Chapter 30: "Embracing Affection"

Whispers of RomanceWords: 27706

For the past two days, Viyansh has been grappling with a breakdown, and during this time, Vaidehi has been tirelessly working to uplift his spirits. She's been trying various methods to bring a smile back to his face. Her unwavering support and determination to help him through this difficult time are evident in her every action.

As the morning sun gently filtered through the curtains, Viyansh stirred from his slumber to find himself nestled against the warm, rhythmic rise and fall of his wife's chest, the peacefulness of the moment enveloping him.

Viyansh POV,

A soft smile graced my lips as I beheld the peaceful expression adorning her face, a sight that never failed to bring solace to my own spirit. Over the past two days, this little lady my Mrs. Shorty had taken it upon herself to lift my mood and lavish me with care, as though I were a tender child in need of nurturing. And, I must admit, I found myself thoroughly enjoying every moment of her affectionate attention. Initially, I felt unsettled by the events of the that night, but now I'm completely at ease, all thanks to my Biwi, who's putting in so much effort to bring a smile to my face. However, just because I'm enjoying her attention and pampering, I'll continue to wear this sad expression. Let's see what she has in store for me today, especially since it's the weekend and I'm at home. I noticed her eyelids beginning to flutter, a sign that she was about to awaken and greet me with her sweet gestures, just as she had been doing for the past few days. Although I typically wake up before her, she always ensures she rises before me to pamper me. Pretending to be asleep, I nestled my head once more against her comforting chest and closed my eyes, relishing the comforting embrace of her arms already draped around me, our legs intertwined in a tender embrace.

Vaidehi's POV,

As I observed Ansh peacefully sleeping on my chest, I felt the gentle rhythm of his soft breath against my skin. Determined to bring happiness back into his life, I ran my fingers through his hair for a few moments before leaning down to plant a tender kiss on his forehead. With care, I shifted his head onto the pillow beside me, ensuring his comfort as he continued to rest.

Vaidehi: "Anshhh, uthiye na."

(Wake up)

I called out to him, but he remained unresponsive.

Vaidehi: Hello Mr. Hotty, gym nahi jaana hai kya??

(don't you want to go to the gym?)

As Ansh remained peacefully unresponsive to my earlier gestures, I gently nudged him through his torso, maneuvering myself to free from his hold around my waist. With careful movements, I shifted until I hovered over him completely, poised to rouse him from his slumber.

Cupping his face tenderly in my hands, I began to rain down a cascade of affectionate kisses upon his features, each one delivered with the intention of stirring him from his dreams. With each gentle press of my lips against his skin, I whispered softly, coaxing him to awaken and join me in the warmth of the morning light.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, Anshhh uthiye"

(Wake up)

Viyansh: ''ummm hmm''

His morning voice was utterly captivating, sending shivers down my spine.

Vaidehi: "Uth jaiye Patidev, subah ho gayi hai Swami."

(Wake up, my husband, it's morning)

Viyansh's POV,

The reason I'm pretending to be sad is because my adorable wife wakes me up every morning with a shower of kisses, and honestly, who wouldn't love that? For the past two mornings, she's been lavishing me with kisses not only in the morning but whenever we find ourselves alone. She's been pampering me in every possible way, from preparing my favorite meals to packing sweet notes in my lunchbox for work. And at night, she spoils me by letting me rest my head on her chest while she gives me a relaxing massage, even though she inevitably falls asleep before me, which never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Even last night, she orchestrated a family gathering to watch our childhood videos, bringing laughter and nostalgia to our home. And when I returned from the office, she surprised me with a perfectly brewed coffee adorned with a heart drawn just like the ones we see in cafes. It was something she had been trying to master for a while, and yesterday she finally succeeded.

Her efforts to bring joy and a smile to my face haven't gone unnoticed. As much as I've been relishing her attention, I can't help but feel a twinge of guilt for indulging in her affection while pretending to be down. Today marks the end of my charade. I've decided to put an end to teasing my Jaan. As she kissed my chest near my heart, she whispered tenderly.

Vaidehi: "Uth bhi jaiye na Ansh, kab se utha Rahi hu."

(Please wake up, Ansh. I've been trying to wake you for so long.)

She let out a playful whine, and I couldn't resist wrapping my arms around her waist, gently pulling her closer. With a swift motion, I turned, hovering over her, and as I opened my eyes, I was met with her beautiful smile.

Vaidehi: "Goodie goodie morning Ansh."

As I simply nodded and shifted to my side, I sensed her disappointment at my response, evident in the subtle pout that graced her lips. My heart yearned to shower her with affection, to kiss away any hint of sadness, but I resisted the urge for now.

Despite her own feelings, she pushed aside her emotions and mustered the courage to inquire, her voice tinged with a delicate vulnerability.

Vaidehi: "Ansh how are you feeling now? Aap thik hai na??"

(Are you okay?)

God this girl and her selflessness I need to do something with this behaviour of her's.

Viyansh: "Yeahh."

I got up and made my way towards the washroom, feeling grateful for her presence in my life.

Author,

Vaidehi's expression darkened, a subtle crease forming on her brow as she knelt on the bed. Placing her hands firmly on her hips, she directed an intense glare toward the closed door of the washroom.

Vaidehi: "Hadd ho gayi hai ab Ansh, bas ab bahaut hua main bhi dekhti hu aaj aap smile kaise nahi karte. Do din ho Gaye hai na toh mujhe kissi di ya hug Kiya hai, Jaan tak nahi bola bas pareshan kiye ja rahe hai. Aaj nahi chodungi aapko main bas dekhte rahiye aap."

(Ansh, this is going too far now. It's been two days since you've neither kissed nor hugged me, nor even called me 'Jaan'. You're just troubling me. Today, I won't let you go until I see you smile. I'll just keep looking at you.)

After a few minutes, he emerged from the washroom only to find her sitting there, glaring at him. As she stood up and made her way to the washroom, her glare remained fixed on him, leaving him wondering what might have caused her displeasure.

Viyansh: "Abhi toh pyaar kar rhi thi ab kya hua??"

(Earlier she were expressing love, what happened now?)

After an intense workout at the gym, he returned feeling refreshed, only to find the room empty. Frowning slightly, he searched for Vaidehi, but she was nowhere to be found. Deciding to freshen up for the day, he changed into casual attire and took a moment to style his hair before grabbing his phone and heading out of the room, lost in thought as he scrolled through his messages.

As he descended the staircase, engrossed in his phone, he was suddenly jolted when Vaidehi bumped into him unexpectedly.

With quick reflexes, he reached out and caught her by the waist just in time, preventing her from tumbling down the stairs. As she looked up at him, her hair disheveled and her expression a mix of surprise and amusement, he couldn't help but burst into laughter. Her appearance, with strands of hair covering her face, struck him as both cute and comical, and he found himself unable to contain his amusement.

She watched him, initially taken aback by his laughter, but then a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips. Sensing her confusion, he wrapped his arms around her in a warm hug, pulling her close. After a few moments, he released her from the embrace and gently cupped her face in his hands, looking into her eyes with a fondness that spoke volumes.

Viyansh: "Do minute bhi Shanti se nahi reh sakti ho na tum, har waqt girna padna zaruri hai kya bachcha??"

(Can't you stay calm for even two minutes? Is it necessary to always trip and fall baby?)

With a smile on his face, he addressed her before bursting into laughter. Hearing his laughter, Vikram and Vihaan emerged from their room, while Viraj and Virat stood upstairs. Finally, they all shared a smile as they witnessed Viyansh returning to his usual self. Vaidehi's face lit up with a huge smile, and she couldn't contain her excitement, jumping up and throwing herself into his arms. However, he quickly regained his footing and enveloped her in a tight embrace, chuckling at her enthusiastic reaction.

Vaidehi: "Finally aap hase toh sahi, aapko pata hai main taras gayi thi aapki smile dekhne ke liye."

(Finally, you're smiling. You know, I was longing to see you smile.)

As she spoke, her voice took on a weightiness that conveyed her emotions. Sensing her need for comfort, he gently rubbed her back and tenderly placed a kiss on the top of her head.

Viyansh: "Shhhh Mera bachcha I'm alright."

She pulled away slightly, her gaze filled with concern as she addressed him with a question.

Vaidehi: "Aap pakka thik hai Ansh?"

(Are you sure you're okay, Ansh?)

Viyansh: "Haan meri jaan bilkul thik hu main."

(Yes, my love, I'm absolutely fine.)

Virat and Viraj dashed towards him, enveloping him in hugs from both sides. Soon after, Vihaan and Vikram joined them downstairs.

Virat: "Thank God bhai you smiled, or else"

He halted midway, his attention drawn to Vaidehi, who was shooting an intense glare at him.

Viyansh: "Or else what?"

Viraj: "Otherwise, bhai, bhabhi maa was fully intent on making us her sisters-in-law. Bhai yaar aapko hasane ke liye cupcake humare piche bhaag rhi thi humara makeup karne."

(Bhai, seriously, she was chasing us to do our makeup just to make you laugh.)

Sulking, he cast a pouty expression, prompting chuckles from Viyansh, Vihaan, and Vikram in response.

Vaidehi: "Haa toh itna sa nahi kar sakte tum dono aur mujhe bhabhi maa kehte ho."

(Seriously, can't you both do a little bit? And you call me bhabhi maa.)

She remarked, placing her hands on her hips in her typical manner.

Virat: "sweetiepie mujhe toh koi issue nahi tha ye Viraj hi natak karta hai"

(I didn't have any issue, it's Viraj who always acts up.)

Vaidehi shot a glare at Viraj, while Viraj promptly smacked Virat on the head.

Virat: "Ahhh, bhabhi maa look."

Vaidehi: "Raj aaj toh aap nahi bachoge."

(Raj, you won't escape today.)

Viraj: "Aap itni si toh hai bhabhi maa kya hi kar lengi??"

(You're so tiny, bhabhi maa, what can you even do?)

Vaidehi: "Abhi batati hu."

(I'll show you right now.)

Viraj hastily dashed away from the scene.

Vaidehi: "Ansh aap na aise hi smile karte rehna main na abhi aati hu."

(Ansh, keep smiling like that, I'll be right back.)

With those words, she followed suit, chasing after Viraj, leaving the four men behind, their laughter filling the air. Vikram then placed a comforting hand on Viyansh's shoulder and inquired.

Vikram: "Are you alright now?"

Viyansh: "Papa"

He embraced his father tightly, while Vikram offered comforting gestures by rubbing his back. Soon, even Vihaan and Virat joined in the hug, enveloping him in a show of solidarity. After a moment, they all reluctantly pulled back.

Viyansh: "Iske hote huye main kaise thik nahi rahunga papa, ye kaise mujhe mil gayi?? Main kab itna lucky ho gaya??"

(How can I not be fine with her around, Dad? How did I get her? When did I become this fortunate?)

Vikram: "Well, you know the answer, Beta." (Son)

Smiles adorned the faces of all of them.

Vihaan: "It's not just you, Bhai. All of us are fortunate to have her in our lives."

Their conversation abruptly halted as they were startled by her scream, followed closely by Viraj's.

Vaidehi: "Ahhhhh"

Viraj: "Ahhh"

Their concern propelled them out of the house and into the lawn, where they were met with a sight that left them utterly stunned. However, the shock quickly gave way to hearty laughter as they took in the scene before them. Amidst the garden area, where plantation work was underway, patches of wet mud covered the ground.

Their amusement peaked when they spotted Viraj and Vaidehi, both of whom had unwittingly tumbled into one of the beds of wet mud. Completely covered from head to toe, they resembled playful children who had gotten into mischief.

Vaidehi: "Ansh aap has rahe hai mujhpe???"

(are you laughing at me???)

Viyansh: "Aur kya karu Jaan, sahi hi kehta hu main 2 min bhi tum thik se nahi reh sakti ho. Achcha kahi lagi toh nahi hai na bachcha???

(What else can I do, Love? I'm telling you, you can't even stay serious for 2 minutes without you being Anyways, did you get hurt anywhere baby?)

She denied.

Vikram: "Ladoo ye tum dono ne kiya kaise??"

(how did you two manage to do this??)

Both Vaidehi and Viraj pointed accusingly at each other.

Vihaan: "Anyways, let me take a picture."

Virat: "How mean of all of you, koi bhabhi maa ki help bhi nahi kar raha."

(no one is even helping sister-in-law.)

Vaidehi: "Ek mera Veer hi samajhdaar hai is ghar me mere baad."

(Only my Veer is smart in this house, after me.)

Viyansh: "Yaha bhi khudko praise karna hai jaana.

(Here also, you have to praise yourself.)

Vaidehi: "Ha toh help toh kar nahi rahe hai aur tane suna rahe hai huhh."

(Yes, because no one is helping and they're just taunting, huhh.)

Virat extended a helping hand to Vaidehi, assisting her to rise from the muddy bed. However, in the process, his own hands ended up getting dirtied as well.

Viraj: "Oye mujhe bhi utha."

(Hey, help me get up too.)

Virat: "Stay there, you've already troubled my sweetiepie enough."

Viraj: "Cupcake, please lend me a hand."

Vihaan couldn't resist capturing the hilarious moment, quickly snapping a picture of Viraj and Vaidehi covered in mud. He eagerly showed the photo to Viyansh, who couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. Sharing a high-five in silent camaraderie, they continued to laugh at Viraj and Vaidehi's predicament, finding endless amusement in the situation.

Meanwhile, Viraj and Vaidehi exchanged a knowing glance, communicating silently with each other through gestures.

Viraj: "Vihu bhaiiiii"

In an unusually sweet tone, he addressed Vihaan, causing some confusion in Vihaan's expression.

Vaidehi: "Patidevvvv"

She too chimed in with an incredibly sweet voice, catching Viyansh's attention and putting him on alert.

Vaidehi: "Swami you know I love you"

Viraj: "Vihu Bhai I love you."

With simultaneous declarations, Viraj and Vaidehi dashed forward, enveloping Viyansh and Vihaan in muddy hugs, spreading the mess further. Viraj hugged Vihaan tightly, while Vaidehi embraced Viyansh, smudging them both with mud in the process. Despite their initial shock, Vikram and Virat couldn't contain their laughter at the sight.

As Vaidehi pulled back, she turned towards Vikram, her face breaking into a mischievous grin. Meanwhile, Viraj made his way towards Virat.

Vaidehi: "Popsyyy"

Viraj: "Veerrr"

Vikram: "Ladooo noooo"

Virat: "Viraj nahi na yaar." (Nooo)

Both Vikram and Virat quickly bolted inside the house. As Viraj moved to approach Vihaan once more, Vihaan swiftly dashed into the house, prompting Viraj to take off after him in hot pursuit.

Vaidehi couldn't contain her giggles as she watched the antics unfold, thoroughly enjoying the lighthearted moment. Turning towards Viyansh, she noticed his initial shock at being covered in mud, but undeterred, she approached him with a playful grin.

Standing on her toes, she gently rubbed her cheeks against his, transferring some of the mud onto his cheeks in a playful gesture. This time, instead of shock, Viyansh responded with a smile, his arms instinctively wrapping around her waist, drawing her close, and in turn, bringing a smile to her face.

Viyansh: "Zyada Masti nahi ho gayi Aaj??"

(Isn't there too much fun today?)

Vaidehi: "Ha toh kisne kaha tha aapko aise sad rehne?"

(Well, who told you to stay all gloomy?)

Viyansh: "Tum vo bhi kaha rehne deti ho?"

(You won't let me anyway, will you?)

She smiled warmly at him, and in a sweet gesture, he rubbed his nose against hers, their affectionate moment sealed with a tender touch.

Viyansh: "Let's go, time for a bath, but this time with water, not mud."

Her giggles filled the air, but then suddenly, she adopted a playful pout.

Viyansh: "What??"

Vaidehi: "Ab mujhe dusri baar nahana padega."

(Now I have to bathe again.)

She let out a playful whine, eliciting a chuckle from him in response to her adorable antics.

Viyansh: "Offo My drama queen, Come on, or do you want me to help you?"

Despite her face being adorned with mud, he could still see the faint blush in her eyes as she playfully pushed him away, adding to the lightheartedness of the moment.

Vaidehi: "No need."

After their outdoor escapade, Viyansh and Vaidehi retreated indoors to freshen up. Vaidehi made her way to the bathroom of their room, while Viyansh headed towards the spare room adjacent to theirs.

Some time later, Vaidehi emerged from the bathroom, a towel wrapped around her petite figure as she dried her hair with another towel. Lost in a cheerful tune, she wandered into their walking closet, only to collide with Viyansh, who was just leaving after getting dressed. With wide eyes, Viyansh took in Vaidehi's appearance from head to toe, momentarily stunned by her presence. Meanwhile, Vaidehi lowered her gaze, feeling a blush creeping up her cheeks and spreading down to her neck and chest.

Quickly, she wrapped the other towel around her shoulders, attempting to cover herself as best as she could, feeling shy at the unexpected encounter. Feeling a rush of emotions, Viyansh quickly averted his gaze and busied himself by running his hands through his hair, trying to collect his thoughts. It was indeed the first time he had seen Vaidehi in such a state of undress, and the sight had left him momentarily flustered.

However, a mischievous idea began to form in his mind. With a playful smirk, he turned back towards Vaidehi, closing the distance between them. Bending down slightly to meet her eyes, he tried to catch her gaze, but she kept her eyes firmly fixed on the ground, her cheeks still flushed.

Viyansh: "Jaan, I know I have good control, but I'm not a saint, Biwi."

She glanced at him with wide eyes, only to be met with a smirk on his face, clearly amused by her reaction to their unexpected encounter.

Viyansh: "Looking at you, I'm getting some unholy thoughts, Biwi."

A shy smile graced her lips as she lowered her gaze once more. He couldn't help but chuckle at her adorable reaction, leaning in to press a gentle kiss to her forehead before speaking softly.

Viyansh: "Okay, okay, I'm sorry. I won't tease you anymore. No need to be embarrassed."

As he turned to leave, she reached out and caught his hand, locking her gaze with his.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, the thoughts you're talking about aren't unholy. You are the most pure and sacred to me. And what you're referring to, for me, it's the union of two souls through love, through which a new life will come into the world. Now, tell me, can anything be more sacred and holy than this?"

A warm smile spread across his face as he observed her, appreciating her pure thoughts.

Vaidehi: "And I wasn't embarrassed; I'm just a little shy. Vaise bhi aap pe sabse zyada bharosa karti hu main toh aapne mujhe dekh bhi liya toh isme embarrassment kaisi?"

(Besides, I trust you the most, so if you've seen me, why would I be embarrassed?)

With a quick motion, he pulled her into a tight embrace, and she nestled her face into his chest.

Viyansh: "Kya ho yaar tum biwi??"

(What are you, wife?)

Vaidehi: "Aapki cute and Little biwi, bhul gaye kya???"

(Your cute and little wife, did you forget?)

Feeling the warmth of their embrace, Viyansh chuckled softly as he pulled back, noticing the smile on Vaidehi's face. With a tender gesture, he leaned in and placed a gentle peck on her lips, eliciting a blush that tinted her cheeks a rosy hue.

Encouraged by her reaction, he leaned in once more, pressing another soft kiss to her lips, savoring the sweetness of the moment. As her gaze lowered, he felt a surge of affection for her, grateful for the love and happiness she brought into his life with her presence alone.

Vaidehi: "Why this?"

Viyansh: "Did you forget? You licked your lips and pouted downstairs, so I had to reward you, right?"

Her playful hit against his chest prompted a chuckle from him.

Vaidehi: "Ye sab barabar yaad rehta h aur main do dino se aapko hasane ka try kar rhi thi vo nazar nahi aaya???"

(You remember all this so well, and I've been trying to make you laugh for the past two days, didn't you notice?)

Viyansh: "Aaya na, and I became normal when we had that talk that night. Then you woke me up with your lovely kisses, but I was enjoying your attention, so I pretended to be sad."

(I did noticed)

She widened her eyes in mock surprise and placed her hands on her waist.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, main do dino se aapke liye itni mehnat kar Rahi hu aur aap... Aap bas mujhe pareshan kar rahe the???"

(I've been working so hard for you for the past two days, and you... You were just trying to annoy me?)

He reached out, gently placing his hands on her shoulders before intertwining them behind her neck, drawing her closer to him.

Viyansh: "Yes, because my Biwi looks too cute when she's annoyed. And besides, you were pampering me so much, so I just took a little advantage, that's all."

She pouts. Seeing her pout, he couldn't resist but to smile, finding her adorable and pecked her on lips.

Vaidehi: "Ansh main sach me bahaut pareshan thi aapke liye. Aapko pata hai aapne mujhe do dino se thik se hug nahi kiya, kissie nahi di, Jaan bhi nahi bulaya, godh me bhi nahi kiya, mujhse baatein bhi nahi ki."

(I was really worried about you. You know, for the past two days, you haven't hugged me properly, haven't kissed me, haven't called me "Jaan," haven't held me in your arms, and haven't even talked to me.)

As she spoke with tears welling in her eyes, her emotions were palpable, adding depth and sincerity to her words.

Vaidehi: "Please never be sad like this ever again. I can't bear to see you like this; it really hurts me."

He tenderly cupped her face in his hands, leaning in to press a gentle kiss on her forehead, offering comfort and reassurance in the midst of her emotional moment.

Viyansh: "I'm sorry, Jaana. I promise I won't trouble you again."

Vaidehi: "No, if troubling me makes you happy, then aap mujhe lifetime pareshan karenge toh bhi mujhe problem nahi hai, bas aap ye smile humesha apne face pe rakhna because this lightens my world."

(even if you trouble me for a lifetime, I won't mind. Just keep that smile on your face always because it brightens up my world.)

Viyansh: "And you meri jaan you lighten my life. Toh tumhe kaise pareshan kar sakta hu???"

(How could I ever trouble you?)

Vaidehi: "phir bhi Kiya toh aapne"

(But you still did.)

Viyansh: "Thik h toh saza bhi dedo" (Alright, then give me a punishment.)

Filled with excitement, she couldn't contain herself and swiftly climbed onto a nearby stool, her enthusiasm shining through in her actions.

Vaidehi: "Yes, that's a good idea. Um, then listen, firstly, you will make me sleep tonight and wake me up tomorrow like before. aapke chakkar me do raaton se thik se so bhi nahi paayi hu... My sleep must be missing me."

(For the past two nights, I haven't been able to sleep properly because of you.)

He couldn't help but chuckle at her spontaneous excitement. Gently, he wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her down from the stool, ensuring her safety with a tender gesture.

Viyansh: "Thik hai jo kahogi vahi karunga but pehle go and get dressed before I loose my control."

(Alright, I'll do whatever you say, but first)

He winks at her.

Vaidehi: "Ishhhh, I'll be waiting for the day you lose control, Swami."

His cheeks flushed at her words, while she giggled affectionately.

Vaidehi: "Itne me hi blush kar rahe hai aur aaye bade loose my control karne."

(Blushing so much already, and here he comes talking about losing control.)

Leaning in, he pressed a sweet and tender peck on her lips.

Viyansh: "Soon, Jaana, soon, I'll lose it."

With one final peck on her lips, Viyansh playfully dashed out of the closet, leaving Vaidehi behind, her cheeks flushed with a mix of love and affection. Alone in the closet, she couldn't help but hide her face in her palm, feeling like a blushing mess.

Slowly, she turned towards the mirror, her gaze meeting her own reflection, her cheeks still tinged with a rosy hue, a contented smile playing on her lips as she cherished the love and happiness reflected in her eyes.

Vaidehi: "I need to plan everything now, but how and when??"

With a thoughtful expression, she got dressed for the day, carefully selecting her attire before making her way to the room where Viyansh patiently waited for her. Extending her hand towards him, she presented her vermillion box, a silent invitation for him to perform the ritual. Viyansh tenderly took a pinch of vermillion and filled her hairline, symbolizing their eternal bond, before pressing a gentle kiss on her forehead. Her smile widened at the gesture, feeling the warmth of their love enveloping her soul.

Viyansh: "Jaan, I just got a call from Eklavya; he invited us to dinner at his place."

Vaidehi: "What???"

Overflowing with excitement, she couldn't contain herself and promptly climbed onto the couch.

Vaidehi: "Does that mean I'll be able to meet his pregnant wife??"

Viyansh: "Yes, but what's so interesting about that??"

Vaidehi: "Ansh, I had never seen any pregnant woman up close. There were no women in my house before marriage, and here I am the only woman. So meeting her is very interesting, isn't it?"

With a gentle yet firm grip, Viyansh lifted Vaidehi by her waist, effortlessly lifting her off the couch before setting her down gently. As she landed, he drew her closer to him, their bodies pressing together, her hands finding purchase on his chest.

Viyansh: "If you want, you can also experience those feelings, you know?"

Whispering softly into her ear, Viyansh conveyed his affectionate words, his warm breath sending shivers down her spine. With a playful gesture, he gently nibbled on her earlobe, eliciting a sharp intake of breath from Vaidehi as her heartbeat quickened and her face flushed crimson.

Despite the sudden rush of sensations coursing through her, she managed to compose herself enough to respond to him, her voice filled with a mixture of bashfulness and excitement.

Vaidehi: "One day I would love to. But my husband is too shy; do you think it's possible?"

Viyansh: "Yes, your husband is too shy, but he loves you a lot. He would love to have three more little Vaidehi running around him."

she pushed him away and wagged her index finger in an intimidating manner.

Vaidehi: "Ansh main keh rhi hu mujhe ek beta aur 2 betiya chahiye."

(I'm saying I want one son and two daughters.)

He starts laughing at her.

Vaidehi: "What?"

Viyansh: "You really thinks that's in my hands??"

Vaidehi: "I don't care, even if you need to work hard for it, then do it, but I want a son."

Surprised by her words, his jaw dropped in astonishment, momentarily taken aback by what she had just said.

Vaidehi: "And now let's go for breakfast."

As she exited the room, he remained there, still in a state of shock, his gaze lingering on her retreating figure as he processed her unexpected words.

Viyansh: "Ye ladki mujhe pagal karke manegi, Bina soche samjhe bas bole jati hai."

(This girl is going to drive me crazy, she just speaks without thinking.)
