before she got casted to be in the new blockbuster movie called 'Neptune 26', and had to finish her freshman year at college.
