Lu Wanwan slowly walked up to him and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Shen Yi took her hand, “Come with me.”

Lu Wanwan, who was still wearing her pajamas, was unwilling to go downstairs. Embarrassed, she said, “I’m too lazy to change my clothes.”

Shen Yi looked at the clothes she was wearing, took her a jacket from the hanger and put it on her shoulders: “Let’s go.”

Zhao Shizhou sneered twice: “But Lu Wanwan’s temper, who can stand it ?”

Li Xing replied: “Brother Yi can stand it ah, I think he’s even enjoying it.”

The other day, inside the company, a beautiful little lady threw herself in his arms, but he remained unmoved and directly expelled the person outside.

Lu Wanwan appeared to have never gone to the supermarket along with Shen Yi, he usually took care of all the household chores and she really never bothered about these trivial matters.

The supermarket in the neighborhood was very small, thus the store owner could recognize Shen Yi. He usually would come alone to buy daily necessities, but today there was a girl holding his hand, just one glance at her was enough to tell she was quite beautiful.

Shen Yi and she were hand in hand, fingers interlocked. They first went to pick out a few fresh ribs and then picked a chicken which had already been cleaned up.

Passing by the snack area, Lu Wanwan stopped her steps. She took five sacks of cucumber-flavored potato chips in one breath and stuffed them into the cart.

Shen Yi frowned and silently put them all back on the shelf, “It’s too much.”

Lu Wanwan said: “There are so many people at home, it’s not right to only buy one sack, right?”

She was just using Li Xing and the others as an excuse.

Shen Yi blandly replied, “They don’t even eat this kind of stuff.”

In the end, Lu Wanwan only took one sack of chips. As they were checking out, the owner, a lady, looked at them both with a smile and asked, “This is Mrs. Shen, right? It’s the first time I’m seeing you, you’re so pretty.”

Lu Wanwan smiled at her, “Thank you, you are also very beautiful.”

Being complimented like this, the owner’s smile bloomed like a flower and she started blushing: “Mrs. Shen, you’re really a sweet-talker, and you’re also really blessed, nowadays it’s really hard to find a man as caring as Mr. Shen.

She laughed dryly twice and simply didn’t answer.

Shen Yi silently paid the money before leading her out of the supermarket with one hand, while holding the plastic bag with the other.

Before going upstairs, Lu Wanwan heard Shen Yi instructing her in a low voice, “After we’re back home, stay away from Li Xing and the others.”

Lu Wanwan’s footsteps paused, the tip of her nose was red after being exposed to the cold wind, she said, “You just made me go out because you were jealous, right ?”

She did not even say a few words to Li Xing, before she was dragged out by Shen Yi like this.

Shen Yi’s ears, it could be because of the cold wind but it was unsure, looked redder by the minute.

He paused for a moment and answered, “No, I wasn’t.”

He wasn’t willing to admit it and Lu Wanwan was too lazy to pressure him.

This person was quite cold on the outside but actually passionate on the inside.

Li Xing wasn’t easy to dismiss at all, he still had no intention to leave even after they were done eating .

Lu Wanwan saw that Shen Yi’s countenance had turned dark and that his expression also appeared like he was strangely agitated, as if he was about to directly ask Li Xing at what time he was going to scram.

But Li Xing himself seemed as if he hadn’t notice Shen Yi’s annoyance and deliberately moved towards Lu Wanwan to get close to her.

“Sister-in-law, do you know how to play mahjong?”

Lu Wanwan nodded: “I do ah.”
