He is closing his laptop when he heard Ayinah retching inside the bathroom. He put down his laptop on the couch where he is seated and called her name, but she never replies. He knocked on the door, but she didn't answer. He tried to turn the knob, and it's not locked. Maybe she forgot, but it's the thing she did. So he didn't waste his time; he saw her slumping on the floor naked and puking at the toilet bowl. He rushed towards her and rubbed her back.

"The smell of your shampoo is very strong; I can't stand it," she said.

"The ventilation fan is on. Oh, never mind," he said.

He stands up to take a towel and wrap her; he carries her out of the bathroom and puts her on the bed; he stands the pillows behind her.

He looks for a water if there's any inside the room. He found some near the sink; he took it and gave it to her.

He told her to stay on the bed and let the smell go first before she goes back to take a shower. He even asked if she wanted to go swimming instead, but she said that she didn't bring her swimsuit, and she's afraid that she might throw up in the pool. He opened all the windows so the smell would be gone quickly.

"I think we will have room service for dinner. I'll check what's on their menu. Hope they are good," he said and picked up the menu on the bedside table and sat on the couch.

He's scanning the menu when he saw her walking to the bathroom.

He followed her.

"Are you sure you're okay now?" He thinks he startled her when she jumps up.

"I think I'll be fine," she replied.

"Better not close the door so the smell will not stay inside. I don't want you to run to the toilet bowl; it's dangerous. You might fall down because you're wet." He said he's worried that she will rush and fall down. She is staring at him. He knows what she's thinking.

"Don't worry, sweetheart, I've seen that already, remember?" he said, smirking.

"Yes, I know, because you're a busybody, taking the job that is not yours," she replied. Hmm, that pout again.

"It's my job to get you pregnant with my baby, so I have the right to do it myself. And it works," he said.

He is so proud about it, actually. Though it's not in a natural way, she is carrying his child right now. He was ecstatic when he found out about it. It was his friend Aldin who told him that Ayinah conceived his baby.

"Whatever. I'll take a shower now, so go away," she said and stepped in the shower.

She throws the towel outside while closing the shower door. He picks it up and puts it down on the sink table. Then he walks to the couch to check the menu. He looks at the bathroom from time to time. Though it's smoky glass, he still could see her silhouette from it.

He already finished checking and ordered their food for dinner, but she hasn't come out from the shower yet. The water is still on, and he could see that she's still standing under the showerhead. He gets up and gets inside the bathroom. He opens the shower cubicle, and she's there, her face in the shower. He turned it off.

She opened her eyes, surprised to see him standing in front of her. It made him angry. She's like bleached with her color right now. So white. He heard her giggle with his outburst.

"Are you nuts? You've been soaked here for so long. What are you doing? You want to get sick? See your fingers? It's all white." He barks at her; he cannot control himself. He heard her giggles with his outburst.

"Ayinah. What did I tell you? I told you to take care of yourself for the sake of the baby. Don't you remember that?" He said while wrapping her with a towel. He carried her out of the bathroom.

"I'm not that long. The water is so good, and it's really nice on my face," she said in her calm voice. She knows how to respond to the angry person. But he can't calm down.

"Wow! I could see that. Until your fingers get white, it's really very nice," he said.

He lost his patience now, so after he put her down on the bed, he wiped her hair with another towel, and he unwrapped her afterward.

"Hey, what are you doing?" She asked, snatching the towel from him and covering her naked body.

"I'm changing you because you are too slow, and I don't want you to get sick," he replied.

He picks up her panty and puts it in front of her to wear; she wears it. Then he took the bra and wore it to her.

"Beautiful!" he commented. Seeing the beauty in front of him.

"I thought you didn't want me to get sick, so be quick," she said.

She really knows how to change moods.

He turns her around and hooks her bra at the back.

"I wish the hook was in front," he said. He's a little calm now.

He took her shorts and wore them to her. And next is her cotton shirt. He couldn't believe that he managed to change her. It used to be the other way around. Yes, but Ayinah is not those women; she's the bearer of his child.

Now he's worried, thinking, how is he going to let her be all by herself? With the sight he saw, she's soaking in the water until her fingers are all white?

And her position in the bowl a while ago. That's terrible. Her tears and sweat were mixed, and yet he didn't hear any complaints. He takes the comb from her hand and combs her hair.

"You know I think you're a sissy," she said, giggling.

"What made you think that?" he asked curiously.

"You scolded me like a mother hen, and you changed me quickly. Now you're combing my hair," she replied.

"Behave and sit down here," he said, tapping the edge of the bed.

She sits down quietly.

"I ordered our food, and it will be here soon. I ordered quite a few choices; I don't know what you like, so I hope that food will pass your appetite," he said.

He doesn't know how the woman's appetite was when they conceived. He needs to do some research later.

What worries him is how she is going to cope in Boracay alone. He knows she's independent, but she's a fragile thing for him.

He hopes that his caretaker will look after her. He knew that Filipinos are hospitable, kindhearted, and caring.

"I think that's our food," he said when he heard the doorbell; he stood up to open the door.

It's the food he ordered.
