Viyansh's Study,
Viyansh and Eklavya took their seats, facing each other, ready for their discussion.
Eklavya: "Is there something serious you want to discuss?"
Viyansh: "It's really serious, Eklavya. And I'm sorry, I know bhabhi needs you right now, but this is really important."
Eklavya: "Don't be an idiot, Viyansh. Just tell me."
Viyansh: "I'll come straight to the point. I think someone is trying to harm Vaidehi."
Eklavya: "What?"
He immediately stood up in shock.
Viyansh: "Sit down, Eklavya. Listen to me first."
Eklavya sat back down.
Eklavya: "What are you saying, Viyansh?"
Viyansh: "Yes, Eklavya. Over the past few days, there have been some incidents, and now I'm worried about Biwi. I want you to investigate further."
Eklavya: "Tell me everything in detail."
Viyansh recounted the events of the past few days to Eklavya, detailing the car incident where Vaidehi's vehicle was nearly hit, the harrowing experience of her being locked in a room, and the subsequent allergic reaction she suffered from eating mushrooms, resulting in rashes.
Eklavya: "Are you sure you haven't took the mushroom gravy?"
Viyansh: "I'm a hundred percent sure, yaar. How could I have taken something like that when I'm aware of her allergies? I told you, right? A child fell down, and I helped that kid by placing our food plate aside. I think something happened during that time."
Eklavya: "Do you have any doubts about anybody? And does the little bunny know about all this?"
Viyansh: "No, she's not aware of any of this, and I don't want to involve her."
Eklavya: "Bro, it's connected to her, and you don't want to involve her. I might need to ask her some questions."
Viyansh: "You're not going to do that, Eklavya."
Eklavya: "Why not?"
Viyansh: "Because I'm not sure, but I suspect her parents are behind this."
Eklavya: "What? Do you even know what you're saying?"
Viyansh: "Yes."
Viyansh delved into Vaidehi's background, discussing her relationship with her parents and recounting the details her grandfather had shared with him. He also described the challenges they faced after their marriage, particularly concerning Shruti and the complications arising from her presence.
Eklavya: "So, our little bunny, endured all of this?"
Viyansh: "Yes, the doctor mentioned that she wouldn't be able to cope with another panic attack. That's why I'm hesitant to involve her further."
Eklavya: "I'm also suspicious of Shruti."
Viyansh: "There's a possibility, but she's leaving for London in the next 2 days."
Eklavya: "Even so, we can't put our trust in anyone. But for now, provide me with the details of the venue where all this transpired, and I'll start by obtaining the CCTV footage."
Viyansh provided Eklavya with the specifics of the wedding venue, and upon receiving the information, Eklavya promptly contacted one of his associates, instructing them to obtain the CCTV footage from the venue.
Viyansh: "Also, I want you to delve into the matter of the accident that occurred when she was just 10 years old. All this turmoil in her life seems to have originated from that incident. Can you handle that?"
Eklavya: "I'll investigate it thoroughly, don't worry. But can I approach her with indirect questions?"
Viyansh: "Lawyer hai meri biwi, samajh jayegi vo."
(my wife, she's a lawyer, she'll understand.)
Eklavya: "What she's an advocate? Harkaton se lagta nahi hai."
(Doesn't seem like it from her actions.)
Viyansh: "Bahaut tez dimaag chalta hai meri jaan ka, haa bas shararat karne me lagati hai vo baat alag hai."
(She has a very sharp mind. Yes, she may indulge in mischief from time to time, but that's another story.)
Eklavya chuckled.
Eklavya: "Well, it's evident, but I'm glad you've finally found the love you've been yearning for."
A smile graced Viyansh's lips.
Viyansh: "Before her, I never even realized that I was yearning for such love. But my Jaan made sure that I always felt loved. She healed me in such a profound way that I don't even recognize the Viyansh I had become during those 9 years."
Eklavya: "I'm happy she brought my best friend back to his old self. But I want to hear your love story."
Viyansh: "Love story? The day I decided to give this relationship a chance, us din se vo mera vo sukoon hai Jo main itne saalon se dundh raha tha... Mere liye toh jeene ka matlab hi meri jaan meri biwi hai. Uske dekhta hu na toh Puri duniya nazar aati, jeene ki vajah nazar aati hai.. use dekhta hu toh man karta h zindagi guzar du bas us chehre ko niharne me."
(from that day onwards, she became my tranquility, the peace I had been seeking for so long... For me, the essence of life is my Jaan, my wife. When I look at her, the whole world comes into view, the purpose of living becomes clear... When I see her, all I want is to spend my life admiring that face.)
Eklavya: "I can't believe Can't believe ye tu bol Raha hai jo pyaar se itna dur bhagta tha aur ab dekho aisi ladki se pyaar ho gaya jo bilkul bachchi hai"
(you're saying this, considering how you used to run away from love. Now look at you, falling for a girl who's just like a child.)
Eklavya chuckled, and Viyansh responded with a smile.
Viyansh: "Bachchi nahi hai vo Eklavya, vo toh bachpan me hi badi ho gayi, use apna bachpan jeene Mila hi nahi, but now I make sure that she enjoys her life with me, main use vo sab Dena chahta hu Jo uska haq hai, infact I'm happy ki mere samne vo apna bachpana bhi dikha pati hai, and main jo moments jo enjoyment in 9 saalon me enjoy nahi kar paya, meri jaan ke sath main vo sab kar sakta hu. Bro uske bina zindagi ke bare me main soch bhi nahi sakta, and now I'll do everything to keep her safe."
(She's not a child, Eklavya. She grew up too fast during her childhood; she never got to live her innocence. But now, I make sure she enjoys her life with me. I want to give her everything that she deserves. In fact, I'm glad that she can show me her playful side. And all those moments of joy that I missed out on in the past 9 years, I can experience them with my love now. Bro, I can't even imagine life without her anymore, and I'll do everything to keep her safe.)
Eklavya placed his hand on Viyansh's and said.
Eklavya: "Don't worry kuch nahi hoga."
(nothing will happen.)
Viyansh: "Thank you so much."
Eklavya: "Haa bas yahi reh Gaya ab."
(Yes, that's all that remains now)
They heard a distinct knock on the door, unlike any they had heard before. It started with a series of taps from fingers followed by a thud from the palm, repeating three times. A smile spread across Viyansh's face.
Viyansh: "This girl."
Viyansh rose from his seat.
Viyansh: "Jaan andar aa sakti hai aap."
(you can come in.)
Vaidehi peeked through the door with a smile before stepping inside.
Vaidehi: "Ansh, dinner is ready chaliye, aur apne ye dost ko bhi le aaiye."
(Come on, and bring your friend along too.)
Eklavya: "Little bunny, I've told you to call me Bhai." (Brother)
Vaidehi: "In your dreams, tall giraffe."
Eklavya: "You..."
She giggled and dashed away from the scene, prompting even Viyansh to chuckle along.
Viyansh: "I told you, it's going to be a challenge."
Then, both of them joined the others at the dinner table, taking their seats along with the rest of the men.
Eklavya: "toh kya banaya hai little bunny."
(So, what did you prepare)
She began serving the food.
Vaidehi: "khud dekh lena."
(See for yourself.)
She served everyone at the table.
Eklavya: "Dekhne me toh edible hai."
(Looks edible at least.)
Viraj: "Eklavya bhai, our Bhabhi maa is an amazing cook, you're going to enjoy her food for sure."
Vaidehi: "Raj, don't try to butter me up, I'm still upset."
Viraj: "Bhabhi maa please yaar"
Virat: "No bhabhi maa, let him realize his mistake"
Viraj: "Tu zyada nahi bol Raha hai?"
(Aren't you saying too much?)
Vaidehi: "Ye aap bol rahe hai Raj?"
(Are you saying that, Raj?)
He clamped his mouth shut while Virat chuckled along with the others. As Vaidehi moved towards her chair, a spoon slipped from the table, causing her to bend down to pick it up. Viyansh instinctively placed his hand on the edge of the table, anticipating that she might accidentally hit her head. As she straightened up, she smiled at him, acknowledging his concern, while he shook his head at her clumsiness. Everyone at the table noticed this exchange. Vaidehi then took her seat beside Viyansh's chair, and Eklavya spoke up.
Eklavya: "How do you guys handle this kid?"
She frowned at him and replied.
Vaidehi: "Ahaan bhai, will you help me hide the evidence if I ever commit a murder?"
Vihaan chuckled in response.
Eklavya: "Little bunny, I'm an ACP, you can't get away with anything."
She stood up, ready to leave, when Viyansh gently held her wrist and said.
Viyansh: "Jaana uski ek biwi hai aur ab toh bhaisahab baap banne Wale hai, chod do use."
(He has a wife, and now he's soon going to be a father. Let it go.)
Vaidehi: "What? Your wife is pregnant??"
She got excited, as did everyone else at the table. Happiness spread across their faces, and Eklavya nodded with a smile, sharing in their joy.
Vihaan: "Congratulations Eklavya Bhai."
He stood up, walked over, and hugged Eklavya warmly.
Vikram: "Congratulations beta."
Eklavya: "Thanks uncle."
Eklavya sought Vikram's blessings, and even Viraj and Virat congratulated him on the happy news.
Vaidehi: "Congratulations tall giraffe."
She extended her hand for a handshake, and Eklavya reciprocated, but he withdrew his hand before Vaidehi could shake it, teasing her playfully. Vaidehi made playful faces in response.
Vaidehi: "Huhh useless fellow anyways."
She turned towards Viyansh and took hold of his arms affectionately.
Vaidehi: "Ansh, hum inki wife se Milne chale please??"
(shall we go meet his wife, please?)
Viyansh: "Sure bachcha." (baby)
She grinned happily.
Eklavya: "I won't allow you into my house."
Vaidehi: "Kyu, kyu, kyu, kyu nahi allow karenge? Maine toh mana nahi Kiya tha jab shaam ko aap aaye the."
(Why? Why? Why? Why won't you allow me? I didn't refuse when you came over in the evening.)
Eklavya: "I came because Viyansh is my best friend, tum kis rishte se aaogi??"
(What relation do you have to come?)
He was just teasing her, but to his surprise, she began seriously contemplating how she would visit his wife.
Eklavya: "I have a solution."
Vaidehi: "What?"
Eklavya: "Call me bhai, and then come to my house as my sister."
Viyansh shook his head, recognizing his friend's attempt to persuade Vaidehi into accepting him as her brother. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their banter, thinking that since Vaidehi loves kids, she would surely agree. However, she glared at him, indicating her skepticism.
Vaidehi: "Ansh, aap inki wife ko jante hai?"
(do you know his wife?)
Viyansh: "Yess"
Vaidehi: "Toh aap unko kya bulate hai??"
(So what do you call her?)
Viyansh: "Naina bhabhi"
Vaidehi looked back at Eklavya and forced a smile.
Vaidehi: "Mr. Tall giraffe, you don't know me. Nobody can mess with or defeat Vaidehi Viyansh Singhania."
She said proudly, while Viyansh looked at her lovingly. He cherished how she always addressed herself with his name.
Vihaan: "Well, Eklavya bhai, that's true. Nobody messes with her."
Eklavya glanced at her, puzzled by her confident statement.
Eklavya: "What do you mean?"
Vaidehi: "I mean to say that since Ansh calls your wife "Bhabhi," that means she's my sister-in-law as well, so I can visit her."
She said with a mischievous grin.
Eklavya: "Little bunny, even in that case, you would be my sister."
Vaidehi: "No, in that case, you are Ansh's brother, so I'm your bhabhi. And now, end of the discussion, maine jo kaha vahi hoga bas ab, hai na Ansh?"
(What I said will be the final decision, right Ansh?)
Viyansh: "Haan meri jaan." (Yes, my dear.)
She gave a triumphant smile to Eklavya.
Eklavya: "You even gave me a warning before dinner, but you didn't tamper with my food."
Vaidehi: "How could I do such a silly thing? Aapki health ke sath mazak thodi na karungi baba."
(I wouldn't joke around with your health, dear.)
He smiled at her caring nature, appreciating her thoughtfulness.
Eklavya: "Aren't you overly caring for your brother?"
Vaidehi: "Why are you so eager to make me your sister?"
Eklavya didn't respond to her question, maintaining a thoughtful silence.
Vaidehi: "Anyways aap vapas kab aayenge 'Atithi devo bhava'??"
(when will you come back, 'Guests are like gods'?)
Everyone chuckled at her choice of words while enjoying their meal.
Eklavya: "Too eager to see me again?"
Vaidehi: "I just want to get my revenge."
Vikram: "What revenge, ladoo?"
Vaidehi: "Popsy, you know when he came, he scared me with a silly scary mask."
Eklavya: "You're still on about that?"
Vaidehi: "Did you think I'd let you off so easily? No way, Mr. Tall giraffe."
Vihaan: "Okay, ab Shanti se khana kha le dahi."
(now peacefully eat your meal, Vaidehi.)
Vaidehi: "Ji bhai."
(Yes, brother.)
Like this, they finished their dinner, and Eklavya bid goodbye to everyone. As everyone retired to their rooms, Viyansh accompanied Eklavya to his car to see him off.
After dropping Eklavya off, Viyansh returned to their room and found Vaidehi already in her nightwear, her hair tied up in a bun. She was enjoying a chocolate while scrolling through her phone, sitting on the bed. He saw her and smiled warmly. Catching his eye, she quickly rose to her knees and spread her arms wide in a welcoming gesture. Confused, Viyansh got confused for a moment, but she motioned for him to come closer. He came closer to the bed, and she embraced him in her arms while still standing on the bed on her knees.
Viyansh: "Why this?"
Vaidehi: "I love you"
He smiled warmly, feeling her embrace.
Viyansh: "Achanak se?" (Suddenly?)
Vaidehi: "I love you"
Viyansh: "Biwi?"
Vaidehi: "I love you"
He chuckled and tightened his grip around her waist as they hugged each other.
Viyansh: "I too love you meri jaan."
Their embrace deepened as she smiled and kissed him near his neck.
Vaidehi: "I can tell you're stressed about something."
Viyansh: "How do you know?"
Their intimate moment continued as she pulled back, cupped his face in her hands, and planted a tender kiss on his forehead. He closed his eyes, savoring the feeling of her soft lips on his forehead, which brought a sense of calmness to his mind.
Vaidehi: "Mana aap mujhe Jaan bulate hai, lekin aapko bata du aap bhi meri jaan hai, aapke business ki baatein bhale mujhe samajh na aati ho, par aapki aakhein aur chehra achche se padh sakti hu main."
(I know you call me "Jaan," but let me tell you, you are also my life. Even if I may not fully understand all the intricacies of your business talks, I can read your eyes and face well.)
He returned her smile and gently held her by her waist, drawing her closer.
Viyansh: "Kafi samajhdaar ho gayi hai meri biwi."
(My wife has become quite understanding.)
Vaidehi: "Vo toh main hu."
(That's just who I am.)
He chuckled in response to her confident remark.
Viyansh: "Nothing to worry about, just some office work."
Vaidehi: "Vo toh mujhe pata hai par aap aise stress mat liya kijiye mujhe achcha nahi lagta hai."
(I know, but please try not to take stress like this. It doesn't sit well with me.)
With those words, she enveloped him in another embrace, and he responded with a smile, cherishing the warmth of their connection.
Viyansh: "As you say Jaan."
Even she smiled.
Viyansh: "You mentioned that I'm your 'jaan' just as you are mine. So why don't you address me as 'Jaan' like I do?"
She drew him close, encircling her arms around his neck while his hands found their place on her waist.
Vaidehi: "Phir hum dono jaan jaan karenge toh confusion hoga na Ansh."
(If both of us start calling each other 'jaan,' it will create confusion, won't it, Ansh?)
He chuckled at what he perceived as her childish reasoning.
Vaidehi: "Anyways I have and idea, aap ek kaam kijiye jaiye change karke aaiye, I'm waiting."
(Do one thimg, go change and come.)
Viyansh: "Now what you have to do jaan, you need to rest, abhi kaal raat hi rashes ho gaye the."
(Just last night, you developed rashes)
Vaidehi: "Offo Ansh, I'm perfectly fine now. No need to worry."
She revealed her neck to him, where the rashes had disappeared, indicating that she was indeed feeling better.
Vaidehi: "Ab jaiye jaldi se."
(Now go quickly)
Viyansh: "Ok baba, pata nahi kya kya karti rehti ho tum."
(Who knows what mischief you'll get up to while I'm gone)
As he turned to head to the washroom, she halted him in his tracks.
Vaidehi: "Wait."
Viyansh: "What?"
Vaidehi: "Have this."
She extended the chocolate bar towards him, prompting him to shake his head with a smile before taking a bite. Then, he offered her a bite in return before heading to the washroom to change into his nightwear, which consisted of a black t-shirt and grey sweatpants. Upon returning, he searched for his wife, who emerged from the balcony and took hold of his hands, leading him out onto the balcony.
Viyansh: "Jaan kya kar rhi ho?"
(What are you up to?)
Vaidehi: "No questions just come."
They stepped onto the balcony, which Vaidehi had adorned with the flowers Viyansh had gifted her earlier in the evening, along with some twinkling fairy lights, creating a charming and romantic ambiance.
Viyansh: "Jaana why all this?"
Vaidehi: "To pamper my husband. Now, please, have a seat."
He sat on the couch, spreading his legs and taking up all the space, leaving no room for Vaidehi. She placed her hands on her waist and inquired.
Vaidehi: "Ye kya Ansh, main kaha baithu ab?"
(What's this, Ansh? Where am I supposed to sit now?)
Viyansh: "Yaha" (Here)
He indicated towards his lap.
Vaidehi: "Ansh I want to do something, so please make some place for me."
Viyansh: "Haww biwi kya irade hai tumhare?? Aur yaha kyu?? Bedroom me hota hai ye sab."
(Oh ho, wife, what intentions do you have? And why here? These things are usually done in the bedroom.)
He teased her playfully, causing her face to flush red, her cheeks glowing under the gentle moonlight. She responded with a playful whine.
Vaidehi: "Ansh please na."
He chuckled softly and adjusted his position, placing one leg down while leaning his back against the armrest. Vaidehi then settled between his legs and retrieved her guitar, which she had placed nearby.
Vaidehi: "Now close your eyes."
He tenderly wrapped his arms around her waist, closing his eyes and resting his chin on her shoulder. With a soft kiss planted on her neck, he expressed his affection. Vaidehi smiled warmly and began to play the guitar, her fingers skillfully dancing over the strings as she started to sing. The music filled the tranquil night air, creating a beautiful melody that resonated between them.
Dilon Ke Mohalle Jake
Teri Meri Baatein Karna
Jahan Bhar Ke Baatein Bhule
Teri Meri Baatein Karna
O Jhoke
Jhoke Yeh Hawa Ke Laye
Dono Ko Baha Ke Haaye
Bane Dekho Hum Sharmaye
Ek Duje Ke...
Haaye...
Ek Duje Ke Hathon Ki
Lakeeron Ka Tay Tha Milna
Hmm...
Dilon Ke Mohalle Jake
Teri Meri Baatein Karna
Dil Sara Tere Aage Kol Kar
Jo Tha Mann Mein Tujhse Hi Bol Kar
Khali Kar Diya Khud Ko Aye Sanam
Tere Hue Pure Ke Pure Hum
Rukte Nahi Teri Meri Baatein
Khwabon Mein
Karte Hain Mulakatein
Jaane Kaise Hai Dil Mil Jaate
Jaane Do Na Jaane Dil Yeh Mera
Dono Ke Dilon Ke Panne
Kore The Siya Ki Bhar Ke
Likhi Humne Naam Wafai
Ek Duje Ke
Haayye...
Ek Duje Ke Hathon Ki
Lakeeron Ka Tay Tha Milna
Hmm...
Dilon Ke Mohalle Jake
Teri Meri Baatein Karna
Haaa....
She concluded the song.
