He was behind the wheel, and she was relishing the night scenery through the window. He beckoned her, diverting her focus.

Viyansh: "Vaise biwi, i saw you were not comfortable walking in this saree, toh pehenne se mana kyu nahi kiya??

(so why didn't you refuse to wear it?)

Vaidehi: "Because saree aap laye the that means you wanted to see me in saree toh mana kaise kar deti??" (Because you brought the saree, that means you wanted to see me in a saree, so how could I refuse?)

Viyansh: "Mere liye pehni??" (You wore it for me?)

Vaidehi: "Nahi toh kya padosi ke liye." (No, for the neighbor.)

She gave him a stern look, and he laughed.

Vaidehi: "Although I thought I should wear this on some special occasions of ours, but never mind."

Viyansh: "I'll give you a special reason, Jaan."

Vaidehi uttered, looking outside the window. The car pulled into the driveway with a sign that read "Singhania Farmhouse."

Vaidehi: "Singhania Farmhouse? Hum yaha kyu aaye hai, hum toh kisi party me ja rahe the na??" (Why are we here? Weren't we going to a party?)

Viyansh: "Yes, but I have some work here."

The car came to a stop, and Viyansh opened the door on her side, offering his hand. She looked at him, puzzled.

Viyansh: "Come."

Vaidehi: "Yaha kaam hai aapko?" (Do you have some work here?)

Viyansh: "Patience, bachcha."

He guided her towards the backyard, which was enveloped in darkness.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, kitna andhera hai yaha." (it's so dark here.)

Turning around, she realized he wasn't there. Feeling a bit perplexed, she turned around to look for him, calling out his name repeatedly, but there was no response. Just as she was about to turn back, the entire area suddenly illuminated as the lights turned on. To her surprise and delight, she discovered that the space was beautifully decorated with her favorite flowers and twinkling fairy lights. A radiant smile graced her face as she moved forward.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, kahaan ho aap? Aaiye na." (Where are you)

She was taking in the surroundings, enjoying the view when she heard his voice.

Viyansh: "Biwi."

She turned and saw him approaching. He came over and gently took hold of her hands.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, ye sab... (All this)"

Viyansh: "Sirf main bolunga. (Only I will speak)"

She smiled and nodded, allowing him to take the lead.

Viyansh: "Jaan, I acknowledge that our marriage was arranged, and honestly, I wasn't prepared for it. In the beginning, I behaved poorly and acted like a jerk toward you. However, when I asked for a chance, and you granted it, believe me, I was genuinely happy that day, or rather that night."

She let out a chuckle.

Viyansh: "Spending time with you, you completely transformed me, Jaan. You made me do things I never even imagined. Just for you, I started coming home early. I used to have a habit of sleeping alone, but now, I can't imagine sleeping without you in my arms. This workaholic CEO, who functioned like a machine, you turned him into a more humane person. I never liked surprises before, but now, I eagerly await weekends to enjoy the little surprises you plan for us."

Her heartbeat quickened as this was something she had longed to hear.

Viyansh: "Tumne toh aasani se keh Diya tha, lekin mujhe thoda waqt lag gaya sorry for the wait biwi but... As you know humari shadi ho gayi hai but I wanted to propose you." (You said it so easily, but it took me a little time. Sorry for the wait, biwi, but, as you know, our marriage has happened, but I wanted to formally propose to you.)

He knelt down on one knee, and her eyes started to well up with tears.

Viyansh: "Jaan, biwi toh tum meri ban hi chuki ho, par kya tum meri rooh banogi?? Will be my reason to live this life because now I can't even imagine my life without you. Kya tum apni puri zindagi mere sath bitaogi??? Will you allow me to hold you everytime you fall?? Will you allow me to be the reason behind your blush and smile, I desire to envelop you in my arms, shield you from the world, and keep you safe. Are you willing to allow me to do that? and finally Kya tum humare teen betiyo ki maa banogi???"

(Jaan, you have already become my wife, but will you become my soul as well? Will you be my reason to live this life because now I can't even imagine my life without you? Will you spend your entire life with me? Will you allow me to hold you every time you fall? Will you allow me to be the reason behind your blush and smile? I desire to envelop you in my arms, shield you from the world, and keep you safe. Are you willing to allow me to do that? And finally, will you become the mother of our three daughters?)

Despite having tears in her eyes, she gestured for him to stand up, conveying a mix of emotions.

Vaidehi: "Move 10 steps back."

Viyansh (confusingly): "What??"

Vaidehi: "Piche jaiye na." (Just go back.)

He felt a moment of panic initially, but then he took ten steps back. She seized the opportunity and ran towards him, throwing herself into his arms. He promptly caught her in a warm embrace, her arms encircling his neck while she buried her face in the crook of his neck. His strong arms wrapped around her waist, and he lifted her, twirling her around and eliciting joyful laughter. Setting her back down, she remained close, not eager to let go.

Vaidehi: "3 nahi 2 betiya and 1 beta." (not 3 but 2 daughters, and 1 son.)

He chuckled.

Viyansh: "Yehi tumhare dimaag me gaya??" (Is this all that's on your mind??)

Vaidehi: "Haa (Yes)"

Viyansh: "Ok leave me"

Vaidehi: "Never"

Viyansh: "Areh baba 2 min ke liye kuch hai ruko toh." (Come on, just for 2 minutes, there's something.)

She distanced herself from him, and he retrieved a small box from his pocket.

Viyansh: "I realize you wished for a formal engagement, but my stubbornness prevented us from having one."

Once more, he knelt down on one knee in front of her, opening a box that revealed a pair of couple rings.

Viyansh: "Finally jo meri jaan sunna chahti thi aap... I don't know when, how, or where, but I LOVE YOU, VAIDEHI.  I LOVE YOU SO MUCH BIWI. I'm captivated by your eyes, enchanted by your long hair, drawn to the mole near your lips, charmed by your clumsiness, touched by your caring nature, and amused by your dramatic antics—everything about you. I JUST LOVE YOU, JAAN."

Firecrackers burst at that moment, lighting up the sky as she gazed upward with eyes that sparkled like the stars. The smile on her face refused to fade. He extended his hand, and she delicately placed her hand in his, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. He carefully slid the ring onto her finger and rose to his feet, mirroring the emotional moment with tears welling up in his own eyes.

Viyansh: "Rona band Karo aur mujhe bhi pehnao Varna bhaag jaunga." (Stop crying and make me wear it, or else I'll run away.)

He gently wiped away her tears, and she responded with a radiant smile. In return, she took the ring and, with a tender expression, slid it onto his finger. With a heartfelt gesture, she spoke.

Vaidehi: "Main bhaagne dungi tab na. aur aap bhi rona band kijiye." (only if  I'll let you run. And you also stop crying.)

She lovingly wiped away his tears and then embraced him tightly, expressing her deep emotions. In the warmth of the hug, she spoke affectionately.

Vaidehi: "I lOVE YOU ANSH."

She was overwhelmed with happiness, tears still streaming down her face, while he tenderly caressed her back.

Viyansh: "Bas bhi Karo biwi." (Enough, stop it, my dear.)

Pulling back from the hug, he gently wiped away her tears.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, thank you for fulfilling every wish of mine."

Viyansh: "Don't you think mujhe kuch milna chahiye??" (I should get something in return?)

As she looked at him, he met her gaze with a smirk, causing her to blush.

Vaidehi: "Deti hu, deti hu." (Giving, giving)

She crossed her arms behind his neck, leaning in for a kiss. However, he playfully thwarted her attempt by stretching his neck slightly, teasing her. She responded with a playful glare, her lips pouting in mock frustration.

Viyansh: "As I mentioned earlier, the next kiss will come from you. It can't be that easy, biwi, try harder."

She attempted to leave, but he swiftly caught her wrist, pulling her back towards him. He encircled his arms around her bare waist, lifting her effortlessly, while her hands rested on his shoulders.

Viyansh: "Okay, okay, I'm sorry. I won't interrupt now."

Vaidehi: "And now, I won't kiss you."

Viyansh: "Why not?"

Vaidehi: "Because now, it's you who will be kissing me, not the other way around."

He put her down and remarked.

Viyansh: "That's not going to happen, biwi."

Vaidehi: "Really??"

Viyansh: "Yes."

Vaidehi: "Now, let's see."

She guided his hands to rest on her bare waist, eliciting a shiver down her spine, but she managed to control her emotions, leaving him in shock. Then, she locked her hands around his neck, stood on her toes, and gazed at him with a mischievous smirk.

Viyansh: "Wh...what are you up to?"

Knowing very well about his weakness, she started teasing him by licking her lips constantly. Her trick worked like a charm, and he couldn't resist. He interrupted her playful act by placing his lips on hers. She couldn't help but smile at the successful tease. He lifted her up by her waist, drawing her into a passionate kiss. Their lips met in a fervent embrace, with him delicately sucking on her lips and exploring the depths of her mouth. The tender moments extended, and after some time, they pulled back, both breathing heavily. He gently placed her down on the ground, her eyes closed and hands still wrapped around his neck. He nuzzled his face into her neck, planting soft and tender kisses. In the midst of this affectionate moment, something struck her, prompting her to ask a question.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, isn't there an important party we're supposed to attend?"

Viyansh lifted her head and chuckled at her innocence.

Viyansh: "Vo toh tumhe yaha lane ke liye jhooth tha bachcha." (That was just a lie to bring you here)

Vaidehi: "Ohh"

Then her stomach growled, and she smiled in embarrassment.

Viyansh: "Dinner?"

She nodded her head, and he smiled in response.

Viyansh: "Come."

Then, they moved towards the table, which was beautifully decorated with candles and flowers, creating a romantic ambiance.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, this is stunning."

Viyansh: "Not as much as you."

She blushed as he handed her a bouquet of her favorite flowers, accepting it with a sweet smile. Viyansh then courteously pulled out a chair for her, and they settled down to have dinner, basking in a comfortable silence while stealing glances at each other.

As they finished their meal, Viyansh, with a charming smile, invited her to dance. She gladly agreed, and they started dancing, relishing the moment as they embraced each other. The air was filled with joy and a sense of connection as they swayed to the rhythm, creating memories that would linger in their hearts.

Viyansh: "Now come, I have something to show you."

He led them to the other side where a white tent had been arranged. Inside, there were comfortable mattresses, duvets, and pillows, all surrounded by twinkling fairy lights that created a romantic and cozy atmosphere.

Observing the setup, Vaidehi's eyes widened, and her thoughts drifted to other realms. Viyansh back-hugged her, resting his chin on her head.

Viyansh: "Did you like it?"

Vaidehi: "Ansh.. y...ye sab, mera m...atlab.. I am... No"

Sensing her nervousness, he turned her towards him.

Viyansh: "What happened??"

She remained silent, lowering her eyes and nervously fidgeting with the hem of her saree. Her cheeks flushed red, giving a tough competition to the color of her red saree. Viyansh comprehended her thoughts, and a similar shade of red appeared on his cheeks as well.

Viyansh: "yaar biwi, itne chote se dimaag me yehi sab aata h kya tumhare... This is not for something what you thought."

(do such thoughts only come to your tiny brain)

Vaidehi: "Really?"

Viyansh: "Yes, I know you are not ready, in fact, I am not ready yaar, Main ladka hu toh kya hua mujhe bhi sharam aati hai yaar.. main aise kaise hi kisi bhi ladki ke samne aise... You know." (I mean, I'm a guy, so what, I also feel shy.. how can i.. in front of any girl)

Now he was teasing her. She clenched her fists and placed them on her waist.

Vaidehi: "Achcha main kisi bhi ladki ho gayi ab???" (So now I've become any random girl??)

Viyansh: "Areh mera matlab.." (No, that's not what I meant...)

Vaidehi: "Nahi jaiye ab main nhi manungi.." (No, don't go now, I won't forgive you.)

As she turned to move away, he swiftly pulled her back, enveloping her in his arms.

Viyansh: "Okay, okay, I'm sorry, Jaan."

She smiled.

Viyansh: "Shall we?"

She nodded, and then both of them entered the tent, making themselves comfortable beside each other. He removed his blazer and set it aside. Placing one hand on her shoulder, he pulled her onto his chest and took her hand in his, playing with her earring with his other hand. The atmosphere inside the tent was cozy, and the dim light added a touch of warmth to the moment. The gentle rustling of leaves outside and the distant sounds of nature created a serene ambiance around them.

Viyansh: "Biwi, I want to share something with you."

She looked up at him.

Vaidehi: "Kahiye na" (Go ahead.)

Viyansh: "I want to disclose why I was reluctant to get married, not just to you, but to anyone."

Vaidehi: "It's okay, Ansh, mujhe nahi Janna." (you don't have to tell me.)

Viyansh: "No, please let me confess; it's very important to me."

Vaidehi: "Alright, I'm listening."

Viyansh: "Nine years back......... the rest you know."

He poured out his heart, explaining everything to her. She hugged him.

Vaidehi: "Don't worry, Ansh, I'm always with you. Forget about all of that now."

He smiled and kissed her on the forehead.

Viyansh: "Biwi, I know tumhare Dil me bahaut si baatein hai, wanna share??" (there are many things on your mind.)

Her smile faded away as she looked at him.

Vaidehi: "Can we please not talk about that? This day is very special for me, and I don't want to discuss those things, please, Ansh."

Viyansh: "As you say, my lady."

He said and kissed her temple. She snuggled into his chest, listening to his heartbeats while he played with her hair. Eventually, she asked.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, aapko mujhse pyaar kab hua??" (When did you fall in love with me?)

Viyansh: "honestly when I saw your picture for marriage I felt a different emotion but as you know I ignored Varna toh mujhe tumse love at first sight ho jaata. But you can say that when I hugged you for the first time, my heart found solace. And after that tumne koi chance choda hi nahi for me to not fall for you." (as you know, I ignored it; otherwise, it would have been love at first sight for me.)

She giggled.

Viyansh: "Tumhe kab hua mujhse pyaar??" (When did you fall in love with me?)

She hugged his torso and expressed her feelings.

Vaidehi: "Same when you first hugged me even I got my solace, sukoon se bhi zyada kuch feel hua tha mujhe I don't know what but aapko pata hai jab maine aapki photo dekhi thi I got a crush on you." (i felt something more than solace. you know when i saw your picture I developed a crush on on.)

He gently held her chin, making her look directly into his eyes.

Viyansh: "tumhe crush tha mujhpe?" (You had a crush on me?)

Vaidehi: "Vo toh ab bhi hai Mr. Handsome Singhania. Aap sirf Singhania & Co. ke CEO nahi hai mere dil ke bhi CEO hai aap Ansh."

(I still have Mr. Handsome Singhania. You are not just the CEO of Singhania & Co., you are also the CEO of my heart, Ansh.)

She winked at him playfully, causing a blush to spread across his face.

Viyansh: "Tumhari inhi sab harkaton pe pyaar aata hai mujhe." (I love you for all these antics of yours.)

He affectionately pulled her cheeks, prompting a giggle from her.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, I guess physical touch is our love language; mine is hugs, and yours are kisses."

Viyansh: "Chup kara ja besharam Aurat." (Shut up, you shameless woman.)

She giggled after teasing him.

Viyansh: "Achcha ye batao jab tumne mujhse I love you kaha tha aur maine jawab nahi Diya toh didn't you felt bad?"

(Okay, tell me, when you told me "I love you" and I didn't respond, didn't you feel bad?)

Vaidehi: "no"

Viyansh: "Why?"

Vaidehi: "two reasons, first maine I love you bola nahi tha aapki harkaton ki vajah se muh se nikal gaya vo bhi weird situation me."

(Two reasons. First, I didn't say "I love you"; it slipped out of my mouth due to your antics, and that too in a weird situation.)

Viyansh: "Achcha ji, and 2nd reason?"

Vaidehi: "Aapki Harkatein aisi hai ki mujhe pata tha that you love me."  (Your actions are such that I knew you love me.)

Viyansh: "Kaisi harkatein??" (What kind of actions?)

Vaidehi: "Ye aapka mujhse flirt karna, meri baatein manna and mujhe kiss karne ke bahane dundhna." (Your flirting, agreeing with me, and finding excuses to kiss me.)

He gave her a stern look and playfully tapped her on the head.

Viyansh: "Oye maine bahane kab dundhe?" ( Hey, when did I find excuses?)

Vaidehi: "Ha toh har jagah kiss kon karta hai?? Like bedroom me I can understand but aapne balcony me kiss Kiya hai, then gym me, closet me and.." (yeah, but who kisses everywhere? I can understand in the bedroom, but you've kissed in the balcony, gym, closet, and...)

He blushed as she vividly described their kisses and couldn't help but interrupt her.

Viyansh: "bas bas.. bas karo tum, mujhe besharam kehti ho aur ab kon aisi baatein kar Raha hai??" (Enough, enough... you call me shameless, and now who's talking like this?)

Vaidehi: "main har baar Sharma jati hu ye kehte hai aap, ab kon Sharma raha hai??" (Every time you say that to me, now who's blushing?)

He shifted his eyes away from her, and she burst into laughter at his reaction.

Viyansh: "Ruko tumhe abhi batata hu." (Wait, let me show you.)

He began to tickle her, but she successfully evaded him and sprinted away. They both were laughing and having a good time. Unfortunately, she tripped and fell.

Vaidehi: "Ahh"

He hurried over to her, concerned. She whined in pain, and he asked about her leg while holding it.

Viyansh: "Yaar kya karti ho tum, kaha lagi hai??" (What do you do, where does it hurt?)

She winced as he pressed on it.

Viyansh: "Kya karu main tumhara yaar, ab theek se chalna bhi nahi aata tumhe."  (What should I do, , you don't even know how to walk properly.)

Vaidehi: "Ab aap phir datenge mujhe?? dard ho raha hai na Ansh." ( Are you going to scold me again? It hurts, Ansh.)

He assisted her in standing, but she winced due to the pain in her leg.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, mere kapde bhi gande ho gaye, what to do now?" ( Ansh, my clothes are also dirty now, what to do?)

Viyansh: "Come we'll go inside."

He carefully lifted her into his arms and carried her inside the house. Taking her to his room in the farmhouse, he gently placed her on the bed, ensuring she was comfortable.

Vaidehi: "Wow, Ansh, this room is so nice."

Viyansh: "Just wait, I'll get something for you to change."

He disappeared into the closet and emerged with a shirt in hand.

Viyansh: "Sorry yaar Jaan, yaha sirf mere kapde hai so you need to manage with this shirt."

She gazed at him with widened eyes.

Vaidehi: "Just a shirt?"

Viyansh: "Yeah, just the shirt, but don't worry, we won't share a bed tonight, so feel at ease."

She smacked her forehead with her palm.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, I didn't mean that I feel uneasy around you. It's just that this shirt might be a bit short, you know, so I'm feeling a little shy."

He eased up upon hearing her response and replied.

Viyansh: "Considering the height difference, I believe this shirt won't be too short for you, my petite one."

Vaidehi: "Ayee height pe comment nahi." (No comments on height)

Viyansh: "Alright, shorty, let me escort you to the bathroom."

He scooped her up and carried her to the washroom, handing her the shirt. Meanwhile, he changed into a comfortable set of a T-shirt and sweatpants.

After a while, she emerged from the washroom, wearing his shirt that reached just above her knees. Her hair was tied in a loose bun, and she had forgone makeup and jewelry. As he laid eyes on her, he froze in his spot, finding her to be the most beautiful and adorable girl in the entire world.

Vaidehi: "Anshh"

He snapped out of his thoughts when she called him.

Vaidehi: "Help me, my legs are still hurting."

He approached her and once again lifted her in his arms, heading towards the bed.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, yaha nahi vaha niche chaliye na that tent was so cozy please." (Ansh, not here, down there, that tent was so cozy, please.)

Viyansh: "Okay, but let me apply some pain relief spray on your ankle."

He complied and then carried her to the tent. Placing her on the mattress, she quickly covered herself with the duvet, eliciting a chuckle from him. Settling down beside her, he pulled her into his embrace, folding the sleeves of the oversized shirt she was wearing, as it was too long for her. She comfortably rested her head on his chest, arms encircling his torso. Kissing him near his heart, she said lovingly.

Vaidehi: "Thank you, Ansh, and sorry."

Viyansh: "For what?"

Vaidehi: "Thank you for this evening and the proposal, and sorry because I know I'm too clumsy. I fell, and you had to carry me."

He kissed her temple and replied.

Viyansh: "Chup Karo tum, carrying you is not something I don't enjoy but ha iske liye girne ki zarurat nahi thi Jaan aise hi bol deti I would have carried you."

(Be quiet, you. Carrying you is not something I don't enjoy, but yes, there was no need to fall for it. If you had just said, I would have carried you.)

Vaidehi: "Annshh."

He giggled, and both lay there, gazing at the sky and stars.

Vaidehi: "Aapko pata hai his was one of my dreams - to enjoy a night with my husband beneath the stars."

Viyansh: "Hmm, do you know my dream?"

She looked up at him and unconsciously licked her lips.

Vaidehi: "What??"

Viyansh: "Lying below, gazing at these stars, I want to express my love to my wife by conveying my emotions through a..."

Vaidehi: ,"Through a??"

Viyansh: "A kiss."

He responded with a smirk, and she snuggled her face into his chest.

Vaidehi: "3 kiss ki baat huyi thi but this will be your 5th." (3 kisses were mentioned, but this will be your 5th.)

Viyansh: "Besharam aurat ye sab bhi count karti ho tum... Aise toh you will count that as well when we will..." (Shameless woman, you count all these things... At this rate, you will count that as well when we will...)

Vaidehi: "Aye aye stop stop stop. I didn't mean it that way. "

He turned her around and hovered over her.

Viyansh: "Then what do you mean??"

She turned her face to hide her blush. Using his fingers, he gently turned her face towards him, revealing a shy smile.

Viyansh: "Don't hide your face, Jaan. I love it when you blush for me."

Her face flushed even more.

Vaidehi: "Please chup kariye na. Let's sleep. (Please be quiet)"

Viyansh: "Kyu chup karu, ek toh mujhe mere hi challenge me Hara diya aur phir provoke kiye then..." (Why should I be quiet? First, you defeated me in my own challenge, and then you provoked me, and then...)

Before he could continue, she pulled him towards her, causing him to lose his balance. To prevent him from speaking, she pressed her lips against his. The kiss started slowly, with both of them moving their lips in sync. It was a tender and gentle kiss, marked by a subtle struggle for dominance. Eventually, she patted him on the back after a few minutes, indicating that she needed to catch her breath. He stopped, resting his forehead against hers, and both tried to normalize their breathing.

Vaidehi: "Ansh uthiye you are too heavy."

She said, giving him a gentle push. He chuckled, shifted to the side, and pulled her into his embrace. She nestled herself completely in his arms, seeking comfort and warmth.

Viyansh: "I love you"

Vaidehi: "I love you zyada. (More)"

Viyansh: "I love you bahaut zyada. (A lot more)"

Vaidehi: "I love you bahaut bahaut zyada and now chup Varna.." (a lot, a lot more. And now be quiet, otherwise...)

Viyansh: "Varna kya haa?? (Otherwise what)"

Vaidehi: "Varna.. (Otherwise)"

Engaged in a lighthearted exchange, she swung a pillow at him, and he retaliated by playfully striking her with one as well. As the playful pillow fight ensued, laughter filled the air, creating a joyful atmosphere in the cozy tent. They eventually settled back on their cozy mattress, still in each other's arms. She began talking, and he listened attentively. As the conversation lulled her into a peaceful slumber, she rested on his chest. He planted a gentle kiss on her hair, savoring the quiet and tender moment.

Viyansh: "Good night Jaan."

They drifted into a peaceful sleep, cherishing the beautiful memories of their confession.
