heard Selena.
She looked immensely satisfied. She had been a career woman, to begin with, after all.
âStop teasing me, you two! How have you both been? I feel like we havenât met in ages,â I asked, laughing.
I was always especially happy to spend time with my best friends.
I tossed my bag on a chair.
âMy bed and breakfast is about to start operating, and business with the flowers has been pretty good lately. Of course, thanks to you, Iâve met a couple of handsome men recently, too. After interacting with them, I donât dislike them as much as before. To tell you the truth, Hector and Xales now seem much more tolerable.â
Selena laughed as she stretched out on the sofa.
Selena had always been a partier, so she got on well with Hector and Xales. They had the same interests, after all, so I wasnât surprised.
