Elliott POV
I ended the call quickly as I tried to stay calm. It had been a couple of days since I texted Kate. I guess she sensed my anger as she came into the kitchen which is where I was.
"What's wrong?" She asked her voice deep.
"Your half brother sent people to attack my sister again." I explained as her eyes of curiosity turned dark to anger.
Me, Emerson, and Kate all grew up together so she's like a third sibling for us.
"What did they do to her this time?" She asked as I sighed.
"Silver yet again." I replied as her jaw tightened.
You see Connor wasn't new to hurting other wolves with silver his first victim being Kate herself. He did it out of anger when he found out that his title as 'alpha' wasn't secured due to Kate being around.
So now Kate has a scar across her face it's a thin scar but noticeable due to the dagger he used. That was the reason she left the pack for a while but not permanently but only for a short while.
But now that he was targeting somebody else in our family she's back and he doesn't know yet.
"Well I guess I'm going to make my appearance earlier than I thought." She growled.
"When were you originally going to reveal that you were back?" I asked curious.
"About two or three weeks from now give me time to get situated but I guess I can't do that now." She said sitting down next to me.
I thought about it for a moment before an idea popped into my head.
"What if you do it when Emerson returns. I mean she only has a week left until the semester is over and then she comes back to the pack so do it then." I suggested as she looked at me confused.
"I thought she was staying there for a year?" She said confused.
"Nope this semester was only a test run to see if they actually open an academy like that and the semester is coming to an end." I explained as she nodded liking the idea.
"So we do it when she returns so she's here to see his downfall for everything he has done?" She asked as I grinned and nodded.
"Exactly plus it will be in front of the whole pack." I said, as she gained a grin as well.
"Well then I guess we are exposing my half brother in a weeks time then." She said as I chuckled as we sat in comfortable silence.
He'll pay for what he did to my sister. That's for damn sure.
