No One's POV
Alberto and Luca sit on the floor, very aware at the fact that they are alone. Each one tries to keep their attention on the film, sneaking in glances at the other while their not looking.
The tiny man in the screen cups the face of the woman he's in love with. He tenderly studies her eyes before moving his gaze down to her lips. He pauses for only a second, staring at them like it's the only thing that's ever mattered in his entire life. Pulling her chin toward him, his lips press against hers. It's like he's wanted his mouth on hers for months. The man traces his fingers over the line of her jaw and pulls her in even closer. The women's lips part and she combs her fingers into the hair at the nape of his neck. They pull apart, out of breath, lips raw, foreheads pressed together, smiles and dimples showing.
Alberto's face flushes red. He looks over at Luca who is ten times as red as he is. He smirks, regaining a bit of his confidence.
"Awhh, look at our little Luca, red like a pomodoro!" Alberto teased.
"S-shut up Alberto." Luca said, his hand over his mouth.
Luca turned his face away from Alberto to hide his embarrassment and completely red cheeks.
"Yeah I know, I can't help being embarrassed," Luca continued with a slight frown. "It looks pathetic, doesn't it?".
Alberto started back at Luca trying to find words in this incredibly awkward situation.
"Hmm well, I just wonder, what if you date someone in the future and you...you know, kiss?" Alberto said.
Luca fixed his gaze above him, avoiding eye contact. He pulled his knees into his chest.
"I can't even imagine." Luca muttered.
Alberto glanced at Luca, at the TV screen, and then back at Luca's lips. He had an idea.
Alberto smiled. He looked at Luca. He couldn't believe what he was about to do.
"You know the best way to become braver is to try, right?" Alberto insisted.
Luca gave Alberto an empty stare.
"So..?" Luca puzzled.
"So, I can show you how to do it..if you want."
