Emerson POV
"What if you have a vampire as a roommate instead of a werewolf."
As soon as I heard the words my eyes widened and so did headmaster Rivers as we both stared at the vampire in shock.
A vampire roommate?
"Is she serious right now?" Carter asked.
"Emerson let me speak to her. I promise I won't go overboard." Carter suggested, I really couldn't refuse as even I didn't know how to handle this.
I nodded and closed my eyes transfering control over to Carter.
Carter POV
"I'm sorry but we can't do that." I spoke making both of the older woman look at me.
"And why not Emerson?" She asked, she was confused and curious I could tell that from her tone.
"One, I'd be making an enemy of my own kind and two, this isn't Emerson speaking to you currently." I replied as Alice looked up at me finally noticing the change within our eyes.
"You two switched places." She said with a sigh as Scarlet looked confused.
"It's her wolf speaking not her." Alice said clarifying for the woman as she nodded understandingly.
"I see. Well I can assure you that this vampire won't hurt you in any way." She said as I stared at her.
"Who would be her roommate?" Alice asked as Scarlet glanced at her.
"The only vampire in my wing that doesn't have a roommate." She answered as Alice nodded understanding who that must be.
"You're roommate would be Taylor West. She's kind and open-minded but very talkative and she holds no ill will to werewolves." Alice explained as I stared at her.
"Let's do it." Emerson spoke as my eyes widended.
"What? Emerson but the other werewolves.."
"Carter this whole thing is about making peace. What's the point of being here if we're not going to do that? If she has no ill will then she's our best bet anyway." She asked as I sighed.
She had a point.
"I know I do now I'd like control back please." She said as I nodded and let her back up to the surface.
"We'll do it Miss River." I said with a small smile.
