Emerson POV
Everyone looked at me shocked as I smiled.
"Either way you put it I was leaving anyway plus you're right Carter would rather die than apologize to Conner." I said with a chuckle.
"But Emerson you'll be alone." Elliott said worry was evident in his tone. We had never been separated before so I understood his worries.
"That's better than being exiled besides we all know that dad and mom are of alpha descent so technically we are alphas by blood which meant Carter was definitely not apologizing especially to Conner no offense." I said to Rowen as I heard a chuckle come from the mind link.
"Damn right I wasn't apologizing to that baby." Carter said as I rolled my eyes.
"Plus it's for the pack so I don't mind doing it." I said with a smile as Rowen smiled back at me and so did my father.
"I'm glad you're taking up the offer Emerson but now that's out of the way I'd like you to meet someone." Rowen said as me and my brother stood up as a woman now stood beside the alpha.
"This is Alice River one of the two headmasters at Riverwood Academy." Rowen introduced her as she smiled.
"Hello, you must be Emerson." She said looking at me as I nodded.
"Well as Rowen said I'm Alice River, one of the two headmasters of Riverwood Academy. I specifically run over the werewolves portion at Riverwood Academy." She said as I nodded again all of us listening intently.
"And as such it is my job to take count of every pack of the north and who they are sending to the academy and that in this case happens to be you." She said directed at me.
"I am also here to answer any questions about the academy if you have any." She said my mom instantly took the chance.
"Will she be safe?" She asked as Alice smiled.
"Yes, Emerson will be safe. We at Riverwood Academy make sure that the two species get along and ensure everyone's safety while they study under one roof." She answered.
"Are we allowed to visit?" Elliott asked as Alice nodded.
"Of course you are and at any time." She answered again.
"Here are the packets of information for the academy if any further questions need to be answered. It was nice meeting you all but I must go to another pack to inform all others."
"School starts in a week have a good day everyone." She said with a smile before shaking everyone's hand and leaving the house as Rowen followed behind leaving us alone.
