Chapter 64: Nervous

Her Little WolfWords: 1764

Emerson POV

I was beyond nervous. With everyone welcoming me back as I walked down the path only to freeze when they saw a vampire and Kate walking behind me.

People know what's about to happen I sighed nervously which made my brother nudge me.

"Hey...it's going to be ok. This has to happen to get justice for not only you but for all the other wolves he's hurt." Elliott said softly as I nodded agreeing with him but I couldn't help but fidget with my fingers.

"I know but I just have a bad feeling about this. I mean what if the Luna intervenes?" I asked nervously which made him chuckle.

"I don't think she'll talk too much when she sees the exact copy of the old luna standing right in front of her." He said chuckling.

I chuckled along with him as I knew that the current Luna hated one thing about Kate and it was the fact she was a carbon copy of her mom when it came to looks. But she was always afraid of Kate more than any other wolf for the simple fact if it came down to Connor or Kate, the alpha was choosing Kate.

But that in itself only made me more nervous. I don't know how anyone is going to react. The Luna, alpha, or Connor. But what I do know is that it's not going to be good that's for sure.

I smelled the scent of roses coming from behind me. She must sense my worry as I felt her hand grab mine in a gentle manner.

"It will be ok. You have me, Elliott, Kate, and your parents if he tries anything he'll be screwed." She whispered into my ear which Elliott nodded in agreement too.

I let out a shaky breath as the clearing became more bigger. The pack house now in clear view along with all the other wolves we didn't see on the way here.

"It's about to go down." Elliott whispered as we all walked towards the alpha, his wife, and Connor.
