Chapter 75: "Flirting and Blushing"

Whispers of RomanceWords: 52398

The night was calm, and the soft light of the bedside lamp bathed the room in a warm, golden glow. The celebration of Viyansh's birthday had been a joyous affair, filled with love, laughter, and the presence of family. But the most cherished moment had been the intimate celebration that Vaidehi had planned just for the two of them, marking the stroke of midnight on their balcony. They had sat together, wrapped in the embrace of the cool night air, sharing whispered words and tender kisses under the stars—a moment of pure serenity that was just for them. Now, as they lay together on the bed, the afterglow of the day’s celebrations still lingered in the air. Viyansh had his arm securely around Vaidehi, holding her close, while she nestled against his chest. The steady rhythm of his heartbeat under her ear was a familiar and comforting sound, one that had always made her feel safe and loved. She absentmindedly played with the gold chain around his neck, her fingers tracing the contours of the pendant that hung from it. Viyansh, in turn, was gently stroking her hair, his fingers gliding through the silky strands with a tenderness that spoke volumes. But tonight, something was different. He could sense it in the way she was so still, her usual responsiveness replaced by a quiet, almost contemplative silence. He let his fingers trail down from her hair to her arms, hoping to draw her out of her thoughts, but she remained lost in them, her gaze distant.

Viyansh: "Jaan??"

Vaidehi: "Hmm"

Viyansh: "Kya kehna chahti ho? "

(What you want to say?)

Vaidehi: "Mera zero figure gayab hone wala hai."

(My zero figure is about to disappear.)

Viyansh furrowed his brow slightly, a puzzled expression crossing his face as he listened to Vaidehi. For a moment, he considered her words, trying to piece together why she was suddenly so contemplative. Then, a thought struck him, and he couldn't help but smile inwardly. He knew how much Vaidehi loved the cake they had earlier; she had practically devoured it during the celebration, enjoying every bite with her usual enthusiasm.

Viyansh: "Daksh ke Paida hone ke baad bhi koi farq toh pada hai aur madam cake ki calories se pareshan hai."

( Even after Daksh was born, nothing really changed, and madam is worried about cake calories.)

Viyansh, thinking Vaidehi was too deep in her thoughts to notice, murmured quietly to himself.  But as soon as the words left his lips, Vaidehi looked up at him, her eyes locking onto his with a questioning gaze.

Vaidehi: "Kuch kaha aapne?"

(Did you say something?)

Viyansh: "Main keh raha tha bachcha, aisa kuch nahi hoga tum bewajah soch rahi ho."

( I was saying, sweetheart, nothing like that will happen. You're worrying for no reason.)

Vaidehi: "Offo Ansh, aap samjhe nahi. Ab humare bich me phir se baby soyega."

(Oh Ansh, you don’t understand. Now the baby will sleep between us again.)

Viyansh: "Kyaa, par abhi toh maine Daksh ko Anshu ke sath sone ki aadat Dali thi. Ye ladka bhi na."

( What? But I just got Daksh used to sleeping with Anshu. This boy, I tell you.)

Vaidehi’s eyes narrowed as she glared at Viyansh, clearly not amused by his attempt to deflect. Without saying a word, she pushed herself up and sat on the bed.

Vaidehi: "Ansh, aap samjhe nahi."

(Ansh, you don't understand.)

Viyansh: "Kya nahi samjha jaana, thik se bolo."

( What don't I understand, sweetheart? Speak clearly.)

Vaidehi: "Aapko phir se meri coffee band karni padegi."

(You’ll have to stop my coffee again.)

Viyansh: "Taaki tum mera jeena haram kar do?? Vaise bhi last time tumhare coffee tab band thi jab tum pregn....."

(So you can make my life miserable again?? Anyway, the last time you stopped having coffee was when you were pregn...)

Viyansh's eyes widened as realization dawned on him. He quickly moved to sit beside Vaidehi, gently taking her hand in his. His expression shifted to one of understanding and warmth. Vaidehi’s shy smile and the happiness sparkling in her eyes reassured him that he was on the right track. He squeezed her hand softly and asked with a tender smile.

Viyansh: "Bachcha iska matlab ki hum... Kya hum phir...se mera matlab."

( Sweetheart, does this mean we... Are we going to... I mean...)

Vaidehi’s chuckle was soft and soothing, and she tenderly caressed Viyansh’s hand, grounding him in the warmth of her presence. With a loving smile, she reached into the side drawer of their bedside table and pulled out a file. Holding it delicately, she extended it toward Viyansh.

Viyansh’s fingers trembled slightly as he opened the file Vaidehi handed him. His eyes scanned the contents, and he began to realize the significance of what he was reading. The document was a confirmation of their new addition to the family—a joyous announcement of another child on the way. As the words sank in, tears of happiness welled up in Viyansh's eyes. He looked at Vaidehi, who was watching him with a soft, loving smile. Her eyes glistened with tears of her own, reflecting the shared joy of their news.

Viyansh: "Jaaannnn"

Viyansh quickly pulled Vaidehi into his arms, enveloping her in a warm, heartfelt embrace. As he held her close, Vaidehi began to gently caress his back, soothing him and sharing in the emotional moment. Their hearts beat in unison, and the joy of their news was reflected in their tender, comforting hold. The quiet of the room was filled with their shared happiness, making the moment even more special as they reveled in the anticipation of their growing family.

Viyansh: "This is the best gift, biwi. Thank you so much."

Vaidehi: "Mujhe kehte hai Khushi me Rona nahi chahiye phir aap kyu ro rahe hai??"

(You tell me not to cry out of happiness, then why are you crying?)

Vaidehi could feel Viyansh’s tears soaking into her neck as he held her close. Gently, she wiped his tears away, her touch tender and comforting. Viyansh then cupped her face in his hands and began to shower her with kisses, his lips finding every part of her face—her cheeks, her forehead, and her lips. His affectionate, constant kisses made Vaidehi giggle, their joy palpable in their shared laughter. With a loving smile, Viyansh bent down and placed a soft kiss on her stomach, his hands caressing it gently. The gesture was filled with warmth and anticipation, and Vaidehi’s heart swelled with happiness as they embraced this new chapter together.

Viyansh: "Hey princess, Papa’s here. Papa is waiting for you."

Vaidehi smiled warmly and placed her hand over Viyansh’s, which rested on her stomach.

Viyansh: "Jaan, hume beti hogi na??"

(Sweetheart, we’ll have a daughter, right?)

Vaidehi: "Haa Ansh, zarur hogi."

(Yes, Ansh, we surely will.)

Both of them had happy smiles on their faces, with tears of joy glistening in their eyes. They were leaning closer, savoring the intimate moment, when suddenly a knock at the door interrupted them. Viyansh groaned in mild frustration, while Vaidehi chuckled softly

Vaidehi: "Jaiye, humara rajkumar aa gaya."

(Go, our little prince has arrived.)

Viyansh's face softened into a warm smile as he shook his head, a playful glint in his eyes. He stood up from the bed, leaving Vaidehi with a fond, lingering glance. As he walked towards the door, the anticipation of seeing their little one brought a gentle smile to his lips. When he opened the door, Viyansh looked down to find Vaidaksh standing there with an adorably cheeky grin on his face. The little boy's tiny hands were outstretched, reaching up towards his father. Viyansh’s heart melted at the sight. He bent down, lifting Vaidaksh effortlessly into his arms. The child wrapped his arms around Viyansh’s neck, clinging affectionately. With a loving look, Viyansh gently closed the door behind him, holding Vaidaksh securely.

Vaidaksh: "Papaaa"

Viyansh: "Yess chote se Rajkumar. "

(Yes, little prince.)

Viyansh returned to the bed, holding Vaidaksh snugly in his arms. As he settled back onto the bed, he gently positioned Vaidaksh on his lap. The little boy wiggled comfortably, finding his spot and leaning against his father. Viyansh wrapped his arms around him protectively, their bodies close, sharing a moment of quiet affection. Vaidehi watched them with a soft smile, her heart swelling at the sight of her two favorite people together. Viyansh, with his hands resting on Vaidaksh’s small back, stroked his son’s hair gently. Vaidaksh, in turn, looked up at his father with adoring eyes, a contented smile on his face.

Vaidaksh: "Papa, mumma aaj Dakshu aapke pass so Jaye??"

(Papa, Mumma, can Dakshu sleep with you today?)

Vaidehi: "Aww my baby."

Vaidehi reached out and took Vaidaksh into her arms, enveloping him in a warm, affectionate hug. The little boy nestled against her, his tiny arms wrapping around her neck as he hugged her back.

Vaidehi: "Bilkul jaana, aap puch kyu rahe hai??"

(Of course, sweetheart, why are you asking?)

Vaidehi kissed Vaidaksh's cheeks, her lips brushing gently against his soft skin. The warmth of her affection filled the room as she pulled him closer. The three of them settled down on the bed, with Vaidaksh nestled comfortably between his parents. Viyansh and Vaidehi lay side by side, their hands resting lightly on Vaidaksh's stomach. Vaidaksh giggled and reached out to play with their fingers, his tiny hands exploring the comforting presence of his parents. The love and joy in the room were palpable. As they looked at each other, Viyansh and Vaidehi shared a knowing smile, their eyes reflecting the deep bond they shared.

Vaidehi: "Dakshu, beta baat suno."

(Dakshu, listen to me, dear.)

Vaidaksh: "Yes mumma"

Viyansh: "Beta, aapko kaisa lagega agar aapka chota sibling ho??"

(Son, how would you feel if you had a younger sibling?)

Vaidaksh: "Papa, Anshu hai na"

(But Papa, Anshu is here.)

Vaidehi: "Aur agar usse bhi chota hua toh??"

(And what if there was someone even younger?)

Viyansh: "Agar mumma papa ek chota baby leke aaye toh."

(What if Mumma and Papa bring home a little baby?)

Vaidaksh quickly turned and snuggled into Vaidehi, burying his face in her chest. His small arms wrapped tightly around her, seeking the warmth and comfort only she could provide.

Vaidaksh: "Par mumma papa ka baby dakshu."

(But Mumma, Papa’s baby is Dakshu.)

Vaidehi smiled softly as she caressed Vaidaksh’s head, her fingers gently smoothing his hair. She leaned down and placed a tender kiss on his forehead, her love palpable in the gesture. Vaidaksh, nestled comfortably in her embrace, sighed contentedly, feeling completely safe and cherished.

Vaidehi: "Ha baby, Dakshu mumma ka baby hai, but beta agar chotu baby aayega toh dakshu big brother ban jayega."

(Yes, baby, Dakshu is Mumma’s baby, but if a little baby comes, Dakshu will become a big brother.)

Vaidaksh looked up at Vaidehi with curious eyes, his gaze filled with wonder and a hint of inquisitiveness. The innocence and earnestness in his expression made Vaidehi smile even more. She gently stroked his cheek, her own eyes reflecting her affection and tenderness.

Vaidaksh: "Big Blothel?"

(Brother)

Viyansh gently turned Vaidaksh towards him, his touch tender and full of warmth. He cupped his son's cheeks in his hands, his fingers lightly grazing the soft skin. With a loving smile, Viyansh looked into Vaidaksh's eyes, his gaze both affectionate and reassuring.

Viyansh: "Yes baby, big brother my little Jaan will become a big brother. "

Vaidaksh: "But papa Dakshu ko baby sistel chahiye."

(But Papa, Dakshu wants a baby sister.)

Vaidehi couldn’t help but chuckle at Vaidaksh’s earnest plea for a sister. The innocence in his request was endearing. Viyansh, with a smile, leaned down and kissed Vaidaksh's forehead, his gesture full of warmth and affection. He looked at Vaidehi, sharing a moment of quiet joy and love for their little family.

Viyansh: "Yes little Jaan, is baar papa ne mehnat ki hai, pakka baby girl ho aayegi."

(Yes, little Jaan, this time Papa has worked hard, so for sure, a baby girl will come.)

Vaidehi's eyes widened in surprise at Viyansh's playful response. She gave him a light slap on the shoulder, her expression a mix of amusement and mild exasperation. Vaidaksh, delighted by the interaction, giggled and clapped his hands in excitement, clearly enjoying the lively moment between his parents.

Vaidehi: "Kya bol rahe hai aap."

(What are you saying?)

Viyansh: "Ha toh galat kaha bola?"

(What? Did I say something wrong?)

Vaidehi: "hatiye, baat karna hi bekaar hai aapse."

(Move away, talking to you is pointless.)

Vaidaksh’s giggles filled the room, his laughter bubbling up uncontrollably. Vaidehi, although trying to maintain a serious demeanor, couldn’t help but glare at him with a mix of affection and mock frustration. Viyansh, seeing Vaidehi’s reaction and the playful exchange, laughed heartily at the scene.

Vaidehi: "Bahaut hasi aa rahi hai dono ko, jao main kisi se baat nahi karungi."

( Both of you are laughing so much, go away. I won’t talk to anyone.)

Vaidehi, still wrapped in the embrace of the moment, had turned to the side and pulled the comforter over her face, seeking a moment of solitude and reflection. Vaidaksh, with a small pout on his lips, looked up at his father with eyes full of expectation. Viyansh leaned in and whispered something softly into Vaidaksh’s ear. The little boy's eyes brightened with understanding, and he nodded enthusiastically. Together, they turned their attention back to Vaidehi. Vaidaksh carefully tugged at the edge of the comforter, pulling it down just enough to reveal his mother’s face  and before she could do anything both started kissing her on her entire face. Soon she started giggling along with Viyansh and Vaidaksh.

As Vaidaksh, with his tiny feet and hands, tried to climb onto Vaidehi's stomach, his excitement evident, Viyansh swiftly intervened. He lifted Vaidaksh up into his arms with a playful but protective gesture, preventing any accidental discomfort to Vaidehi. Vaidaksh's initial reaction was one of surprise and mild offense. His small face contorted into a cute pout, and he glared at Viyansh with a mix of frustration and confusion. Viyansh, seeing his son's displeasure, couldn’t help but laugh softly. He leaned closer to Vaidaksh, offering a reassuring smile and a gentle pat on his back.

Vaidaksh: "Papa, Dakshu mumma paas soyega. Mumma uper"

(Papa, Dakshu will sleep with Mumma. On Mumma)

Viyansh: "Beta aap mumma ke tummy pe nahi baith sakte, unke tummy me aapki sister hai na."

(Son, you can’t lie on Mumma’s tummy. Your sister is in there.)

Vaidaksh, still feeling a bit perplexed but intrigued, narrowed his eyes in concentration as he looked at Vaidehi’s stomach. He carefully climbed down from Viyansh’s arms and settled himself on the bed beside her. His small fingers gently reached out and placed a curious hand on Vaidehi’s belly. He looked up at Vaidehi with a mixture of wonder and confusion, as if trying to understand the changes happening with his mother. Vaidehi, touched by the gesture, smiled warmly at her little one. She gently placed her hand over Vaidaksh's, giving him a reassuring squeeze.

Vaidaksh: "Sistel??"

Vaidehi: "Yes baby"

Vaidaksh: "Mumma Dakshu ko baby sistel se milna hai, bahal nikalo."

(Mumma, Dakshu wants to meet the baby sister, take her out.)

Vaidaksh, still determined to find his sister, tugged at Vaidehi’s shirt, trying to see if he could spot anything. When he didn’t find what he was looking for, he pouted and continued his search with a furrowed brow. His earnest efforts made both Viyansh and Vaidehi burst into laughter, their joy at their son's curiosity evident in their eyes. Seeing Vaidaksh’s puzzled expression, Viyansh couldn’t help but smile. He gently scooped Vaidaksh up and settled him comfortably on his chest. Vaidaksh relaxed against his father, his small head resting over Viyansh’s heartbeat.

Viyansh: "Beta baby ko aane me time hai, aise jaldi se nahi aate baby."

(Son, it takes time for a baby to arrive. Babies don’t come that quickly.)

Vaidaksh: "Kyu?"

( Why?)

Vaidehi: "Jaana, baby abhi bahaut choti hai na, too little little tiny tiny. Thodi badi ho jayegi tab aayegi."

(Sweetheart, the baby is very tiny right now, too little, little tiny tiny. When she grows a bit bigger, she’ll come.)

Vaidaksh: "Dakshu jitni bari?"

(As big as Dakshu?)

Vaidehi: "Nahi aapse thodi choti."

(No, a little smaller than you.)

Vaidaksh: "Kitni chhotti mumma??"

(How small, Mumma?)

Viyansh gently placed his hands over Vaidaksh’s eyes, playfully shielding them as he began to pat his back soothingly. Vaidaksh’s initial surprise quickly turned into contentment, and he relaxed further into his father’s embrace, enjoying the comforting rhythm of Viyansh’s pats.

Viyansh: "Baaki kal pata chala aapko, abhi sojaiye little Jaan please."

(The rest you’ll find out tomorrow, now please go to sleep, little Jaan.)

Vaidaksh: "Papa mumma, dakshu good night."

Vaidehi: "Good night jaana"

Viyansh: "Good night little Jaan."

Vaidaksh wrapped his small arms around Viyansh’s neck, snuggling close as Viyansh pressed a gentle kiss to his head. With a tender smile, Viyansh extended his other hand towards Vaidehi, who placed her head on his hand. She, in turn, wrapped her arms around both Vaidaksh and Viyansh, creating a cocoon of warmth and love. In this intimate embrace, the family felt a profound sense of completeness. The room was filled with a peaceful silence, marked only by the soft, rhythmic breathing of the three. As they settled into their cozy arrangement, a deep contentment settled over them, and the sense of happiness in their hearts was palpable. Soon, the gentle embrace of sleep claimed them, leaving them wrapped in a comforting sense of unity and joy.

The next morning, Vikram sat at the dining table with Viraj and Virat, all three of them chatting casually. The aroma of breakfast filled the air, and the sound of light footsteps approached from the kitchen. Two young women, newly married, emerged carrying plates and a casserole. Their bangles jingled softly as they carefully placed the dishes on the table, their faces glowing with the joy. One of the women, wearing a soft lavender saree, had a gentle smile as she set down a plate of parathas. The other, dressed in a peach-colored suit, carefully placed the casserole on the table, revealing a deliciously fragrant curry. They exchanged quick, shy glances with each other, still adjusting to their new roles within the household.

Vikram: "Beta, Vyomika ye ladoo aur Vanshi kaha hai??"

(Vyomika dear, where are ladoo and Vanshi?)

Vyomika, affectionately known as Miku, had always been the heartbeat of Viraj's world. Their bond, once filled with playful banter and shared secrets, had now evolved into a deeper, more profound connection as husband and wife. Viraj couldn’t help but steal glances at her, his heart swelling with a mixture of pride and affection. It was still surreal to Viraj that his Miku, the girl he had teased, protected, and confided in for years, was now his partner for life. Vyomika, on the other hand, had a subtle glow of contentment. Though she was still the same Miku who could challenge Viraj in any debate and win, there was a new softness in her eyes, a reflection of the deep love and respect she had for him. As she caught him looking at her, she couldn’t resist the smile that tugged at her lips, a silent communication that they both understood so well.

Vyomika: "Aate honge papa"

(They must be on their way, Papa.)

Vikram: "Aur Vrudhhi beta aap log baith jaiye ye sab kaam, servants kar lenge."

(And Vrudhhi, beta, you all should sit down. The servants will take care of all this work.)

Vruddhi is Vyomika's twin sister and is married to Virat. Vruddhi's vibrant personality complements Virat's calm and collected demeanor, making them a perfect match. Their relationship is filled with mutual respect, playful banter, and a strong sense of partnership. The dining table was alive with the warm chatter of the Singhania family. Vyomika and Vruddhi, the twin sisters, had taken their places beside their respective husbands, Viraj and Virat. Despite being newly married, they had seamlessly integrated into the rhythm of the family, their presence adding a fresh vibrancy to the household. As the older siblings arrived, the family atmosphere became even more lively. Viyansh and Vaidehi, along with Vihaan and Vanshika, entered with their children, Vihaansh and Vaidaksh, in tow. The two little boys were full of energy, their playful antics adding to the cheerful mood of the morning. The breakfast spread was generous, with everyone helping themselves to their favorite dishes. Conversations flowed naturally, from family updates to light-hearted teasing, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The twins occasionally exchanged glances, their twin connection evident as they communicated without words, sharing in the happiness of the moment. As they finished their breakfast, there was a sense of contentment that settled over the table.

Viyansh: "Papa, we want to tell you all something. Let's go to the living room."

As the Singhania family finished their breakfast, Viyansh stood up and gestured for everyone to follow him. Though puzzled, the family members trusted his lead and began making their way towards the living room

Vihaan: "We also have something to tell you all."

Vyomika: "Wow bhai, aap dono ne toh suspense bana diya. Mast mazaa aayega."

(Wow, bhai, you both have created such suspense. This is going to be fun!)

Vaidaksh: "Chachi mazaaa aayega."

(Chachi, it's going to be fun!)

Vruddhi: "Haan ji Akshu ji."

(Yes, Akshu ji.)

Vihaansh: "Chachi Anshu bhi."

(Chachi, Anshu too.)

Vyomika: "Aww my Anshu."

The two little boys, sensing the excitement in the air, were grinning from ear to ear as their chachi's showered them with love. Vyomika, with her ever-cheerful demeanor, scooped up Vaidaksh into her arms, planting playful kisses all over his cheeks. Vruddhi, not wanting to be left out, pulled Vihaansh into a tight hug, ruffling his hair affectionately.

Vikram: "Bolo bhi kya bolna hai."

(Come on, tell us what you want to say.)

Viraj: "Bhai, main toh kehta hu aap aur Vihu Bhai dono sath me bolo."

(Bhai, I say you and Vihu Bhai should say it together.)

Virat: "Haa dekhte hai kisi baat zyada interesting hai."

(Yes, let's see whose news is more interesting.)

Viyansh: "Of course mine"

Vihaan: "Not always bhai."

Viyansh: "Ok, then let's say it together."

Vyomika: "Ok on count of three."

Viyansh and Vihaan nodded.

Viraj: "one"

Virat: "two"

Vruddhi: "three"

Vyomika: "Start"

Viyansh: "Jaan is pregnant."

Vihaan: "Shika is pregnant."

Everyone was simultaneously shocked and surprised, their reactions a mix of disbelief and astonishment. Even Vaidehi and Vanshika exchanged surprised glances before breaking into wide grins. Viyansh and Vihaan were equally stunned, trying to process what had just happened.

Viyansh: "Vihu, competition laga raha hai kya yaar."

(Vihu, are you competing with me?)

Vihaan: "Bhai main bhi yahi bol sakta hu"

(Bhai, I could say the same.)

Viyansh: "Main bada hu"

(I’m older.)

Vihaan: "Haa toh"

(So what?)

Vikram: "Chup Karo dono."

(Both of you, be quiet.)

"Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh"

As the echo of their loud exclamations reverberated through the room, Viyansh, Vihaan, Vikram, Vaidehi, and Vanshika instinctively placed their hands over their ears, trying to shield themselves from the sudden noise. The source of the outburst was clear: Viraj, Virat, Vyomika, and Vruddhi, who were all shouting in disbelief and excitement, unable to contain their emotions. In the midst of this, little Vaidaksh and Vihaansh exchanged puzzled looks. Their innocent faces mirrored the confusion they felt, completely unaware of what was happening around them. The room was filled with adults expressing their joy and surprise in a way that was entirely too loud and overwhelming for the two young boys. They looked from one excited face to another, trying to make sense of what was causing such a commotion.

Viraj: "Hum phir se chachu banenge."

(We’re going to be uncles again!)

Virat: "Vo bhi 2 babies ke phir se."

(And not just for one, but two babies again!)

Vyomika: "Oh god kitna mazaa aayega."

(Oh God, this is going to be so much fun!)

Vruddhi: "2 babies kitne cute honge na."

(Two babies! How cute they’re going to be!)

The four of them—Viraj, Virat, Vyomika, and Vruddhi—could hardly contain their excitement as they rushed towards Vaidehi and Vanshika, enveloping them in heartfelt embraces. Their joy was palpable, and their enthusiasm was shared by everyone in the room. Vaidaksh and Vihaansh, though still unsure of what was happening, noticed the commotion and the affection being showered on their mothers. Observing their Chachu's and Chachi's warm embrace of their moms, the two little boys instinctively followed suit, wrapping their tiny arms around the adults with innocent smiles. They mirrored the gestures they saw, adding their own sweet hugs to the scene, creating a heartwarming display of familial love. As the congratulatory messages flowed and the family celebrated the happy news, Vikram stepped in to offer his blessings. His voice, filled with pride and warmth, added to the joyous atmosphere. With a beaming smile, Vikram promised to inform the Oberoi and Verma families about the wonderful news. Vaidaksh and Vihaansh, excited by the flurry of activity and eager to be a part of everything, ran after their grandfather as he left the room. Their little feet pitter-pattered behind him, adding to the lively chaos as they joined him in spreading the good news.

Vaidehi: "Vanshi, kitni achchi baat hai na hum phir se ek sath pregnant hai."

(Vanshi, isn't it wonderful that we're pregnant together again?)

Vanshika: "Haa bhabhi kitna mazaa aayega."

(Yes, Bhabhi, it's going to be so much fun!)

Vaidehi: "Main toh kehti hu hum next time bhi plan karke sath me pregnant ho jayenge."

(I say we plan it like this every time and get pregnant together again.)

Vanshika: "Haa bhabhi pakka."

(Yes, Bhabhi, definitely.)

Viyansh and Vihaan exchanged wide-eyed glances, their expressions shifting from shock to disbelief as they processed the unexpected situation They quickly turned their faces away, trying to come to terms with the situation while keeping their reactions subdued. Meanwhile, Viraj and Virat couldn't contain their amusement. They chuckled quietly, enjoying the humorous contrast between their own enthusiasm and the stunned reactions of their elder brothers. However, their laughter was cut short when they heard the voices of their wives.

Vruddhi: "Bhabhi hum bhi please, hume bhi aapke sath pregnant hona hai."

(Bhabhi, we too, please! I also want to be pregnant with you all.)

Vyomika: "Haa bhabhi main bhi aapke sath hi mumma banungi aap bas bata dena kab kya karna hai aur mai..."

(Yes, Bhabhi, I also want to become a mother along with you. Just let me know when, and I’ll...)

Before Vyomika could continue, Viraj quickly intervened. He placed a hand gently over her mouth, stifling her words, and then lifted her up in his arms with a playful yet decisive gesture. Without a word, he carried her off to their room, leaving the others behind. Vruddhi, seeing the reaction and feeling a surge of shyness herself, glanced at Virat. His expression of shock and embarrassment mirrored her own feelings. Without saying a word, she hurriedly made her way to their room, with Virat following closely behind, equally flustered. Vaidehi and Vanshika, witnessing the entire scene, couldn't help but giggle at the unexpected and comical turn of events.

Vaidehi: "Areh isme sharmana kaisa, natural process hai. Bachche toh honge hi na."

(Oh, what's there to be shy about? It’s a natural process. Babies will be born, right?)

Vanshika: "Vahi toh bhabhi, ab sath me pregnant hone me burai kya hai."

(Exactly, Bhabhi! What's wrong with being pregnant together?)

Vaidehi: "Vahi toh main toh kehti hu har baar saath me pregnant honge hum chaaro. Saare babies sath me khelenge."

(That’s what I’m saying! From now on, we’ll always get pregnant together, all four of us. All the babies will play together.)

Viyansh and Vihaan were traumatized till now. Viyansh, still in a state of shock, took a moment to regain his composure. With a determined look, he lifted Vaidehi into his arms in a bridal style. Vaidehi, caught off guard but smiling at his gesture, nestled against him as he carried her back to their room. Meanwhile, Vihaan, still processing the surprise, turned to glare at Vanshika. She, in turn, stuck out her tongue playfully, teasing him. Vihaan couldn't help but chuckle at her antics. With a swift, affectionate peck on her lips, he then led her back to their room, both of them still bemused by the day's earlier events.

In Viraj and Vyomika's room, the transformation was striking. What once was a room dominated by a football theme with bold, sporty colors now featured a serene combination of peach and white. The space had been completely revamped to reflect a more sophisticated and soft aesthetic, in line with Vyomika’s preferences. Viraj, who had initially resisted the idea of renovating the room, found himself unable to voice his objections in the face of his wife's wishes, his Miku. The new design was a testament to their compromise—elegant yet welcoming, with peach accents adding warmth and white tones creating a sense of openness and tranquility.

Vyomika: "Ummm"

As Viraj gently placed Vyomika on the bed, he removed his hand from her mouth, giving her a moment to react. Vyomika, who had been momentarily stunned, quickly regained her composure. She glared at him with a mix of irritation and amusement, pushing him playfully as she stood up from the bed.

Vyomika: "Kya kiya ye, main baat kar Rahi thi na bhabhi se."

(What was that? I was talking, right?)

Viraj: "Tum baat kar Rahi thi??"

(You were talking?)

Vyomika: "Haa toh"

(Yes, so?)

Viraj: "Miku use baat karna nahi family planning karna kehte hai, jo usually ladkiya apne husband ke sath karti hai aur tum bhabhi maa aur bhabhs ke sath kar rahi thi."

(Miku, what you were doing wasn’t talking. That’s called family planning, which is usually done with your husband, not with your sisters-in-law)

Vyomika: "Haa toh bahaut takleef ho Rahi hai aapko? Problem hai aapko?"

(And if I do, does that bother you? Do you have a problem with it?)

Viraj: "Miku yaar, obviously ye sab baatein koi karta hai kya aise sabke samne, bhai bhi vahi the. Kyu aise pagalpan karti ho"

(Miku, seriously, who discusses such things in front of everyone? Bhai was there too! Why do you act so crazy?)

Vyomika: "Main pagal hu"

(Are you calling me crazy?)

Viraj: "Haa"

(Yes)

Vyomika: "Huh, ab kya fayda ye sab mera proposal accept karne se pehle sochna chahiye tha."

(Hmph! What’s the use of saying that now? You should have thought about it before accepting my proposal.)

Vyomika approached the vanity, her fingers deftly working through her hair as she combed it. Viraj, unable to resist the affectionate moment, moved up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her gently against him. As he hugged her from behind, he rested his chin on the top of her head, his breath warm against her hair.

Viraj: "Jis tarah se tumne propose kiya tha, koi bewakoof hi mana kar pata hai aur main bewakoof nahi hu."

(With the way you proposed, only an idiot would have refused. And I’m not an idiot.)

Vyomika: "Achcha ji?? Toh aapne isiliye haa ki thi??"

(Oh really? So that’s the only reason you said yes?)

Viraj: "Main toh tumhe dinner ke liye leke Gaya tha, par agar tum bhaag ke marine drive ke bicho bich khadi hoke mic me chillaogi " Cookie I love you" toh main kaise mana kar paunga meri cutieee??"

(I took you out to dinner, but if you run off to the middle of Marine Drive and shout into a mic, "Cookie, I love you," how could I refuse my cutie?)

Vyomika’s expression softened into a grin as she turned toward Viraj. The warmth of his embrace had lifted her spirits, and her smile conveyed both affection and appreciation.

Vyomika: "Toh cookie, mera proposal tha na unique??"

(So, Cookie, my proposal was unique, right?)

Viraj: "Haa, but mine was better."

Vyomika shot him a playful glare, her attempt at seriousness undermined by the twinkle in her eyes. Viraj struggled to suppress his laughter, charmed by her cute and endearing expression.

Vyomika: "I proposed you first, aapne toh bas shadi ke liye propose kiya mujhe vo bhi sidha mere ghar aake mere gharwalo aur apke gharwalo ke samne isiliye maine haa kardi Varna toh..."

(I proposed to you first; you only proposed for marriage. And that too by coming straight to my house and proposing in front of my family and yours. That's why I said yes; otherwise...)

Before Vyomika could say anything more, Viraj gently pressed his lips to hers.  Viraj’s lips met Vyomika’s in a gentle, passionate kiss that took her by surprise. Her eyes widened momentarily, but as the warmth of his affection enveloped her, she tightened her grip on his shoulders, her initial shock quickly transforming into a deep, reciprocating tenderness. Their kiss was tender yet full of the unspoken promises they had shared over the years. Vyomika, who had long cherished a profound love for Viraj, found herself completely absorbed in the moment. Their relationship had been a journey of patience and perseverance, with Vyomika persistently pursuing the love she knew was meant for her. After three years of chasing and waiting, her heartfelt proposal had been met with Viraj’s acceptance, followed by his own proposal of marriage. Their wedding had been a culmination of their shared dreams and deep connection. As they pulled back slightly, both breathless from the intensity of their kiss, they looked at each other with eyes full of affection. Vyomika’s cheeks flushed a rosy hue, and a shy, happy smile graced her lips. Viraj’s eyes sparkled with joy and love as he chuckled softly, his arms still wrapped around her in a warm embrace.

Vyomika: "Cookie"

Viraj: "Hmm"

Vyomika: "See maine aapke kehne pe office join Kiya, toh ab aap meri ek baat manenge??"

(Look, I joined the office because you asked, so now you have to agree to one of my requests.)

Viraj pulled back slightly, his gaze locking onto Vyomika with a teasing, mock-serious expression.

Viraj: "Zabardasti bhai ko convince karke meri PA ki job lene ko main office join karna nahi manta hu samjhi."

(Forcing Bhai to convince me to give you the job of my PA doesn't count as joining the office.)

Vyomika giggled.

Vyomika: "Areh toh kya hua kaam toh main thik se karti hu na"

(So what? I do my work properly, don’t I?)

Viraj: "Har kaam karne ke baad dates, kisses or hugs mangne ko kaam karna kehte hai??"

(Is asking for dates, kisses, or hugs after every task considered working?)

Vyomika: "Aap meri baat suniye na please."

(Please listen to what I have to say.)

Vyomika let out a playful whine, and Viraj couldn't help but chuckle at her reaction. He nestled his face into her neck, his lips trailing soft kisses along her skin.  As Viraj buried his face in her neck, Vyomika’s fingers found their way into his hair, her touch both soothing and affectionate. She gently ran her fingers through his locks, enjoying the closeness and the soft sensation of his kisses.

Viraj: "Bolo"

(Go ahead.)

Vyomika: "Hum bhi baby kar le please???'

(Let's have a baby too, please?)

Viraj pulled back in shock, his eyes widening as he stared at Vyomika.

Viraj: "Areh meri maa abhi 2 hafte huye hai humari shadi ko. Aur 2 din pehle hum honeymoon se aaye hai"

(Oh my God, it's only been two weeks since we got married! And we just came back from our honeymoon two days ago)

Vyomika: "Ha toh, mujhe koi problem nahi hai. Aur vaise bhi honeymoon pe bhi kaha aapse kuch hua."

(So what? I don’t have a problem with it. And anyway, nothing happened on the honeymoon either.)

Viraj's eyes widened in surprise, and a deep blush spread across his cheeks. The intensity of his reaction was evident, his usual composure momentarily giving way to a flustered expression.

Viraj: "y...t...um Yaar tum pagal kar dogi mujhe. Main ja raha hu."

(Y...you...you’re going to drive me crazy! I’m leaving.)

As Viraj turned to leave, Vyomika reached out and grasped his hand gently. Vyomika's smirk widened as she noticed Viraj's cheeks still flushed with a vibrant red. She held his hand gently, pulling him back a step closer to her. Viraj glanced back, his face a mixture of embarrassment and adoration. His blush deepened, and he looked at Vyomika with a mix of shyness and affection. The playful satisfaction in her eyes was evident as she enjoyed the effect she had on him.

Vyomika: "At least let's start the process, please?"

Viraj: "M..miku dek.. dekho baby.... We...."

Viraj stuttered, struggling to find his words as he faced Vyomika's amused gaze. Her laughter erupted, filling the room with a joyful sound as she found his flustered state utterly charming. The sight of her laughing so heartily only made Viraj’s blush deepen.

Vyomika: "Awww my cookie"

Vyomika reached out and playfully pinched Viraj's cheeks, her eyes sparkling with mischief. Viraj's blush intensified at her touch, his cheeks reddening even more under her affectionate tease.

Viraj: "Hato yaar, jab dekho tease karti ho."

(Move, will you? You’re always teasing me!)

Viraj, still blushing and flustered, decided to leave the room, trying to regain his composure. As he walked away, Vyomika remained behind, her laughter echoing through the space. Her amusement lingered, a joyful reminder of the playful and loving dynamic between them.

In Virat and Vruddhi's room, the atmosphere was a mix of nervousness and anticipation. Vruddhi, usually calm and composed, was now pacing the room with a hint of tension. Her fingers continuously fidgeted with her dupatta, a sign of her anxiousness. She had always admired Virat for his quiet demeanor, but today, his reserved nature seemed to add to her nervousness. Virat, standing by the door, observed Vruddhi with a gentle, almost mischievous smile. He took in her restless movements and the way she kept adjusting her dupatta, feeling a playful satisfaction at the effect he had on her. Despite his usual introverted nature, he couldn't help but find joy in teasing her a little, especially when she appeared so adorably flustered. With a deep breath, Virat composed himself. He straightened his posture, adopting a more serious expression as he walked into the room. This change in demeanor was a part of his playful game, knowing it would unsettle Vruddhi just enough to make the moment more memorable. Vruddhi, noticing Virat’s sudden shift, froze in place. Her heart raced as she looked at him, trying to decipher his serious expression. It was unlike Virat to be so stern, and this unpredictability added to her nervousness. She stood still, her eyes wide with curiosity and a hint of apprehension. Virat's smile widened slightly as he saw Vruddhi’s reaction. He approached her slowly, his steps deliberate, heightening the suspense.

Vruddhi: "Vo... I...I'm..ss....so..orry. ma..I.."

Virat, standing close to Vruddhi, locked eyes with her, trying to project an aura of seriousness. His gaze was intense, aiming to make her feel a bit uneasy, despite knowing how strong and bold she was. Vruddhi, with her unwavering confidence and inner strength, still had a sensitive side that Virat cherished deeply. Her role as the eldest daughter, having shouldered many responsibilities, had instilled in her a sense of maturity and resilience, but it had also left her longing for moments of tenderness and affection. Vruddhi, despite her outward strength, had dreams and desires just like anyone else. Growing up as the eldest of three siblings, with their mother absent and their father preoccupied with work, she had naturally taken on a nurturing role. This responsibility often overshadowed her own needs and dreams, making her inner child yearn for love and pampering. Virat was well aware of this. He knew that beneath her strong exterior lay a heart that craved the kind of affection she had sacrificed for her siblings. His playful intimidation was part of his way of acknowledging and addressing this deeper need. He wanted her to feel cherished and adored, something he made a point of showing through both his loving gestures and his playful teasing.

As Virat stared into her eyes, he saw a mix of boldness and vulnerability. Despite her attempts to maintain a facade of composure, he could sense the emotional depth within her. Vruddhi’s strong exterior was merely a shield, and Virat knew just how to navigate it to reach the tender part of her heart that desired his attention. He allowed a soft smile to break through his serious expression, his eyes twinkling with affection.

Vruddhi: "I'm sorry"

Vruddi lowered her head, tears welling up in her eyes. Seeing the tears well up in Vruddhi's eyes, Virat's heart sank. The last thing he wanted was to cause her distress. His playful teasing was meant to make her smile, not to bring her to tears. With a mixture of concern and tenderness, he quickly reached out and gently cupped her face in his hands. He used his thumbs to gently wipe away the tears that had begun to trail down her cheeks. His touch was soothing, a stark contrast to the sternness he had initially shown. He felt a pang of regret for not realizing sooner how deeply his actions might have affected her. Vruddhi looked up at him through her tears, her emotions a complex blend of vulnerability and relief. The warmth of his hands on her face and the sincerity in his eyes began to calm her.

Vruddhi: "I'm really sorry, Virat. I just got a little excited and said all that. I'm really sorry; I won't repeat it again. I know it was embarrassing for you... I promise..."

Vruddhi continued to ramble, her mind racing with anxious thoughts. Virat, observing her with a mix of concern and affection, realized he needed to calm her down. He could see how deeply she overthought things, and he knew he needed to offer her some grounding. With a decisive move, he wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close. He looked into her eyes, hoping to convey his intentions without words. Then, with a gentle yet firm pressure, he pressed his lips against hers. The kiss was unexpected for Vruddhi, and she froze momentarily, her eyes wide with surprise. The warmth and tenderness of his kiss slowly melted her tension. She could feel his love and sincerity, and she let go of her anxieties. Her eyes fluttered closed as she began to respond to his kiss, her heart racing with both excitement and affection. When Virat finally pulled back, he couldn't hide the redness that spread across his cheeks. It was a rare, bold move for him, and the self-consciousness was evident. He had stepped out of his comfort zone, but for her, he was willing to go the extra mile. Vruddhi, noticing his blush, couldn’t help but smile. She reached out and wrapped her arms around him in a warm, loving embrace. Virat hugged her back, his heart swelling with a mix of love and pride. Vruddhi nestled into his embrace, feeling a profound sense of comfort and contentment. She could sense how deeply he cared, and it reassured her that she wasn’t alone in her worries.

Virat: "No need to be sorry about being yourself, meri Riddhi Piddi."

Vruddhi, still smiling, playfully slapped Virat on the back.

Vruddhi: "Don't comment on my height."

Virat chuckled at the playful slap, his amusement evident. As he continued to smile, Vruddhi pulled back slightly and then wrapped her arms around his neck, her expression now adorned with a mischievous smirk. The playful glint in her eyes hinted at her satisfaction with the affectionate exchange.

Vruddhi: "Pehle toh keh rahe hai aap is arrange marriage ko chance Dena chahte hai and all toh mujhe laga tha aap waqt lenge, mujhe nahi pata tha itni jaldi aap mujhe itni achchi kiss denge."

(First, you said you wanted to give this arranged marriage a chance and all, so I thought you'd take your time. I didn't know you'd give me such a nice kiss so soon.)

Virat, his eyes twinkling with affection, gently pulled Vruddhi closer by her waist.

Virat: "Arrange marriage toh hai, par shadi se pehle kisi ne toh mujhse I love you kaha tha."

(It's an arranged marriage, but someone told me "I love you" before the wedding.)

Vruddhi: "Haa kyuki mujhe aapki tarah bhai bhabhi se samajhne ki zarurat nahi thi ki mujhe kya karna hai, I was and I am clear that I love you. "

(Yes, because I didn’t need to figure out my feelings like you did with Bhai and Bhabhi. I was and still am clear that I love you.)

Virat: "I too love you."

Vruddhi: "Ya vo...."

Vruddhi's eyes widened as she locked gaze with Virat, who was gazing at her with an intensity that spoke volumes. The room seemed to fall away, leaving just the two of them in this intimate moment. His eyes, usually so reserved and quiet, were now filled with a deep, unwavering affection. There was a softness to his expression that contrasted with his usual shyness. He was showing her a side of himself that was both vulnerable and incredibly loving. Vruddhi felt her heart swell as she saw the sincerity in his eyes. It was as if he was laying bare his emotions, offering her a glimpse into the depth of his feelings.

Vruddhi: "Kya kaha aapne??"

(Wait, what did you say?)

Virat: "I love you meri riddi piddi."

Vruddhi's happy tears and radiant smile spoke of the deep, enduring love she had for Virat. Despite her initial feelings of rejection, she had never let go of her affection for him. Virat's hesitation and the uncertainty he felt about being able to give her the love she deserved had only made her feelings stronger, as she had always believed in his potential to be a wonderful partner. The journey from the initial proposal to their wedding had been a rollercoaster of emotions for both. Virat's doubts about his ability to live up to Vruddhi's expectations were a significant hurdle, but the support and encouragement from his family, especially from Viraj, Vaidehi, and Viyansh, helped him overcome his fears. Their reassurances gave him the confidence he needed to embrace his feelings and commit to a future with Vruddhi. Their wedding, which coincided with Viraj and Vyomika's, was a beautiful celebration of love and commitment.

The twin brothers had always been seen as playful and lighthearted, but their behavior towards their wives revealed a depth of love and respect that was both inspiring and heartwarming. Their treatment of their partners mirrored the values they had grown up with, watching their father and elder brother treat the women in their lives with the utmost care and affection. Virat and Vruddhi's honeymoon had been a time for them to bond and create new memories as a couple. Returning from their trip, they were still basking in the joy of their new life together. The way Virat treated Vruddhi with such devotion and care was a testament to his deep love and admiration for her. It was clear that he had not only embraced the role of a husband but also fully appreciated and cherished his wife. The entire Singhania family admired the way both Viraj and Virat had seamlessly transitioned into their roles as loving, attentive husbands. Their behavior was a reflection of the values instilled in them by their family, showcasing the true essence of being a gentleman.

The way they treated their wives as princesses was a beautiful extension of the respect and love they had witnessed their elders exhibit. As Vruddhi looked into Virat's eyes, her heart swelled with happiness. The love she had always dreamed of was now her reality, and Virat's affection and commitment made her feel truly cherished.

Vruddhi: "aap sach keh rahe hai?"

( Are you serious?)

Virat: "I know maine kaha tha main sure nahi hu shadi and all ke liye but bhai bhabhi ke kehne pe maine ek mauka diya. Par shayad main humesha se hi janta tha ki tumhi ho jiske sath main apni zindagi bita sakta hu. I love you Mrs. Vruddhi Virat Singhania. Shadi ke 2 hafton me hi aapne mujhe ehsaas karva hi diya."

( I know I said I wasn’t sure about marriage and all that, but after Bhai and Bhabhi’s advice, I decided to give it a chance. But maybe I always knew deep down that you were the one I could spend my life with. I love you, Mrs. Vruddhi Virat Singhania. In just two weeks of marriage, you've made me realize that.)

Vruddhi quickly wrapped her arms around Virat in a tight hug, savoring the closeness. But just as swiftly, she pulled back and shot him a playful, yet stern glare.

Virat: "What??"

Vruddhi: "Maine kitne achche se aapko aapke birthday pe I love you bola tha kitni mehnat ki thi, aur aapne toh aise hi bol diya."

(I put so much effort into telling you "I love you" on your birthday, and you just said it so casually.)

Virat couldn’t help but chuckle at Vruddhi’s playful glare. With a teasing grin, he reached out and gently pinched her cheeks.

Virat: "I'm sorry riddhi piddi, tum bata do tumhe kaisa proposal chahiye main kar dunga."

(I'm sorry, Riddhi Piddi. Tell me how you'd like me to propose, and I'll do it.)

Vruddhi: "Ye bhi main batau?"

(Do I have to tell you that too?)

Virat: "Toh mujhe kaise pata chalega??"

(How else am I supposed to know?)

Vruddhi: "Vo sab main nahi janti aap khud hi ye pata karo."

( I don’t care how; you figure it out.)

Virat: "Haa vaise hi jaise mujhe pata chala ki meri biwi ko kab pregnant hona hai."

(Just like I figured out when my wife wants to get pregnant.)

Vruddhi: "Aap phir se tang nahi kare mujhe."

(Don’t tease me again.)

Vruddhi quickly turned away, trying to hide the blush spreading across her cheeks. As Vruddhi turned away to hide her blushing face, Virat couldn’t help but smile at her adorable reaction. Without hesitation, he wrapped his arms around her from behind, pulling her close. He rested his chin on her shoulder, his breath warm against her neck.

Virat: "Vaise, do you really want a baby?"

Vruddhi leaned back against Virat's chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat against her back. The warmth of his embrace surrounded her, making her feel safe and cherished. She closed her eyes, letting the moment wash over her, a peaceful smile tugging at her lips. Virat tightened his hold on her slightly, resting his cheek against her hair. He could feel the tension in her body melting away as she relaxed into his arms. The gentle rise and fall of their breathing synced as they stood there, holding onto each other, completely immersed in the serenity of the moment. Virat pressed a soft kiss to the top of her head.

Vruddhi: "Yess."

Virat: "How many?"

Vruddhi: "at least 12-15"

Virat: "Whattttt"

Virat suddenly released her, stepping back in surprise. Vruddhi quickly turned around to face him, her eyes sparkling with amusement. She pressed her lips together, trying to suppress the laugh that threatened to escape, clearly entertained by his flustered reaction.

Vruddhi: "Haa and it will take a lot of time, so shall we start now?"

Virat: "N..n...now?"

Vruddhi, with a playful glint in her eyes, grabbed Virat by the collar and pulled him closer. Vruddhi’s sudden boldness caught Virat completely off guard. As she pulled him closer by his collar, his breath hitched, and his eyes widened in surprise. When her hand moved towards his shirt buttons, he could only stare at her in shock, frozen by her unexpected actions. She deftly unbuttoned one of the buttons, and just as she was about to move to the next, Virat snapped out of his stupor. He quickly grabbed her hand, stopping her from going any further.

Virat: "h..h...ha Bhai main aaya. Bhai bula rahe hai bye."

(Y-yeah, Bhai, I’m coming! Bhai’s calling me, gotta go, bye!)

Virat, still flustered, quickly bolted out of the room, leaving Vruddhi standing there. As the door closed behind him, she couldn't contain herself any longer and burst out laughing, her laughter filling the room with joy. The whole situation had turned into a lighthearted game, and she found his reaction utterly amusing.
