Chapter 20: Chapter 20

I woke up looking at the ceiling thinking about meeting the witch kingdom. Since I never met them and I don’t have someone like Vince who people know in the witch kingdom. I am completely lost.

I get up to take a shower and start packing my bags for the trip. We will be leaving at 12 and its 9 now and we will be on the trip for a week. After I am done packing, I headed to the kitchen and found Carlos making a sandwich.

“Hey, are you ready to go?” I said hugging him from behind.

“Oh, sweetheart, I can’t go with you I have to train. Thaddeus told me last night that my powers are coming sooner because of the war.” Carlos said looking down.

“Oh ok, I thought you already had your powers but, I guess I will go alone.” I said walking to the stove.

“Wait, Anna, I do have my warlock powers but, not all of it. You also don’t have to go alone, you can go with your brothers. Maybe they will find their mates at the other kingdoms.” Carlos said pulling me toward him.

“What do you guys want us to do?” Andrew said coming in with Aidan, Andres, and dad.

“Carlos can’t come with me to the witch kingdom and I don’t want to go there alone. I was wondering if you guess would come with me.” I said getting apple juice from the fridge.

“Don’t we have to train the werewolves and bring the vampires over?” Andres said sitting at the counter.

“No, Alex and Vince are going to train the werewolves and vampires.” Carlos said.

“Wait, they are going to train together and how are you going to get the vampires over here?” Dad said looking at me strange. Everyone was looking concerned because vampires and werewolves don’t really get along well.

“That’s why I am going there first and they will have to go anyway because I am ordering them. I am making a new law to unite them together.” I said taking a sip of my apple juice.

“You know that the treaty is for werewolves and vampires to be separate right.” Aidan said making my brothers laugh.

“Yea, that is why I am breaking it. Now go get ready so we can leave.” I said walking away.

I walk around saying hi to everyone before they continue with their day. I sat down with some of the kids that were training this morning and we talked about how training was going. I am letting everyone age 12 and up train because I want at least everyone to be protected. Most of the kids are complaining about waking up early but, they still look happy to be training. I look at my phone and look at the time deciding to call Vince.

“Hello?” Vince said.

“Hey, I wanted to tell you that we are about to leave in ten and to prepare for us to arrive.” I said walking to my room.

I see Carlos laying on the bed with no shirt on looking at some papers. I looked all over his body and I had to think to myself about how I was so lucky.

“Hello?!” Vince yelled in the phone making me wince and Carlos look up from his work.

“Sorry, I got distracted. Repeat what you just said.” I said looking away from Carlos who was giving me a cocky smirk.

“I was saying that all of the preparations were complete and if you needed anything else?” Vince said.

“Yea, I need you to tell everyone to pack up their belongings and get ready to move. Also tell them not to bring anything big just the necessary things and I will be get their other valuables later.” I said.

“Are you going to tell me what is going on, so I can be mentally prepared?” Vince asked.

“Yea, I am having the werewolves and vampires train together and after I talk to the witches. They will be joining also.” I said calmly.

“but-” Vince started until I interrupted him because I am tired of everyone tell me that the plan wouldn’t work.

“They will be training together. Bye” I said hanging up.

Its 12 now and I am waiting for everyone to get out here. Carlos walks over carrying a little black box.

“Turn around.” Carlos said. I look at him then the box and turn around. He takes whatever it is in the box and put it around my neck I look down and see a silver wolf with little rubies for eyes. It was beautiful, I turned around and kissed Carlos with all I had. I was so lucky to have him as a mate.

“Thank you, I love it.” I said looking in to his beautiful eyes.

“I got the same one except it is black with sapphire eyes. I got it so we would remember each other.” He said pulling out his necklace.

“You sound like you will never see me again.” I said pouting.

“It’s just for when you miss me to much just kiss the necklace to tell me.” He said kissing me. The kiss started to become a full blown make out session.

“Aren’t we supposed to be leaving?” Aidan said rolling his eyes at us. Carlos growled lowly until I started kissing his neck.

“Aren’t you guys supposed to be here at 12? Its 12:30.” I said looking at them.

“Ok, ok let’s just get going shall we?” Andres said walking to his car with Aidan and Andrew.

I nodded my head before kissing Carlos good bye. I got in my car and started leading everyone to the airport.

3.5 hours later

We drove straight to the palace in record time. I got out of my car to see Vince waiting for me. I hear whispers all around Andres, Aiden, and Andrew came out of their cars.

“How was the flight?” Vince said walking with me.

“It was fine. Did you get everyone ready?” I said walking to the door.

“Yea, but everyone is very confused. They are waiting in the throne room.” Vince said opening the door.

“Good. I will talk to them.” I walk to the throne room and heard many people talking until I opened the door.

Everyone did a quick bow while I walked to the throne. Before I got there, I heard a gasped from Andres and Aiden.

“Mate” they say at the same time.

I turned around and notice them walking towards two girls. One of them was about 5’6” with long red hair and red eyes. The other was 5’4” with black curly hair and red hair. I saw Andres walk up to the girl with red hair and Aiden to the other.

“What is your name beautiful?” they both say. I look at Andrew and notice that he looked a little sad.

“Katherine” said the girl with the red hair.

“Mortician” said the girl with the black hair.

Aiden and Andrew say their names and you could see the girls shiver.

“Beautiful.” They said.

I cleared my throat and everyone looked at me.

“Well congratulations for finding your mates and I am happy for you to be apart of the family.” I said smiling at them. Aiden and Andrew each gave a toothy grin before looking back at their mates.

“So I have heard that many of you are confused about why you all are pack your things.” I paused noticing many people nodding their heads. “There is a war coming and I would like all three kingdoms to train together to make a stronger force. Before you all protest, one you all don’t have a choice and second like we see before us now some of you can find your mates by doing this. I just want my people to be safe and not so distant to each other. We will become a strong family so that no one will ever think of hurting us. Thank you.” I said walking off the throne. Most of the vampires looked at me with proud eyes and started following Vince’s instructions. I walked over to my brothers

“We will find your mate.” I said tapping Andrew’s back. He gave me a smile and hugged me. I hugged him back until he let go.

“We are going to stay here and help are mates get settled in.” Aiden and Andrew said smiling.

“Of course, be careful.” I said hugging each of them including their mates.

I said good bye to Vince and Andrew and I started to head to the witch kingdom.
