THIRD PERSON POV
The Emperor looked at the surprised Feng Liqin intensely and said, "why did you stop? You were playing a beautiful piece just now."
Feng Liqin kept quiet, unable to answer Huang Longwei while the Ye sisters immediately kowtowed in front of the Emperor. Shun Rong ran into his father's arms after seeing his father was here.
"Father!" Exclaimed Shun Rong excitedly as he hugged Huang Longwei tightly. He looked up at his father and told him what he did with Feng Liqin. "Father. Father! This afternoon after lunch, mother showed me something amazing. He made a flower bloom! Then, we throwing water at each other too. It was really fun. You should have come to play too."
Huang Longwei and Feng Liqin laughed at Shun Rong's antics. "Is that so? If you love playing with your mother that much, then you can come here every day after you finished your classes." Shun Rong Rong happily agreed but pouted after hearing his father's next words. "But, study hard, listen to your tutor and do your homework. If I hear from your tutor that your not doing well, don't even think I'm going to let you play with your mother."
Feng Liqin giggled at Shun Rong's reaction. "Your Highness, if you would allow, can I watch over Shun Rong as he learns with the tutor and help him with his homework?" Feng Liqin asked Huang Longwei while bowing slightly. Huang Longwei thought about it for a moment then, he agreed.
Afterward, Huang Longwei told Ye Qiu to send Shun Rong to his room and dismissed Ye Hai and Ye Li. He sat on Feng Liqin's bed and pulled Feng Liqin to sit on his lap. Feng Liqin blushed and wanted to pull away but Huang Longwei kept a right hold on Feng Liqin's waist.
"Now that we're finally alone, you don't have to be shy with me. Though I do like seeing your red face." Hang Longwei whispered in Feng Liqin's ear and chuckled. Feng Liqin shivered and turned away from the Emperor. Huang Longwei seeing Feng Liqin's white porcelain neck in front of him, he could not help himself but to put his face in between Feng Liqin's neck and shoulder. He smelled the beautiful scent of Feng Liqin and had the urge to bite and suck his neck.
Feng Liqin was surprised by the Emperor's action. He wanted to immediately pull himself away but couldn't due to the Emperor's right hold on him.
"My dear, would you please play your zither for me? The piece you played for Shun Rong was beautiful. Could you play me something?" Asked Huang Longwei.
Feng Liqin silently nodded toward him. He went to take his zither and placed it in front of Huang Longwei. He sat down and started playing a soft tune. Huang Longwei was entranced by it. He wanted to lay down while listening but instead stood up and sat behind Feng Liqin. He held him by the waist again and set his head on Feng Liqin's shoulder. Feng Liqin became nervous with the close contact but soon relaxed after feeling the Emperor wasn't doing anything to him.
When Feng Liqin was done, he softly shook the dazed Emperor awake. "Your Highness, I'm done." He softly said.
Huang Longwei woke up from his daze and looked at Feng Liqin lovingly. "My dear, didn't I tell you to call me by my name?" Feng Liqin's face turned red.
"H-huang Longwei." Said Feng Liqin and the Emperor smiled. "I'm done playing with the zither. You should go to sleep. You look tired."
Huang Longwei nodded. "If you want me to sleep, can I sleep here?" He asked and Feng Liqin looked at him in shock with a red face. He chuckled. "Don't worry, I won't do anything to you. Just hold you, that's all." He reassured.
Huang Longwei picked up Feng Liqin and laid him down on the bed. He took off his outer robes and left himself in only his inner hanfu before sliding in beside Feng Liqin. Without wasting time, he pulled Feng Liqin into his embrace and situated his head on Feng Liqin's. Feng Liqin was embarrassed and his face had gone redder than before. Being held by the Emperor made his heart beat faster than usual. He wanted to leave some space but Huang Longwei wouldn't let him. Before he knew it, he fell asleep in Huang Longwei's arms.
Huang Longwei seeing his partner asleep kept on gazing and smelling his scent. He was completely enraptured by Feng Liqin that he couldn't stop himself from doing things that he would usually be able to control. He wanted this boy in his arms and he will get him soon enough.
With that thought set in his mind, he fell asleep holding his partner that would soon entangle their hearts together.
*I'm sorry for the short chapter but I don't have an idea on how to continue thisð£. But don't worry your little heads because I promise to make the next chapter longer with a surprise character (maybe ð ).
