However, a huge force pulled his arm back in mid-air before he could reach her.

He swung his head abruptly to check out the intruder. A haughty-looking man was standing next to him, eyeing his fist frostily.

The other man dodged swiftly, caught hold of the outstretched arm, and threw the heavy man over his shoulder and toward the dish rack on the side.

The dish rack, which was made of tempered glass, could not withstand the direct impact and broke into pieces instantly, sending the food, plates, and glass fragments splattering all over the place.
