“I swear sunflower, nothing happened last night.” Seth chuckled as he sprinkled salt on the scrambled egg.

“Why are you SHIRTLESS?!” June yelled, “Why am I shirtless?” he demanded, pointing at himself.

Seth wanted to play around with June and he was extremely enjoying June’s reaction. He had removed June’s clothes last night only for this.

June couldn’t believe Seth's words but again he felt perfectly fine so it would mean nothing had happened. But he was sure Seth did something to him last night.

“Are you sure you didn’t do anything to me last night?” June asked standing next to Seth.

Seth turned off the stove and faced June.

“I did one thing.”

June’s eyes widen like saucers.

“I KNEW IT!” He yelled, “What did you do?”

Seth cupped June’s face stopping him in his ranting. June looked at Seth waiting.

“I did this,” Seth said, he leaned towards June’s face and pressed his lips against June’s.

June immediately opened his mouth for Seth and deepened their kiss. Seth snaked one of his arms around June’s small waist and pulled him closer. His other hand raked June’s hair and gripped them tightly.

June's arms were around Seth’s neck as they kissed like there was no tomorrow. Seth pulled June even closer as he sucked on June's tongue.

They stood kissing by the stove for a long time. Only a sharp cry of surprise made them pull away from each other.

Coral was standing by the kitchen door. Her eyes were wide in shock as she looked between Seth and June.

She had been falling for Seth all this time since he was also so kind to her and they had shared moments. Coral hoped Seth felt the same but here he was kissing someone else.

To make it worse that someone was a guy. Coral didn’t knew what she felt, her heart broke, she just witnessed her crush kiss a guy. She felt her mind hit a blank.

“Why are you here?” Seth rasped. He was still holding June’s waist.

“I-I-“ she shuttered as she looked between them before running away.

“Do people come in easily inside your house?” June asked, watching Clover run away.

June still had his arms around Seth’s neck. Seth looked at June and his eyes zeroed down to the swollen lips.

Seth smirked.

They kissed again.

And he loved it.

“Forget the human, I have a surprise for you, sunflower,” Seth said.

June raised his eyebrows at June.

“What surprise?”

“Meet me at Blue Lotus in two hours,” Seth smiled, “or we can go together.”

“Blue Lotus?” June asked, “It’s a green area right?”

Seth nodded.

“Fine, I will do my morning duties and come. I will be done after an hour or so. Do you want go together?” June asked.

Seth’s red eyes sparkled as he smiled at June’s offer.

“I would love to.”

After an hour June and Seth were flying towards Blue Lotus. Blue Lotus looked like an ordinary pond to the human eyes but inside the pond there was a large club house under a permeant barrier charm.

Seth smiled at the demons who greeted him and June silently followed behind him. Seth led June towards a private room.

“Sunflower, met Lady Helianthus.”

In the room sitting on a blood red couch was someone the old owner of the body had been dying to met.

“May,” June whispered.

May looked different from the memories June had of her but he could recognize her from her yellow eyes which looked just like his.

Instead of yellow curly hair, her hair had turned into ebony which fell past her waist in straight way. And instead of a golden halo, May had long sharp horns.

Her wings were hidden but June guessed they also must have changed color. May was wearing a blue cocktail dress which hugged her petite figure.

May smiled back at her twin.

June rushed to hug her. May willingly opened her arms for her twin. She had missed him for the last one century since she fell. And the moment they hugged, May was immediately taken back to the time they used to spent together.

“I missed you so much,” May muttered, hugging him tightly.

“I am sorry,” June chocked out.

May pushed June at her arms length and smiled at him.

“You didn’t missed me?”

June wiped away the tears which were freely flowing down his cheeks.

“I mi-missed you bu-but,” he shuttered. He took in a deep breath to clam himself.

“You fell because of me.”

Seth silently watched the two twins talk with each other.

“No wonder I wouldn’t contact you at all,” June said, “You had changed your name.”

“I also wanted to contact you but heaven never replied my messages. And I wouldn’t track you.” May said.

They both felt silent. Heaven had a twisted way of working. It hurt the angel and it wasn’t right  most of the time. Sometimes heaven didn’t even have the best interest for the angels when they operate.

“But we met again,” May said and reached out to squeeze his hands.

June suddenly remembered how they had met. He turned towards Seth who was sipping on a glass of wine.

“Its all thanks to Seth.” He grinned.

“You asked me what happened last night,” Seth stated coolly, “And this was what happened. You told me your twin had fallen. I remembered some rumors from the last century and I figured two and two, then arranged the meeting.”

June happily smiled at Seth.

“Thanks so much.”

Seth felt his ears go hot. Thankfully, his long hair was hiding them.

“Don’t mention it,”  he mumbled as he looked away and sipped on his drink to clam his nerves.

May observed Seth and June. They were still looking at each other. She cleared her throat.

June looked back at her with a smile.

But May was looking at Seth.

“Mr.Seth can I talk with June in private?” May asked.

Seth set his empty glass down and nodded.

“Of course, my lady.”

Seth looked at June one last time and walked out of the room.

“Is something going on between you too?” May immediately asked.

“Uh, no,” June said.

May raised an eyebrow.

“Ugh, fine!” June said.

“We kissed.” he admitted, “Twice.”

May scrunched her nose at June and narrowed her eyes. She didn’t believed, they just “kissed” twice.

“We had a hot make out session!” June said, throwing his arms in the air, “Twice!”

May nodded.

“Ugh, why do you always want details!” June grumbled.

“Because I care about you, dummy.” May grinned.

“I know,” June mumbled.

“Cut contacts with him.”

June looked up at her confused.

“What?”

“You can’t fall in love with a demon, June,” May hissed.

June frowned, “Why not?” he asked.

“An angel and demon is not meant to be.”

“But May—”

“You know why I fell right?” May snapped.

June flinched.

“I know but May—”

“I fell because you loved a human. I fell because Heaven punished you for falling in love with a human. The punishment was too much for you, it almost killed you. I—”

“You made a deal with a demon to safe my life, and when an angel makes a deal with demon, and you fell because of it,” June finished for her.

May pursed her lips, “I am not telling this to make you guilty, I am telling you this so, you realize you are repeating the same mistake. This time I won’t be there to protect you.”

Both of them were silent for a long time, each lost in their own thoughts. They had met each other after a long time and now they ended up talking about depressing things.

June decided to break the silence.

“I do not know what Seth feels for me,” June slowly said, “But I have stopped loving Coral. And if Seth does love me then I—”

June took in a deep breath and looked straight into May's waiting eyes.

“I will fall from heaven for him.”
