Later, they’ll bring her back here,” Nian Xi stayed silent for a short while, then said, “I’ve contacted her husband. He isn’t willing to come here. So, I called Shuangwei. I think she’s on her way here already.”

Hearing that, Nian Junting immediately pulled a long face.

Nian Xi spread her hands, and continued. “We need to solve this problem for good. What Zhong Yi did is an example. Do you want something like that to happen again?”

“That’s none of my business. Yi Jingxi caused all that trouble,” Nian Junting was unhappy when he thought about it.

“I’m sorry, Mrs. Liao. We’ve informed your husband, but he said that he’s out on a business trip, and that he has no time to come here,” said Nian Xi as she pushed open the door and entered the room.
