The geniuses in the area were taken by surprise, before they turned around and gazed at Longhu with gloating looks.

It went without saying that they all knew this woman was a disciple recruited by the Black Tortoise Platoon.

“Mm? Why are you here, Qin——” Longhu became joyful after seeing Qin Nan, but was given a glare when he almost called out his name. He instantly collected his thoughts and let out an awkward chuckle, “Why haven’t you been captured yet?”

Despite the fact that Qin Nan had stirred a great chaos in the entire Eastern Continent, it was a surprise to Longhu that Qin Nan was able to appear in the Second City in one piece.

Qin Nan rolled his eyes and transmitted his voice to Longhu, “What are you doing here in the Second City?”

Longhu wore a prideful look as he spoke, “A few days ago, a guy from the Black Tortoise Platoon stumbled into me and begged me to join their platoon. Since the guy was pretty old, and he looked quite pitiful too, I ended up accepting the offer…”

Upon hearing this, the woman who was arguing with Longhu, Shi Kai, and two other young men rose from their seats and proceeded to the second floor under the admiring gaze of the crowd, as if they had long expected this.

Longhu walked toward the table and sat down in a reckless manner, which caused the chair to let out a squeak, causing the others to frown.

The woman even wore an annoyed look.

“Tsk tsk, only the people of the three platoons are allowed to enter the second floor. What are you doing here?” Shi Kai could not help but blurt out after seeing Qin Nan.

The others were aware of Qin Nan’s presence too. To them, a mere Martial Ancestor Realm cultivator was not worthy of their attention.

“Oh? So my brother needs to report to you before entering the place?” Longhu raised his eyebrows and snapped coldly, “If you’re not happy, I’m more than willing to duel you!”

“Idiot!” The woman said with an icy tone.

“Don’t be so eager to start a fight now.” Shi Kai immediately replied, “However, since everyone else here was recruited by the Black Tortoise Platoon, Mr. Xiao Qi must have something important to discuss with us too. How is it acceptable for your brother to tag along?”

Although this Shi Kai was behaving disdainfully, he was smart when playing with words too.

The other geniuses nodded their heads.

“Is that so?”

Qin Nan immediately came to a realization after hearing this.

This Xiao Qi was planning to offer the geniuses the spots which would allow them to enter White Tiger City. In return, they would owe him a favor.

“I’ll try my best to help if it’s within my capabilities.” One of the geniuses said while bringing his fists together.

“I don’t mind.” The woman calmly said.

Shi Kai and the rest nodded their heads in agreement.

“You have my thanks.” The smile on Xiao Qi’s face grew thicker, “In order to celebrate your bright futures in advance, I’ll let you all have a taste of the fine wines of our Leisure Inn.”

The geniuses acknowledged consecutively.

Qin Nan hesitated for a moment before bringing his fists together, “Is it possible for Mr. Xiao Qi to give me a badge too?”

The entire place fell dead silent after the words were spoken.
