“Shh, lower down your voice! Someone else might hear you!” Yara chided. Overwhelmed by jealousy, Kylie was practically screaming. “You brought her to the company to show her around and sent me overseas to hide me from everyone, but I can’t even complain about it? Mom, have you gone nuts?”

“Kylie, why are you so reckless?” Yara comforted her daughter and pulled her aside to explain everything to her in a low voice. After learning the truth, Kylie broke into a wide grin. She eyed Winnie with gloat. “Mom, I can’t believe you and Dad have one last trick up your sleeve. Winnie didn’t even realize she had been tricked! Ha! What a dumbass.” Winnie snickered inwardly. Who’s the dumbass here? Her sharp gaze landed on Kylie and Yara’s back as the window rolled up slowly. This is going to be interesting.
